      DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION...I am an Uber driver...I took advantage of the uber car rental thru Hertz at the ******************* in *******. They were supposed to take payment every week...they DID NOT. I ended up driving to this location Every Week to make payment. Mind You I am an hour away from this location. Sitting in traffic for and hour I lost 4hrs of making my money plus my gas to make a payment. They found this hilarious and did nothing to fix the problem. They emailed me every week on how the could NOT AUTO extend my rental go back to the location. Long story short I let them come get their car I was not driving back out there for their mistakes which they were well aware of. Now they can charge my account...$2,556.22 but couldn't take payment every week like agree upon fir $369. I informed them how was not utilizing my resources anymore for a problem they need to correct...AGAIN this was funny. The car was filthy with stains on the seat and barley one half tank of gas upon pick up...I brought thus to their attention and they said they took pictures I was good. Mind You the guy responsible fir cleaning is sitting in The lobby across twi chairs in chill mode almost every time I went to this location. This location need to be shut down and brought up on before the board for breach of contract. Use a different company and save yourself the headache. Don't take my word for it go to ****** maps and read the reviews. Everybody can't be lying they are unprofessional and a bunch of scammers. Not to mention after the fact, now I'm being charged another $959.36 for a transaction that has not yet, after speaking with their CORPORATE OFFICE, hit their system. So my question is how did you bill me for a fee you DO NOT even have on file??. Like I said this location is sorry. They breached my contract and then charged me for their mistakes. THESE CRIMINALS ARE HIDING BEHIND A COMPANY TO RIP YOU OFF. AGAIN, GO READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. CRIMINALS

      Terrible experience, they added many futures and charged almost $400 for the extras. A 3 day rental was nearly $900. Do not rent a car from them, they are not trustworthy

      Renting the car was easy but trying to modify my reservation and reach someone to attempt to change the reservation was a nightmare. I tried to update it on the app, website and called customer support. The app and website told me to call 800-654-417 4. You call this number and they tell you to use the website. I finally pretend to book a new reservation and after a 30 minute hold. I got a very nice guy BUT he told me to call 800-654-417 4 and press 5. Guess what?!? 5 isn’t an option and even if you press it, it tells you it isn’t an option and they hang up on you. Word of caution … confirm your reservation is 100% accurate because it’s like signing the contract with the devil. There are no changes or help.

      I have never in my life been given so many numbers to call to try and reach a live agent. My rental experience from start to finish was ridiculous. No one to contact and no one has contacted me back and I have been trying for a week. This is the worst company ever and I would advise you to think twice before using them. Still no one on the phone and Im currently waiting 40 min again!!!!!

      If I could leave no stars I would. First off we had a Tesla booked for months ahead. Then the store we were suppose to go to was shut down. And on our last few days we needed to get home sooner due to family emergency they gave us a headache and a half. Allll over the internet hertz promises that you can change and move around your schedule. Yeah we booked it till Wednesday. But things on our honey moon changed. Phone line was no help. They continued to hang up on us, and even got cussed out at by an employee. Never ever again will my wife or I being doing a rental. Stay away as far as you can. Go with Turo, or even ask a friend for a car.

      Lori T. I was mislead and robbed by this company. I rented a compact and was charged for a manager’s special. I was charged an extra $100.00 and was told that was part of the rental agreement and would be reimbursed the $100.00 when I returned the car. I had no idea that I was being charged for an upgrade. I had to sign the rental in order to get my car (and that process was a fiasco). The company is refusing to reimburse me. I highly recommend that you read every word of their agreement, or just don’t rent from them. Save yourself!!. Very shady business, and took me for an extra $100.00. I went home for a funeral and this just adds to the misery. Do not rent from this company!!!

      In my opinion, it is Hertz Corp that's at fault when trying to get things handled. Currently I have pending transactions on my bank account and when I tried to get it resolved with Hertz, I am always told the same thing you have to talk with Support. It has been 2 weeks since the vehicle was returned, and they haven't informed my bank that I am no longer renting from them. I even submitted a form online three times and still haven't heard back. It is conflicting with my ability to pay bills and work. On their website they have a phone number where you can call them directly, but the phone number turns out to be disconnected. I do believe that the staff does what they can, but the company as a whole is the worst.

      Do not rent from this corporation!!!! They have mentioned to call hertz local corporation for cancellations on priceline and when I called they did'nt respond. Now when I tried to cancel the reservation on my own, they have charged $100 fine for not cancelling with in 24 hrs. How can a customer be responsible if their representative did'nt pickup the call. I tried calling their main office and no use. A mexican guy was shouting at me for not calling them rather than calling the local office. The priceline clearly gave a local number to call for cancelling the reservations. This customer service guy even mentioned "hertz corporation is not responsible for anything that is mentioned on priceline. Only priceline is responsible because the instructions are not given by hertz but are taken solely by priceline" I don't understand how can they blame priceline for cancellation issues becauses hertz is the one who will give all the details to priceline about how to cancel and whom to contact while cancelling. They are not gonna give you a good car nor your money. Don't get into the trap guys!!!

      First rented from Hertz on 4/23/24 for driving with Lyft and everything was going ok they one day tow it from my driveway then they fix the situation I rented it again and then now they are charging me $1259.72 for time the car was not in use when I called to see what exactly the chargers were for they told me to go to a website then I file for assistance the email me back to call billing no one will help me out and just been giving me issues and the run around. Meanwhile Im still seeing charges being taking from my debit card Giv I really dont want to believe they are in the business of robbing people and I would love to continue earning income with this company but no one will help me . Its very disappointing . I really would just like this matter resolved to
