      Due to limited availability at the Cobb Pkwy Kennesaw location, I normally rent from the Atlanta airport Hertz (about 90 minutes from home). However, this time, I decided to give Kennesaw (less than 30 minutes from home) another try for the first time in ages. I am ssssooo happy I did because Dijon and John took "excellent" care of me. Dijon ensured the vehicle I wanted was available to me and He and John ensured my every need was met. The vehicle was extremely clean with a full tank of gas. John welcomed me w/a warm hello the second I walked in, answered all of my many questions, and provided excellent, professional and patient customer service each and every moment, before and after my rental. Hopefully they will both stick around because I have several upcoming trips planned over the next several months & plan to only rent from them going forward.

      Racist overtones. Changes terms of rental without notice. Advertises and allows reservations of electric cars when they do not have them. Extremely rude staff. Arbitrarily changes return times from the time stated in reservation to on that allows them to over charge. Do not rent from them!!!!!I would award zero stars but 1 is the lowest allowed

      Hertz tricked me into renting an electric vehicle by enticing me to select "suprise me" with the promise of a lower rate. When I got to the airport and was told that I was being given an electric vehicle I objected due to not having the opportunity to charge the vehicle on my trip. My objections were not well recieved, and when I explored renting a gas powered vehicle instead, I was told that "Hertz would not be renting any vehicle to me." The manager was beligerent and unprofessional and I was forced to rent from a different rental company. Despite being refused a vehicle, including the electric vehicle, my credit card was charged the full amount. This company is entirely unethical, and its impossible to find a phone number or right prompts to push on their automated phone system to ever reach a live person.

      I am laying awake in the middle of the night feeling anxious about an e mail I received from Hertz car rental saying I am responsible for damage to a vehicle I rented from them. When I picked up the car it had preexisting damage that I took pictures of and sent them to them. When I got the email it said to go to the link and fill out a report claim and in the comments section to explain if it already had preexisting damage which I did but forced to answer questions which makes it seem like the damages were done by me like the date the incident occurred and wouldn't let me move forward without a putting in a date. I am attempting to contact Hertz to explain my side of the story to be on hold on a long hold with a message that kept coming on to go to their www.hertz.com to fill out a reason for contacting them and wait 3 to 5 business days and someone will contact me. I am beyond disappointed with Hertz car rental. Do they enjoy causing me and I have heard other ppl the stress and anxiety of saying we did damage when the car was the same as it was when I picked it up, I had no incidents while it was in my possession. GRR... Rant over.

      I would never recommend Hertz! We had a rental reserved for 6 months and it was fully paid for. When we went pick it up the pick up place was temporarily closed and we had to go to another location. Well after all the running around they did not have a rental for us. Then they said it would be 7- 10 days for a refund. After 2 weeks still no refund. When I called about the refund I was told it wasn't processed. So now I'm waiting another 7-10 days for my refund. This is absolutely ridiculous.

      WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!I rented a car from this location, when I got into the car it smelled musty but like it had just been cleaned from someone smoking. I have since been charged an extra $400 for smoking and when I asked the manager to look into the history of this vehicle to see if it had been previously cleaned for this reason, they have since refused to call me back for weeks now.DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. Such incredibly poor service, and shady business practices.

      I rented a car in Dallas through Hertz. When picking it up they asked me if I wanted to pay the toll pass fee for $15 a day, I said yes because we were driving an hour away and I wasnt sure about the tolls in Texas. I was charged a toll fee of $2.03 plus a $9.99 service fee for the charge. First of all, I wouldve much rather been charged $12 instead of $54. When I called they claimed it was for prepaid gas. I told the guy at Hertz I didnt want prepaid gas I would fill it up myself, which I did for $18.94 before returning the car. This company is a joke and I will never rent from them again!

      I rented at the Centerline Location in Michigan. Received a car that reeked of smoke and had a broken fuel door (given to me at almost no fuel, so I had to fill it to continue to attempt my trip. The vehicle had a horrible, dangerous rattle in the front end that required that I returned it to the location. I lost a full day of work and 34 dollars in gas. I guess it's Hertz 'policy' to not refund gas, even in an unsafe vehicle.

      Hertz contract is corrupted. Reading it people. Don’t rent or sign that. Even if the paint bubbles up from intense sunlight they will claim you did it & track you down like thirsty ?? blood hounds reporting to your credit bureau that you owe them for paint manufacturers poor quality.
