      Their driver hit me and run away i got hurt and my car is damaged huertz gave me a claim number its been 40 plus days no adjuster called or fixed my car no one answers no one replied. Very non professional and bad service.

      Hertz it does!! I have rented 6 times from Hertz in ***************** and 2 times in Dallas Fort Worth, ** airports since April 2023. I am a gold plus member. Each of the times that I have arrived I have had to wait 45 minutes to an hour before getting a car, even with a reservation. I have even called them to update when arrival times and flight numbers have changed. No stars would be appropriate.

      the prices are not honest. I booked a rental for $143 and after turning down all the coverages, it still ended up costing $290. That's also after the fact that they charged me for an upgrade I didn't ask for! It was $82. They also changed my drop off time without notifying me. The customer service rep said its because I picked up my car an hour late from the airport. I have no control over the airport lines. There are several people in line and they only move as fast as the Hertz representatives do. This was ridiculous scam for money. I will not rent a car when I can just pay for a flight that is cheaper.

      Hertz charged my credit card for $247 for a rental car that is I didn't rent, in fact I canceled my reservation 26 hours in advance. according to hertz policy if you cancel less than 24hrs then they charge a $100 penalty. I was charged $247 for a car that I didn't rent.

      We will NEVER rent from Hertz again. We rented a electric car ( Chevey Bolt) from the Hertz in Charlotte NC, after we were told they did not have any gas cars available. We asked where do we get the car charged and were told "Google is your friend", We drove to Aiken SC and had about 70 miles left on the charge. The next day we went to 3 different charging stations, None of which, would charge a Chevy Bolt, The car did not have a charger for the 120 volt in home. Called Hertz and they told us the closest charging station was in Tennesee. by this time we were almost out of a charge. Hertz told us they would send us a tow truck, We feel that Hertz paid for the tow, because of the charging issue. but they charged us for it to the tune of $900.00 dollars, spent many hours on the phone with Hertz and they told us it was our problem, not theirs.

      First off the employees where I rented the car from were amazing and tried to help!!!I was given an electric car ***** Bolt EV. I asked for a fuel car they didn't have any. I was around the *************************** area. Look up on line for charging stations. App tells you there are stations at Target and ******* but there is not, ****** had two but we're off line. Finally found one takes over an hour to charge to 85%. I went 200 miles in almost two weeks just to find charging stations. Don't plan on going anywhere in your rental no charging stations available. They just made $500 off of me for a car I couldn't drive!!! Call customer service they offer me a $50 dollar towards next rental.

      I drive and rented a car for uber..I have had it for seven weeks paid over 2100...I call their **** to check in on my rental and extending weekly...why are they still calling me like the car is missing the robocalls need to stop...I tell them when I am going to pay for the extension during the week still get threatening calls..as a uber driver I'm tracked, get that straightened out please..it's aburd

      Booked a car online and received a confirmation number. The following day I walked in 90 degree heat to hear reservation was cancelled by corporate. No notification was given to me. Super disappointing and now I miss a very important meeting. Way to go Hertz. Stop taking reservations for cars if you dont have them. Not too difficult to figure out. Avoid Hertz.

      Lousy rental agency Car reeked of smoke even after calling several times to ensure that wouldnt happen Then after filling up the tank and returning the car in better condition than when I received it they put a charge on my credit card No explanation or invoice at all Disreputable compa y

      Do not use hertz. In ****** over 2 hours in line to get car. Only 1 person at counter and system issues meant every customers credit card was rejected.
