  I would give them a ZERO. I would not hire this company. The sales reps rushed me through a contract because they allegedly would not allow me a day to consider them. I was only guaranteed these "discounts" if I signed then.The first sales rep also gave me his "direct line." He allegedly was there through the move. I contacted the first sales representative several times. I did not receive a return call. I found out through the supervisor that sales reps do not call customers. Long story short, I was charged THOUSANDS of dollars for "volume" I didn't use. The sales reps told me I would receive a refund if I didn't use all the space. It was a MESS when the movers arrived. I did not have one box. I was charged for 28 boxes and then they increased it to 34. I didn't have two mattresses or box springs either. And, I came to find out that section 9 of the contract indicates IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT THE ***** PERSON PROMISES A CUSTOMER. The CONTRACT states their promises are trumped by the contract. This is an unethical practice and policy. I will not recommend or use this company again.

  These guys were really great! They came ahead of schedule to pack our bulky items and confirm that our estimate was correct. They delivered our three-bedroom home to in six hours. My hot tub was moved as well! Fantastic!!

  I moved with a Extra Space Moving and Storage LLC based on a friend's advice because my previous moving company was disorganized and disrespectful. The movers were equally as qualified as the personnel, and they paid close attention to my orders.

  The level of service quality was also excellent. My computers, projector, and other electrical equipment were packed in two layers with labels. When they arrived unscathed, it was a relief. highly recommended.

  A new job required me to move to a different city, and I had very little time to organize the relocation. Luckily, this company promptly responded to my inquiry and accommodated my tight schedule by offering a flexible moving date. On the actual moving day, the team arrived punctually and immediately sprang into action. They handled my belongings with care, staying efficient and focused throughout the process. Despite the time constraints, they maintained safety standards, ensuring everything was adequately secured.
