    I am in awe of any 5 stars on this company page - it's all lies..Poor communication, rip off, extra charges and it took almost 3 weeks, opposed to the next day delivery I was guaranteed - they took advantage of me!- In short, they lied about pricing - I ended up giving extra money at every turn - I was told next day delivery was not a problem and once my items were taken and loaded, I received a call that I had to pay $500 extra if I wanted my items the next day - then there was no more communication, my items were placed in a warehouse and on and off trucks and delivered almost 3 weeks later by another company. I played phone tag and the company that I spoke to on the phone, was not the company that took or delivered my belongings. - ***************, the negotiator as I like to call him, lied about everything and they are not the ones who even deliver your items - He plays the part well but it's a lie - they make promises, take your money. *************** called me and initiated the conversation. Everything from price, to what I can place on the truck to the expectations of staff to delivery.- I had to call several times a day and no response, and when I did, it was maybe your items will be here tomorrow.- Then the last company said they will be at my location at midnight and said it you really want it, then that's when we're coming - This is unprofessional and a safety issue to have 3 men in my home at all hours - I basically had to threaten them to have my items delivered and they showed up at 6am - First thing out of their mouth was, where's our money and the audacity to ask for a tip before they even unloaded my items -I am appalled!- ****** learned - first question to ask is if your items are handled by the same company and follow the truck to your new location. If something sounds too good, it usually is because they will get your money later. Unprofessional and you will get what you pay for, that's for sure - less is not better in this case!

    Terrible company. Subcontracts to other movers which leads to no recourse if there are problems. They under-estimate the space needed on the moving truck, then charge extra for the “added space”. You are left having to pay the extra (almost a third of the total)! Very poor communication between main co. and subcontractors. We specifically informed them that we were on the 3rd floor and were assured there would be no charge only to find that the actual movers were uninformed and were adding the extra fees for the stairs. They will not deliver our furniture until they receive the extra fees which we cannot pay until our next paycheck in a week! So we are left for a week in our new apartment w/o furniture!
