  We saved money since he did it all on his own, and he did it all on his own due of COVID regulations; he loaded everything into the storage unit with ease. Highly recommended.

  The team leader, Justin is a master packer and stacker, and he instructed the other two team members on how to prepare for the mission and how to secure things. The three men put in a tremendous effort. Highly recommended.

  This was the worst move of my entire life. You raised the price on ** immediately after receiving our deposit and told us there was no refund. After reading your other reviews we didn't think you were going to show and now in hindsight I wish that is what happened because when you did show up you completely lied about how much cubic feet we were taking up on the truck and raised the price by 7 thousand dollars. We couldn't afford the increase and told you that and you refused to give us our belongings. This company took everything we own and is holding it hostage trying to make us give them over $10,000.00 What is wrong with these people. I have family that live in ******* and they went to the address listed on their DOT profile but they definitely aren't in the **** ************ ************* address. This company is a total scam. They have our deposit and our everything we own and now they blocked our number

  Apparently any good review you see is fake. When the owner puts a 5 star review of his own company claiming they moved him like he's a customer you know they aren't honest people. After being ripped off by this company I researched them and contacted several people that they actually moved and the same thing happened to all of them. They took our deposits and the raised the price more than triple what they originally quoted us. Every previous customer I talked to no one even showed up to move them and they refused to give a refund. Two people they showed up and raised the price to a crazy amount and they had to go along with it because they had to be out of their house by the next day. I wouldn't give your money to these guys if I was you unless you want to throw it away

  This company is a complete scam. DO NOT USE! We needed to have something moved from ** to **. I had looked into a pod, but also wanted to get a cost for movers. I called extra space moving and spoke to ***************. I took the time to go through exactly what was being moved along with the size of each piece with Al, and he stated he also put in extra boxes so that we were covered Cubic footage. His price was a good enough savings from a pod that we gave them a deposit and scheduled the move. The day of the move the company that was subcontracted was not a truck, but a kid with a pick up truck and a trailer. I was asked to sign that if it was over the ** that we would pay a certain amount per **. I called Extra Space and ******************* phone number all of a sudden didn't work, and the person I spoke to was beyond rude and not helpful. Since we paid a $1000 deposit I didn't have a choice but to proceed and had no reason to believe we would be over since I had take the time to go over everything. Once everything was loaded our ** DOUBLED and our cost DOUBLED. I called Extra Space back and was told that there was nothing that I could do. Everything was on the truck at this point so we agreed to pay, but I was so flustered I didn't realize that they didn't include a $700 senior discount my Mom received on the new contract. I finally got someone on the phone from Extra Space who was kind and was helpful. She CLAIMED we would get this discount as a refund when the delivery happened. When I got back to my office and started doing research on Pelican Movers that was contracted by Extra Space I went into panic mode. Not only do they have a 1 star rating, but I had no confidence in ever seeing our delivery and if we did, if it would be in one piece. The delivery did happen in a weeks time (shocking after what I read) and was all without damage (again shocking). We were told that we would receive a cashiers check and still have not. Extra Space is a complete fraud.

  They were professional, polite, and made everything easy for us. They were reliable, easy to talk to, and took away all the stress. I'd use them again for sure!

  Beware. This company is a scam artist. Take your money and dont follow through. Its been a nightmare. Quote you one thing then send you a contract with a totally different price then they dont show up to move you and dont respond to phone calls or emails. Out big money. They should be shut down. Dont waste your time or money. They will take your money and you wont get the service you were promised. So frustrating when youve sold your home and need to move out. Hope you have understanding buyers or landlord if you use this company because you will have to frantically look for a different moving company at the last minute.

  They are a scam. They tried asking for an additional **** dollars for a move with minimal furniture (a bed, dresser, kitchen table, and tv stand). Already paid **** and then they said Id owe **** dollars, half on arrival and half on delivery. The delivery driver then said my estimate was wayy off and needed **** dollars more so 4x more of what was the estimate. Stay far far away from them. Do NOT use this company.

  The three gentlemen were as sweet as honey, polite as can be, quick on their feet, and yet as cautious as a black cat. They were incredibly courteous and went the extra mile by asking numerous questions to ensure they gave their utmost effort! I would highly recommend this company without a doubt. Thank you so much,
