on March 30th I purchased a plan to take classes from this company sadly before classes started I had to handle work related issue that took me away from being able to start classes I requested a refund before I started classes (June 14th) this was allowed in their contract that I could get a full refund of $184 as long and I requested it before class started I never got a refund or a reply from the company so I took it to my bank to request it from them and they said that I had to get it resolved with the original company because they declined my bank for the refund so in December 12th I got in touch with the "councilor" that was assigned to me we had back and forth where I had to prove that I requested a refund before the date she said that everything checked out and told me to wait 30 days for the refund on the 30th day I had no refund and asked where it might be and she said to wait 15 more days on the 45th day I requested info on the refund and she said that their finance department refunded the money to my bank when it was disputed I got proof that the dispute was not resolved from my bank and that they got $0 from the company so I sent proof to the Thrivedx and they ignored my messages at this point I think there is a part in the contract that says after 365 days I cant get my refund and I'm pretty confident they are trying to extend this to that time so they wont need to refund me.

The individual received their full refund as requested on June 23. We have included an attachment from the HackerU PayConex (our payment processing platform) screen showing the refund was processed.

The delay in refund was based on an error with his credit card information on file. We contact the student to clarify the error and the payment was approved that day.

Please let me know if you require additional information. We believe this request has been resolved and respectfully request that this complaint be closed.

      Thank you

My son signed up for a "live and in person" Cybersecurity program through *************************. The program is ran by ThriveDX. After learning the program was a bait and switch, my son emailed them to let them know he was dropping out of the program. He never received a response from ThriveDX. We have been charged $1,485.00 on 10/18/22 and $1,483.18 on 12/2/2022 to our card for a total charge of $2968.18. We have communicated our discontent with how this has been handled and asked for a refund. They are saying we still owe $14,000+, which we never agreed to pay. Please help us get our money back from this unscrupulous company. More importantly, please be sure they are unable to take advantage of anyone else.

We have investigated this individual's complaint in detail and disagree strongly with her characterization of the program.

ThriveDX clearly outlines  how its operational model and the relationship between ThriveDX and partner universities across multiple channels, including the ThriveDX website, partner universities program web pages, ThriveDX program orientation content, ThriveDX program introductory course content, ThriveDX program brochure catalogs, and ThriveDX Admissions calls.

For example: ThriveDX website explains that ThriveDX partners with colleges and universities: "We proudly partner with top-tier educational institutions, global enterprises, and government agencies to offer innovative professional development programs and equip the global workforce with the digital skills they need to thrive in life-long, digital technology careers."

On all ThriveDX calls with prospective students, the ThriveDX representative states: "Hello, this is (Name) an admissions advisor with ThriveDX calling on behalf of our academic partner, *********************************************** program web pages and brochure catalogs also include language that outlines the relationship between ThriveDX and the University: Our accelerated program is powered by our partner, ThriveDX, which helps to reskill and upskill individuals and prepare them for todays fast-growing digital economy. With over a decade of experience as the worlds premier digital skills education provider, ThriveDX works with top-tier academic institutions, government organizations, and global enterprises to offer advanced workforce and professional development programs in digital technology.

In addition, there are literally dozens of interactions with the student before enrollment is finalized, including detailed discussions about how the student plans to cover the cost of the program (students even have several payment options - loans, 10-month payment plans, upfront payment) so the claim that the student never agreed or understood that the full tuition was $14,000 stretches credulity. He literally would not have been able to enroll without those discussions and signing acknowledgement of these terms in the registration statement.

Regardless, this student petitioned for a refund under the applicable ********************* policies and a full refund was granted. Our records show that the student, ***********************, received his refund check February 2, 2023.

As such, we request that this complaint be considered resolved.

      Thank you

Very misleading company. I thought I was signing up for a program curriculum designed through *********************. The so call advisor of the company even calls from local ********** familiar numbers. Wasn't until payment clear that I noticed the company ************** even Hacker *** with I found through this complaint site, I have no idea what this company is. When I tried to withdraw from the program they refused to refund my money and continue to charge my account. I have reached out to multiple people and left messages with no return phone call within this so call company no results just. This company in NOT transparent about who they are. They are impersonating a reputable University there is no transparency with this program they lied about who they are I want a full refund of my money I want to withdraw from this program I want someone to reach out to me I am sick and tired of playing games with this questionable company. This company is not transparent fooling potential students into thinking they will be attending a boot camp created by a reputable university. I have file complaint with host ********************* in *******

We don't agree with this student's characterization of the collaboration between ThriveDX and **********.

The Program is offered by ********** and ********** retains responsibility for all academic aspects of the program - ThriveDX helps deliver the program and provide student support.

The student reached out to his student success manager to request a refund after becoming upset that the program he was enrolled in is powered by ThriveDX. Within days of his conversation with his Student Success Manager, his withdrawal request was processed. The student also received and confirmed receipt of a refund. ThriveDX partners with universities to power bootcamps which is included on landing pages and reflected in trainings and call scripts for student-facing teams. While the student is upset about that arrangement between ThriveDX and our partners, it is an open fact that we do not attempt to hide or are ashamed of and a *************** practice.

Because this student was allowed to withdraw without penalty, we ask that this complaint be closed.

      Thank you
