    Today 9/25/24 I was trying to renew my passport. I did a search and went on a page titled, U.S. Passport Renewal, with the website, *******************. I thought this was an official site to renew passports. After filling out the information and making the payment of $67.88, it was then revealed that the site only helps you fill out the form to send into the real government agency. This is a complete scam and was not what I thought I was paying for. The company does not provide a phone number for which a customer can call to complain. I'm so concerned now that I've entered my information into a fraudulent site!!!

    GOVAPPLYSUPPORT It appears as a government website and they take your money and its for nothing! you still have to pay the government. This is the first website to pull up when it comes to searching for renewals of passports. The entire website looks like government! Why has this website not been taken down!!!! they have all my information now!

    I thought I was on a government passport renewal site. I was confused about the US Government having online passport renewal and this site. I am upset that my social security number and other personal info was sent to me by EMAIL which is not secure. The site is not trying to protect my data. I want them to delete all of my data and refund the money. Its awful that my data was sent out on an EMAIL.

    On Monday, 9/16, I was trying to renew my son's passport. I did a ****** search and went on a page titled, U.S. Passport Renewal, with the website, govapplysupport.com. I thought this was an official site to renew passports. After filling out the information and making the payment of $64.88, it was then revealed that the site only helps you fill out the form to send into the real government agency. This is a complete scam and was not what I thought I was paying for. The company does not provide a phone number for which a customer can call to complain.

    Easy Form Filler did not provide the services as promised on their website, as follows:On Thursday, September 12, 2024 at approx. 8:38 AM EST: Easy Form Filler mislead me to believe that this was the ******************* Passport renewal website.. Easy Form Filler mislead me into believing that the $88.83 included the filing fee for the renewal application which it was not. Easy Form Filler charged my **************** $88.83 just for filling out my wifes renewal passport online which I easily could have done for free on the official Government passport renewal website. Easy Form Filler mislead me into believing that your passport renewal application form was the ******************* renewal application form, when it turned out it was not the ******************* passport renewal form. Easy Form Filler mislead me by failing to disclose that in addition to the $88.83 charged I would still have to pay an additional $130 by check to file the renewal for my wifes passport. Easy Form Filler mislead me into paying a total of $218.83 instead of just $130 to fill out the renewal application for free and filing her passport renewal.-- I did not even use the ******* Ground Postage and tracking number that was included in their package.

    I had looked for a service online to renew my passport and this site states they offer that service however, they do not. They are not clear on what they charge and mislead the consumer to believe that the $88.00 is to renew the passport and an additional $20+ for passport insurance. In reality, you are being charged for just filling out the form, not any fees going to passport renewal.

    This was used to renew my passport, and it was supposed to be emailed to my personal email and was not done so. I was charged $88 for this service that was not done.

    Easy Form Filler is a deceptive website, it appears to mimic government services for passport renewals, charging fees for forms that are otherwise free on official sites. They claim its a fee for a passport , although it has nothing to do with that. The form is useless as I can only fill it in hand in person. All the attempts to contact the company for a refund were useless. I am concerned about my information being exposed and concerned about potential identity theft due to the sensitive information required for these services.

    I needed to renew my passport and this website provided online completion of the form. It was not clear that the website was not the government and it implied that the fee charged would be to renew the passport at ***** plus the mailing label at 3.83. I did receive the email with the application and then realized that the ***** did nothing other than populate the form as I completed. There is still $130 fee to renew the passport. I feel like this website was not clear at all in explaining the 85 fee.
