    This website was posing as the United States passport renewal website. I gave them my personal information including my social security number thinking this website was legit. I paid the $86 and then realized it was a fake website, not the legitimate United States passport website. I am looking for a refund. Remove this website as it is extremely misleading.

    We are counsel for **************** and it has come to our attention that the website Easy Form Filler <********************************************> has fraudulently listed the contact information for the Build A Sign brand ALLIED SHIRTS as its own primary contact information. As a result, our client has received numerous complaints from users of the Easy Form Filler website. The deceptive appropriation and misuse of Build A Sign's contact information was unknown to and in no way authorized by Build A Sign. We need this deceptive practice to stop immediately.

    5/9/2025 ID#************ $85.83 This is a phishing website, misrepresenting themselves as the site to apply for US Passports. Only when they issue a purchase receipt is their any mention of their true identity. "**********************************."I am concerned for the safety of my personal information.

    Scam, fake website impersonating a US government website. Thought I was renewing passport through legitimate government site. Submitted an egregious amount of personally identifying information (SSN, name of **************** etc.). Charged a bogus fee to my credit card, but I'm more concerned about identity theft.

    Company posed as a passport company, paid the $66 which I though was to expedite and process the passport but ended up just being a fee for them to email the form to you and now have all my personal and sensitive information

    I was trying to renew my passport online and I typed in "passport renew". This was the first website that popped up on top of the ****** page. I unfortunately filled out the passport renewal on their website and gave them very sensitive information about myself including, Social Security number, date of birth, place of birth, home address, phone number, passport number, parents full name, date of birth place of birth, and mothers full birth name (i.e. maiden name).I also gave my husband's name, date of our marriage, phone number I thought I was filling out this information on the official US state website. This happened on May 3, 2025 This website is designed to look just like the official US state website.Can you please help? I would like them to delete my full account, and I would very much appreciate it if you could PLEASE SHUT THIS WEBSITE down and others like it.Thank you

    This is a fraudulent company disguising themselves as a government website for passport renewal applications. I paid $85.83 on March 11, 2025 and it was withdrawn from my account on March 17, 2025.

    This company is posing as a government website for people who need to renew their passports. The website asked for my personal information and then generated it on a DS-82 form. I then had to pay for this service. This website came up ahead of the ************************ website. After now having looked up the actual website for passport renewal, this is not a service that needs to be paid for and I am concerned about my information being shared.
