      My sister's POD was delivered to my home and upon pick up, in a snow storm, the driver's truck (which is clearly not 4WD), spun it's ******** and down my crushed asphalt driveway, onto my lawn and into my hayfield - ripping up the material and creating ruts. This large area will now necessitate we bring in a load of new material and hire a company to spread and grade it. The driver was not authorized to drive his truck onto my lawn or into my fields, which now had created a loss of income from that area of farmland due to the tire damage. PODS denied my claim and is not taking responsibility.

      We used PODS for an interstate move last fall. The arrival of the pods themselves was efficient and uneventful. However, arrival dates of the pods at our new home were two weeks later than we were initially told, creating extra expense for lodging and food. When the pods were delivered, it was clear that one pod had been dropped at some point. There was internal damage to boxes, fine furniture, a piano, and other valuable items. The wheels of the piano were embedded in the floor of the pod! Dealing with the claim was grueling with many requirements to 'prove' damage. I have no idea how they calculate depreciation, but we received only about 25% of the value of the damaged items, which was not enough for all repairs, let alone replacement. We have moved over a dozen times and although less expensive up front, it has not been less expensive in the long run. There was far more damage than we had ever experienced in any prior move. And I cannot believe that PODS staff did not know this container was roughly handled prior to delivery. I would NOT recommend using PODS.

      I'm also a victim of the PODs scam in Oakland, now waiting over a month in an empty apartment for PODS to get it together. They lied repeatedly as to why our container was delayed, but once we confronted them with the fact that their facility was compromised/destroyed they finally stopped making up stories. I called a worker at their Oakland office and they said they were not being paid by PODs anymore, as in PODs corporate is shorting them, so they can't work. PODs have left hundreds of people's containers abandoned in Oakland and have no plans to remedy the situation and provide access to its customers. I am not able to work because all my freelance equipment is in the POD--I am losing business and thousands of dollars a week because of these people. I don't know how PODS corporate sleeps at night. True criminals.

      Don't use this company for any reason they will wait 3 to 4 months and tell you that you owe funds I sent in proof of payment and they have contacted me again for the same funds threatening my credit save yourself the headache use someone else

      I am in receipt of your correspondence concerning PODS customer,****************************  On January 23rd , 2023, our PODS advocate spoke with ****************** to explain why there was a balance due on her PODS account.      ****************** was advised that she had received $100.00 customer satisfaction credit refund of which $25.00 was applied to a past due balance and $75.00 sent by check via postal mail.     The balance that was showing on her PODS account was for the charge she disputed with her credit card company for the 1st month rental/lock/contents protection & contents protection while in transit.  We also had not received payment for the redelivery fee of the container to Ms. ******** destination address.     The current balance due on Ms. ******** PODS account is for services that were provided for her move and which had been outlined in the order confirmation.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience that ****************** may have endured.   PODS Enterprises, LLC prides itself on its quality customer service and we regret that ****************** experienced anything less.  We sincerely apologize for any instance where a customer is not completely satisfied with a PODS experience.  When a customer notifies our company of a less than satisfactory experience, we endeavor to review the processes that gave rise to the customer feedback and take appropriate measures to address their comments.

      We had a POD delivery scheduled 1/11/2023. The day before, we are notified it has been postposed 2 days. It is now 1/17/2023 and we STILL do not have a scheduled delivery. We had spent days getting a street permit, buying traffic cones, hiring movers, and still do not have our possessions. The original POD was picked up 12/20/2022. It is almost a month living in an empty house. My 1.5 year old does not have his crib to sleep in. My husband doesn't have access to the equipment he needs for work. We are losing money, time, and sleep every passing day. The worst part is that the representative I have been working with, Kellie, has been stringing us along, not giving an answer for why the POD hasn't been delivered. I decided to drive down to the facility 15 minutes away. I spoke with people who work in the area and learned that the roof in the facility collapsed! They completely hid this from us, and likely all other customers who are dealing with this issue. Truly the most terrible, stressful moving experience I have ever had, all because of POD's incompetence.

      It started off with a pleasant experience, seemed easy enough. The prices I was told did not match extra fees thrown in. I signed the contract and paperwork for both pods containers on june 23rd and called to schedule delivery of both on july 12th because I closed on my house on the 13th. I didn't get a notice about my delivery so I called them and they had canceled my order! All of my stuff was in storage in Virginia and never moved. So now I'm living in my house with none of my stuff. They tell me the soonest I can get my stuff will be July 26th. Too bad I check into my command on Monday the 25th and needed my uniforms which were in the pods containers. I was able to convince them to deliver them on the 22nd of July(this is a week and a half of no tv, couch, cooking utensils, spices, blankets, nothing), but only one got delivered. And it wasn't the one with my uniforms. We had that container scheduled for final pick up on the 23rd and no one called or came. When I called and complained, they asked if they can pick it up on the 26th when my other one was to be delivered. On the night of the 25th, I got a call saying that my second container, the one with the uniforms wasn't going to be delivered until the 4th of august now, changing it without my permission. Unacceptable, again, because now I'm at work and still don't have uniforms, and I had paid for movers to help unload the next morning. I lost that deposit. After checking my account, my second container was in the warehouse in Florida so I need them to get my stuff sooner. They tell me the 1st of August. Ok that's still another week without our stuff (family of 5 by the way) and they dropped the ball again. After ANOThEr angry phone call, our stuff finally gets delivered on the morning of August 2nd, instead of July 12th when it was supposed to be here. They failed to provide my full weight ticket for one container and its been over 6 months and i still am having problems and my claim for the Navy.

      Only giving two stars because most of my experience was awesome. Pickup and delivery of 2 pods in Texas was great, easy, drivers called me ahead. In Colorado, my first pod was delivered while it was snowing with no issues. It was supposed to be picked up and exchanged for my second pod but the driver came and left with no call and didn’t take the pod. I chatted in and they said it was rescheduled for 2 days later. No call to inform me, better weather and space than yesterday, and now 2 more days without critical items we need. Also, the total is not charged all at once, they just randomly charge you different amounts. Really poor customer experience all around and I will not recommend PODS. I asked for compensation as I’m losing 2 days of work for this with no POD and they offered me a $25 credit. Just really bad service.
