      This has to be the worst experience I've had with a Company. I generally don't write or complain, but I I think it's necessary. I called a Ordered an POD. However, the POD was not able to deliver the POD when I needed it. I canceled the Transaction thinking it was over. A week later, my Relative called me and indicated a POD was at the Residence. I called POD and they said they didn't have any records of a POD was delivered. I told them a White container is outside. They told me not to worry and they will investigate it. After several calls, One Rep ask if I could give them the Numbers off the Box. I did and I asked if there's Records of the Drop off and Cancelations. They said, I didn't have any records of having it. I asked for a Supervisor and she said that I didn't owe anything. I then asked if I could get something in writing. Of course I never received anything. Welp, after several months a Collection Agency called and requesting payments. I tried to call PODS and speak to a Supervisor. They either put me on hold or tell me theirs no Supervisor to speak with. I can't believe a Company like this is so unprofessional. I asked the Collection Agents to contact them and they said they could not. I Pray I do not have to contact an Attorney for there unprofessionalism and mistake

      NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! They run your account up in collections and lock you out of your account online and then take your card information and refuse to charge until you finally talk to an agent who then tells you the balance has gone up! I got the email saying my account was over due 61 days and in danger of being auctions. The only response I got was from that agent from the email at the bottom of that email. But even after paying what I could two days later I was given less than 24 hours notice that they were going to come repo my POD with all my stuff in it. When I begged for a few days to clear it out I was told it was locked and could not be emptied. Obviously the agent knew nothing because I not only got into my POD but was able to empty it. The next day came and my girlfriend who's fresh out of spine surgery was moving the last few things only to have boxes fall on her. At the exact time the driver pulled up. He called saying it was too messy and drove off without uttering a word. We spent hours trying to talk to someone. Like the rest of the reviews we were unable to speak to a manager. Finally 8 reps in a pick up was scheduled for today. Only to be called and asked if the POD is now empty, then a second call telling us I would be picked up tomorrow. So the extension I begged for and was told could not be given was given only after I broke my back taking everything out in a day. The agent ANDRE who said was not able to give his last name was rude, unfeeling, and condescending. He spoke to me like I was a child constantly trying to hang up on me. PODS has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! When I asked to speak to a manger the first time I was asked what I was going to say! What other company makes you go through a screening before speaking to management? The second time ANDRE said he needed to email the manager and they would call me back! They never do I am still waiting for 7 other phone calls. To top it off I was told to calm down and act professional!

      The worst company to deal with. They outsource their departments to India, where employees read a script. When you ask to speak to a manager, they refuse to transfer the call. I have not been able to get anyone that has been willing to help me. A man called me on 12/15/2023, and becasue I was walking into a medical appointment stated he would call me back on 12/22/2023 has not. I called them to make a payment. I was transferred to an automated system that stated my card was accepted and then transferred back to a representative who stated they could not find my information and wanted me to reenter it. When asked to speak with a manager, they refused. I have been calling for 3 weeks asking for a manager and continuous refusal. I was informed the managers were on lunch and to call back. When I called back, the representative refused to transfer the call. This is a horrible company to do business with.

      This company has overcharged us all the way through our contract. We have fought with them and are satisfied with their services and policies. They were late on delivery and charged us for a month of storage that we had no control over.

      Horror! Do not use them for a move. I paid them for all fees and they never moved us. I moved everything out of the pod and moved it by uhaul! I will never use them again or suggest to anyone again. I want my money back!

      Please don't give you credit/debit card information. Because the next thing you know, it will be changed for the thing you didn't sign up for. Then they will deny every claims you filed. Complete Scammers. When you call they will talked to you nicely, then you will get your case closed, with out talking to you. Please don't fall for this company.

      I ordered a pod in July 2022, and I had my pod delivered and picked up without any problems. My pod was stored in the *******, **, warehouse until February 2023. When I received the pod at my new home, it had been raining in the pod from the warehouse. Everything was ruined! My living room furniture, mattresses, my TV's, my clothes, and the washer and dryer had so much water around them that when I plugged them up, nothing came on. One of the kitchen table chairs was broken. The most hurtful thing was that all of my pictures were ruined. I lost baby pictures of my child and pictures of my deceased family members. I spoke with Mr. *************************** at the *******, **, location, and he was so helpful and apologetic. I called and spoke with someone in customer service, and I haven't heard anything back from them since then. The pod has been sitting at my home for 10 months. I paid my monthly fees for a few months, and then I stopped paying because I didn't get a response from them about the damage to my stuff. I got an email from Pods yesterday saying this:Your account is more than ************************** danger of being scheduled for auction due to non-payment. Please contact us immediately to let us know when we can anticipate making a payment on your account. If you are unable to bring your account current, ********************** has other affordable options we can offer to save your belongings from being scheduled for auction. If youre interested in a settlement at a discounted rate to prevent the risk of losing your personal items and being scheduled for an auction, I called and spoke with someone who was in collections; he took the lock off my account and scheduled a pickup. This is the worst company ever! Customer service has been the worst to deal with, and I want my stuff replaced. I am a single mother who is trying to make it with what I have, and having to replace things little by little is hard, and it's not my fault I trusted the wrong company with my things!!!!!

      I would HIGHLY NOT recommend this company! If I could give them a zero, I would! When I reached out they claimed that the case was closed and that there was no dispute or reconsideration allowed. This is extremely unacceptable, from a company that claims to be flexible with one's moving needs. I ordered the Pod in advance as they said that I could schedule as needed. However, when I scheduled for a pick up they claimed there were no available times to be picked up. When they did pick up my ***, it sat in storage for 3-5 days and tracking was unavailable after it was claimed to be picked up. Which in return caused extra expenses since my items did not arrive promptly costing upwards of $1000. When I tried to arrange for the pick up of the *** unit, I attempted to change the date to get the *** moving storage to be picked up a day earlier, but the portal didn't work. Now they are charging me for an extra day indicating that I surpassed the *************** but this ********************* was not mentioned either when I called for an earlier delivery. Which now they are charging me $300+ for one day that they did not have available to pick up. They even had to audacity to tell me that I should hire their movers since I would not be able to move everything into my apartment in a day. Additionally, I never received the claims that I had put in, several times, including the indication when scheduling to have the delivery and pick-up date moved up. Furthermore, when I asked for them over the phone, I never received a copy via email or mail of these claims that I made. I called several times, to check the status of the ongoing disputes and yet never received a copy via email. I called in August to check on the progress and have yet to receive a response from the company as it is reaching the middle of December. I am now receiving phone calls that my "unpaid" bill will be sent to a collection agency due to your lack of communication to cater to your customers' concerns.

      ***** associates are not helpful and do not give their customers a clear understanding of the billing cycle and payments that their customers can expect. They also took $900 out of my account without my authorization, leaving me with $37. On top of that I was being lied to by the associates that I wasnt double charged and was only told the truth when I spoke to a supervisor. As of now the hold on my account hasnt been released. They also never told me that I would need to be present to pick up the key to my lock despite me making it VERY CLEAR that I no longer live in the state and wont be able to be present during the process of pick up. When I called to resolve the issue, they just told me that me not being present was true and they cant make any exceptions so Ill just have to break my lock which I paid $15 for. The most frustrating thing overall about this business is the poor communication and lack of accountability for their shortcomings.

      I would definitely not recommend this company They are unreliable, unprofessional and downright horrible to deal with. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They say one thing, and then do the exact opposite with lame explanations for their decisions.Day 1, we booked a *** with them with a discount quoted to me. When I checked on my order, it showed 3 PODS were reserved. I immediately notified them of THEIR error stating only one *** was reserved. They said,oh, ok, then the discount doesn't apply. FIRST PROBLEM. Day 2 - delivery date. ******** was promised with a time frame of between 11am-1pm. No show. Called and said they were on their way, but the *** was damaged. So, they couldn't deliver and had to get another one.Another delay. Again, THEIR mistake. Finally showed up between 4:30-5:00. (Mind you, when they were told we had to get out of our home that day). Unacceptable! SECOND PROBLEM. During all this time, we're trying to get a price from them of what this is going to cost. Gave an estimated quote of $500. I asked for a solid price. They could not give an exact amount, but said we would get a $50 credit for our inconvenience. Unacceptable!Day 3 - pick up of their *** at our new home. Pick up time between 7:30am-10:00am. Called when they were on their way and arrived roughly around 7:30am. Ok, good, so we thought. The driver got there and refused to take the *** stating it was too close to the sod (even though the *** was placed there by their driver), and wasn't going to risk damage to the sod. He left! Unacceptable! was told we would get a $100 credit for our added inconvenience. We asked, so $100 plus the originally promised $50 credit? Oh, no, $100 TOTAL. That's the best they can do for us. $100 credit for all our inconvenience from the beginning to the end of this fiasco? Unacceptable!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY AROUND AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO EVEN HAVE A BUSINESS!
