5 starsPods was an exceptional moving experience. Everyone I worked with was friendly and knowledgeable. The team at the storage facility in ******, ** is outstanding - Rose is the best and the few other gentlemen I worked with were also very helpful and friendly. My items were stored safely for several months and arrived on time in my new city without any damage - thanks *************************, you're a gem! Pods prices are extremely reasonable for the service they offer. The website is easy to use and overall the process was as stress-free as moving can get. Would highly recommend Pods and will absolutely trust them again for my next move. Thank you!

5 starsI had a wonderful experience using the Pod. I was able to load & unload at my own pace. The men that delivered & picked up were awesome. I would recommend that anyone moving should definitely use a Pod. Thank you for making my move a great experience.PODS Moving & Storage

4 starsIt was a very easy process. They kept us well informed of every step along the way. All staff at every level was very kind and informative. The only thing that was irritating was that I would get emails stating that my move was -- days away, book now. The first one scared me as I had already booked, I thought. I called PODS and yes, I had already booked. These emails came at least three or four times prior to the move. They are unnecessary and can be worrisome. Overall, a great and seamless experience.PODS Moving & Storage

5 starsI use pods to travel from ******** to **********, **********, and both locations.The pods drivers were very professional courteous.Answered any of my questions. In ********** when ****** delivered the pod To the community that I'm living in now.He was amazing And stayed there to make sure that I was able to access the pod.And there were no issues. He came back the next day in the morning. Add schedule to pick it up. He's a great asset to pod's very professional. He was the best. I recommend pods for anyone who is moving anything anywhere. Because my pod traveled 3000 miles and everything was perfect.PODS Moving & Storage

5 starsI would highly recommend PODS. From the very start, everyone I dealt with was courteous. Everything was spelled out, what I needed to do, timeline, etc. I had never used PODS before so I checked around before finalizing with them. They were the most economical for an out of state move. The drivers who delivered and picked up the *** were always pleasant and on time. I had no issues at all. I can't imagine how things could be stolen. I used the lock I bought from them, I saw the lock get tagged, it remained so when I opened my *** in my driveway. I hope to not move again for a while, but if I do, I will use PODS again. 2 starsI thought I had all dates determined at time of booking to prevent second month of storage charge (i even wrote down all dates from dropoff through empty pod pickup) but apparently my delivery date to my new home in another state I was supposed to call and schedule after it's picked up. This was not clearly explained and led to a delay, which caused me to go over my monthly rental by 3 days. This led to a 2nd month rental fee of $300 for 3 days. I'm not sure why no one reached out to me to let me know my drop off dates weren't confirmed. I also spent hours on the phone with them to get this fixed to no avail. I paid the $300 cause I'm sick of dealing with them. I will likely look elsewhere for future moving needs, and I will be moving a bunch over the next few years. Pod itself was nice, and delivery and loading was super easy and convenient.PODS Moving & Storage
