    I ordered 1 bottle and paid ***** with free shipping. I never signed up for a subscription as I was wanted to pay for the product to see if it worked. Low and behold, i just received another bottle and was charged. Very deceptive and disappointed in this company. I was able to go online and "cancel" the subscription that I never agreed to. However, i would like my money refunded.

    I went online to order the two free bottles of Relaxium Sleep for the shipping charge of $7.95. This was on 12/8/22. I did not receive the product until 12/20/22. I started taking the directed amount of 2 capsules per night. It did not work. On 1/3/23 I saw a charge on my bank account of $119.90. I was NOT prepared for this charge. I immediately assumed I would be receiving another shipment. I called the 800 phone number and was told the $119.80 charge was for the first two bottles. I asked why It was advertised as two bottles for free only paid shipping. She said it was not free only a free trial and that after a few weeks I would be charged. I said it didnt work and I wanted a refund. I was told I had to return the unopened bottle. I needed to send it priority mail. Then she said that it would take between 10 and 40 days to receive the refund. I said this was unacceptable. I was then told that I could keep both bottles for an immediate refund of $85.00. And she would stop the automatic shipments (previously she said there were no automatic shipments). This was blackmail. I told her to refund the $85.00. I was not interested in waiting 40 days probably only to be told I was past the required time allotment. The most frustrating thing is that ************************* (former ******** Governor ) is putting his name on a company that is basically a scam. I feel bad for the limited income seniors who dont have the resources to battle this company. Im mad I settled for 71% of my money. They scammed me. Its a scam company.

    I ordered the free trial for $7.95 shipping. A week after I received it, I was charged $119 to my debit card. I called and was told that even though I hadn't had time to try the product, I could not ask for a refund for the additional charges. After saying I was going to the BBB, they agreed to give me $40 back.

    We regret the customer was not satisfied. We do want to offer pristine customer service and the customer's statement was concerning to me because Relaxium honors a 30 day money back guarantee and I wanted to make sure the agent was following the correct directives.  This is why I listened to the recorded call and the agent explained that all that was needed for a full refund was to return one of the two unopened bottles within 30 days of the receipt of them and the refund would be processed. This is Relaxium's way of letting a customer make sure they like the product before having to pay.  She also informed her of the expected timeframe involved.  The agent was being helpful and offered the $40 refund without any mention of the BBB.  We have included a copy of the recorded phone call as a reminder.  We wish the customer all the best and to reach out with any questions.  ************.

    Governor ******** promotes a "Risk free 30 day trial", the product did not work for me.They sent 2 bottles, I was lead to believe I was "Risk" free for 30 days that turned out not to be true. When I called to set up the return of the bottles, That's when I was informed they would charge me for the product. They need to loose the "30 Day No Risk" commercials, classic bait and switch.

    I have ask the Rep from Relaxium (*****) who just called me by phone voice message this afternoon.  I have requested her to contact me via email or text message. Those are my main contact channels. (I am hearing impaired)

    Only a full refund put back on my Credit Card for the 2 bottles they sent me on a "no risk" 30 Day Trial wasn't so. Anything short of this will not be  satisfactory to me.

    Our 30-day risk free offer gives you 30 days from the receipt of your package to return the product if you are dissatisfied.  You only had to return one unopened bottle to receive a full retund -- the opened bottle was yours to keep.  This is very generous of the company to let you try before you commit to being charged.  We did not see any product returned, therefore no refund was given.     When I called to get the Return Authorization information, that is when I charged for the 2 bottles of Your Relaxium. Not sure why I was charged for 2 bottles when 1 bottle was more than enough to try out. 

    Shipping was charged to me on Sept. 5, 2022 for shipping.  This is ok.

    I spoke to your **************** lady on 9/22/2022 to get return information and she informed me the $59.95 was the best option for me to pay to avoid a roughly $120.00 automatic monthly charge continuing on my Credit Card and being shipped more product that did not work for me. 

    So much for the "Risk Free"  ad you run on TV. 

    I did not authorize these "Automatic Charges" and had no idea Relaxium had taken this Liberty to charge my card every month before I had the chance to try them. 

    From your response to the BBB, you say the full refund was not made because you did not receive the 2 bottles back. 

    That was not the option presented to me on 9/22/2022.

    I will gladly ship the 2 bottles of Relaxium  to you as they were on 9/22/2022 if I can get a full refund of $59.95.

    Please advise. 

    I am in NOT agreeing to being charged for your product on an "Automatic Recurring Charge"  to my credit card.

    Correct, I had to pay 50% of the 100% normal cost to get them off my credit card.


    This was a NO Risk trial, that should mean no cost to me.  So why was I charged anything at all ? Let alone 50%=approximately $59.00.

    Of course now it's out of the 30 day return period, but once I realized they were actually charging my card as a sale, then they took the Liberty to put me on a recurring monthly charge to my credit card, before my "Free Trial" period was over.

    I have paid the price for dealing with these people who are riding on Gov. ********** reputation and  for my thinking that I had a FREE TRIAL when I called to get a return authorization for both bottles that didn't work for me, they charged me 50% to stop the billing cycle THEY TOOK THE LIBERTY TO SETUP ON MY Credit Card.

    I am hopeful that my sharing my experience with these folks might be a caution to others at least on your BBB site. You will be charged.

    A few weeks ago I saw a commercial advertising Relaxium and looked up their website and read were they had a trial offer for $7.95 plus shipping and handling for 1 bottle! It was enough for my friend to try it out. She received 2 bottles but NO mention about a subscription or additional fees for that bottle! On December 9th at 4:30am I was debited $119.90 by Relaxium!!! While looking up a customer contact number I saw sever complaint complaining about this same rip off!!! Called them and they offered me $90.00 back now or they will email my friend shipping instructions and we can get a full refund returning the unopened 2nd bottle and I have to pay return shipping! Cant say the words RIP OFFS enough!!!!

    I ordered a free trial from Relaxium sleep. It was a free trial pay for shipping. When you click on the link it takes you to the order page. Apparently, underneath the link to order your free trial it says in 2 weeks if you like the product we will charge you 119. 00. But, you wont see that if you already clicked on the link for the trial. It is set up to charge you for the product when think you are getting a free trial. When I called customer service, they blame the customer for not seeing the print below the trial link. This company is taking advantage of customers. I am to send it back for a refund.

    Relaxium Sleep is offering 2 free bottles of their product for the shipping and handling price of $7.95. I paid this and shortly after they charged my debit card approximately $119. I called them and told them I wanted the charge reversed as the original offer was for 2 FREE bottles for the shipping cost. I had to get irate with them when they wouldn't reverse the charges. They then said I could return 1 bottle for a refund. I told them I didn't have the time or the energy to do that as that was not the advertised offer for 2 free bottles. They finally told me they would return 75% of the $119 which I accepted as I had no choice but what I want is the full $119 back as I never agrees nor did they ever indicate that I would be charged $119. This is infuriating and completely misleading what they are doing.

    I ordered a free trial and was charged shipping of $7.95 on 10/24. I never received my free trial. Then on 11/10 I received two bottles and was billed $119.90. I did not order two bottles. I would appreciate a credit on my credit card. I also read complaints of this same scam on this better business bureau sight. I will be calling my credit card company next and the phone number listed for the Relaxium offices. I have no correspondence from Relaxium to submit as they never sent a receipt.     I order Relaxium Sleep Aid in September 2022 a 14 day trail. I understood that there would be recurring shipments after the initial 14 days and that there was a cancellation and refund for any unused product if I choose to discontinue. I did NOT cancel immediately after the 14 days and did receive additional shipment. Unpon receipt of the shipment I contaced Relaxium (customer service is in **************). Per their direction I returned the product on 10/13/22 for a full refund of $149.98. The product was received by Relaxium in ********, ** on 10/15/22 at 1:38pm. I called customer service on 11/7 and they told me to send evidence that they receivied the product. I did so, on 11/9/22 I called and they told me that they confirmed receipt by the warehouse and would refund $149.98 within 2-3 days. Reference# 6CA62BCBEF. Never received refund. I have called and emailed customer support multiple times (11/18; 11/20; 11/280. Each time I am told that my request has been escalated to the financial department. But it has not. Still do not have the refund and cannot get a straight answer. I do not know what else to do
