I ordered Relaxium Sleep. I tried it for a week and it did not work for me. I contacted the business letting them know I did not want future orders. That was canceled, yet I was still charged $119.90. I was surprised as the offer on television touts a free trial were giving away free bottles to try. Apparently I failed to read the fine print. I absolutely think the advertising being used is deceitful. They are scamming people out of $120.Business Response

I purchased a 90 day supply of their sleep aid product. I cant say I am ****** thrilled with it as I do not notice any difference therefore I do not believe it works for me. I have no intentions of ordering it further. I also was not seeking a refund. I noticed the company charged my credit card $114.92! Without my authorization.I called the number lusted on their ******** page, spoke with a lady who attempted to get me to take additional pills. I declined and asked for a refund of the $114.92 that was not authorized. She said ok and I would be receiving an email confirmation. No email ever came. I called back 2 days later, explained it all again and the lady had trouble finding my account. Found it after a bit! She too said I would be receiving an email confirmation of the refund! Guess what still has not been sent? Yep The refund or the email confirmation!And now I see others are having the same issues! NOT GOOD. I made an order over 30 days ago for the product offer of buy three months, get three months free. I am told the refund is only for the trial order; however, I did not get that from the advertisement nor was it pointed out buy the sales personnel when I ordered.Business Response

I initially ordered Relaxium in Nov of 2021. I had a gard time getting the site to accept my credit card for the $7.95 shipping, that should have been a warning. I never received an email with an order confirmation nor did my card go through at first. I had a $7.95 charge show up on my card a week later, and a week after that 2 bottles showed up. I have called, waited on the line, and left a message to receive a call back. I have sent emails trying to cancel, I have sent bottled back to the label I received them from (I asked where to return them, and never got an answer). I tried looking for my account on relaxium.com with my email and my phone number. Neither are associated with an account. I keep getting charged $119 every 2 months. I called *********** and closed the card that was being charged fraudulently. Relaxium somehow got the new card number and continues to charge me. I am at my **** end. I have chronic insomnia and was just looking for help. I am deeply saddened and incredibly sad that this is happening to so many.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:I'm unsure why they are saying I spoke to someone. Since my conversation with ****** no one has contacted me and nothing has been resolved. I have not received any refunds or confirmation they will stop charging my card. I've offered over and over to return several unused bottles, all unopened, and no one has told me where to return them. They scammed me out of over $1200 and at this point I would accept at least half of that refunded; as long as my account is canceled and they won't charge me anymore. By the way, when I went on their website and tried to enter my info, phone number and email, it said they have no account for me. Rekaxium has made it impossible for me to cancel for several months. I feel incredibly taken advantage of. I was looking for solace to my insomnia and all relaxium has done was cause more stress maxing out my credit card.

I did get a voice mail from a female, I am so sorry I don't remember her name. I did receive a check for less than 1/4 of the amount relaxium charged me. At this point its been such a headache I will let it go. As long as my relaxium account is cancelled and they no longer charge me.
I meant to respond with a phone call but I've been busy busy busy.

On 6/27/2022, I provided my credit card information to this business to pay $7.95, for the shipping and handling of a free sample. The business then shipped me six bottles of the product and charged my credit card $179.85, without my authorization. On 7/17/2022, I returned five of the six bottles. I kept one because I was supposed to receive a sample of the product. I informed them that I did not want the other bottles and wanted a refund of the money they charged without my authorization. It cost me $10.71 to mail them back to the business. I want them to refund the money they took from me.Business Response

The Relaxium advertisement online was to pay for one bottle and get one free in order to initially try the product. I tried one bottle in various doses and it just didn't work for me. I kept the other bottle as I will eventually give it to somebody to try. Maybe they'll be lucky. I thought that was the end of it. I should have been charged for one bottle as the other one was supposed to be free. I was charged $119.00 for two bottles last month via credit card and today I received two more bottles and my credit card once again listed another $119.00 charge. I now have two more bottles that I didn't order but of which I was charged. This company should be ashamed of its deceptive practices.Business Response

Ordered a free trial bottle of Relaxium on 9/2/22, for which I was charged $7.95 shipping. Was surprised when two bottles arrived, but in checking my Order Confirmation email it does say 2 bottles. This email mentions NOTHING of a future charge of $119.90 twenty days later, NOR does it mention a 30-day return period to avoid this charge. Had I been fully informed in this email, I would have canceled the initial order. When I called Relaxium to dispute the subsequent $119.90 charge, ***** informed me that I was advised of this future charge online before ordering. She did NOT mention future shipments of 2 bottles each and charges of $119.90 which I learned today online that we have to call or write to cancel. When I offered to return the initial two bottles to get my refund (my husband only took 2 nights worth because they actually kept him awake), ***** informed me that we were past the 30-day return period. All of this when I thought I was getting one trial bottle for $7.95 - which now has cost us $127.85 for a product which I thought would cost $7.95, and did not even work, and they wont let me return. This constitutes deceptive business practices and theft of funds.Business Response

I ordered a free trial of the product. The advertising said I would only pay shipping and handling. The product was shipped in late August. When I received my credit card statement in October it showed a $119.90 charge on September 3rd. I called Relaxium and was told because I didn't return the product within 30 days of shipment, I had to pay the full price. No refund.That is not what is advertised.
