We tried the lower price free trial and now they are tying to charge $127.85 for more. We never used the first bottle. My 91 year old father ordered this himself. He's in a nursing home and they took the bottle away from him. I could not get a refund because I had nothing I could return.Customer Answer

On top of that, it just cost me $10.83 to mail back the bottle of Relaxium that I was supposedly able to keep after paying the $7.95 shipping and handling for the free offer. Relaxium is promoted by **** ******* and **** ******* on TV, both credible individuals. A couple of weeks ago I responded to my "free" bottle of Relaxium. I understood that there would be a $7.95 shipping charge. I was then prompted to confirm my order with the understanding that I would receive additional Shipments. I would not confirm this. I was then prompted that I would still receive my order without additional shipmemts. I agreed. After trying pills out of one bottle I was disappointed in the results and called the company at ************. I became suspicious and also wanted to confirm that I was not to automatically receive more monthly shipments. I was told that I would be charged for the open bottle (over $125) and told to send back the unopened bottle to ******************************************************************************. *****. I was given a return merchandise # of *****************. I was speaking directly to "Woodly". I was then told that if I kept the unopened bottle I could get a 50% discount. I responded "no". I was then told the discount would be raised to 75% off and pay$29.97.. I reluctantly agreed since it was going to cost me to ship back the unopened bottle. I don't feel that I should be charged the $29.97 based on my initial understanding, and if they want the unopened bottle back they should send me postage. I will monitor my situation and credit card charges for the near future as I am very suspicious. This is a very uncredible way of doing business and I noticed numerous complaints posted on your site regarding this company. ***** ******Business Response

I ordered a "free" trial of Relaxium and was sent 2 bottles, which I was told to pay full price for the second bottle. I called to return the 2nd bottle and was offered a discount to keep it, which I reluctantly accepted. I took as prescribed for 5 nights and it did not work as described. The 6th morning I experienced extreme vertigo and passed out while making breakfast. I injured my hip and hit my head on the cabinet. I discontinued taking it for 4 days to verify that it was the cause of the vertigo.. it was. I just called to return the unopened bottle and was given an address. I am still experiencing pain and discomfort and more sleepless night. I would sue them if I thought it would be productive.Business Response

I used the product once and it made me dizzy. The next day I canceled the trial via telephone and received the attached confirmation email. With my initial call I was asked why I was cancelling and I told them. NO mention ever of returning the unused product. I would gladly return it if I could get a RA number!Business Response

In December 30 2024 I order their product ( sleep aid) for $7.95 which I received January 31 2025. In January 16 2025 I was charged $119.90. But received nothing. I called their customer service and told them of the charge and that I was not interested in their product and ask them to refund my money. But instead I was again charged $127.85. And received no product. Again I called the company and informed them that I wanted my money return, now a total of $247.75. Again I was informed that I was released from my month order and the money would be refunded. So today since I didn't receive any refund I called, and was told that would cancel the order being sent out today and would receive my refund. Since I don't believe them I am filing this report. Some time ago, around the first of January, I started to order a ONETIME PURCHASE of Relaxium. My credit card denied the purchase fearing fraud. They contacted me and asked if it was me trying to make the purchase. I said "yes" and they told me to **** the purchase, and it would go through since they knew it was me. I NEVER REORDERED OR EVEN WENT BACK TO THE SITE. It came up pending on the ** for a short while then stopped. Now they suddenly used my ** number and put an order through on 2/5/2025. I did not authorize that action! I called and they told me to send back the item when it arrived. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. They claim none was available and rudely hung up on me.
