    False advertising for relaxium sleep. I agreed to pay **** only for a 15 day trial and they send 2 bottles and expected me to pay to send them back and charged ****** on my credit card when I had told them NO, they in no way had my permission to charge my card. They are running a scam as far as Im concerned.

    I intended to purchase online a sample of the Relaxium sleep aid and a discounted price. When I went to complete the order it did not go through. So I sent it again. Once again the order did not go through, so I gave up. Later, I received three orders of the product. I checked credit card, and saw a charge had been placed for three orders of the product at full price for each. I wrote it off as a foolish purchase. Now 90 days later I received another 3 bottles of the product and learned I had been enrolled in a subscription service for the product.What is really frustrating is this stuff doesn't even work.

    My mother was enticed by a deluge of commercials offering a "free trial" of Relaxium for the cost of $7.95 for shipping and handling, but she couldn't get their order site to work so she asked me to do it. I ordered one free trial for her and one for me. Each cost $7.95...except they didn't. A few weeks later I was auto-charged for $119...twice! I never agreed to be auto-billed for anything. I never agreed to sign up for a recurring payment or shipment. I asked for a free trial so I could try the product and make up my mind if it would even work. Spoiler alert: it doesn't. Doesn't do a darn thing at all. It was like taking water. Nothing happened except a bill on my CC. I am now out $238 for a product that I did not ask for and does not work. I tried calling the company, and ******* told me it says they will auto charge on the website. WHERE? I never saw it and I looked for it. I had a feeling it was a scam, but my mother wanted it so I went against my better judgment. Shame on me I guess.I want my $238 back. You can keep the $15.90 for the "free" trials.

    You would have to pay me to use this item!!! That whinnnnney woman on there is so repulsive I can barely watch it so I change the channel when that ad on!!!!

    We do not understand why it's important enough to make a formal complaint regarding a testimonial of a woman/couple who could not sleep for years.   They do get teary due to the untold part of WHY they could not sleep ----they lost their daughter when a child and had insomnia ever since. Of course, that is not told on the commercial but that is why they are a somewhat emotional couple. I truly feel for these two and I'm sure you do too knowing this.  Blessings to you and your family!

    I heard the infomercial on TV and called. I was supposed to get a 14 day free trial for $7.95 which I never received. When I got my credit card statement I had been charged $7.95 and $119.95. I called and was told they had the wrong address. They confirmed my correct mailing address and told me they could do nothing until I received the product. I tried to cancel the whole thing because of such poor management but was told they could not do anything until I received the product. The man told me when I received the order to simply take it unopened to the post office and they would create a return tracking #; after 2 days I was to call back and they would have the tracking number and then they could refund my money. However, the post office informed that the code on the package had them label it: Unendorsed bulk business mail 3rd class- no endorsement; waste locally; do not forward; do not return. Now what am I supposed to do? I am so disappointed that *********************** would be supporting such a scam. I want my money back and I want to return this unopened package.

    I ordered Relaxium sleep and was supposed to be a trial for **** shipping Fed 22. Received 2 bootles for some reason and was charged ****** on Mar 11. What a scam! Numerous complaints on interenet! What do I do to remedy this?

    Ordered free trial of relaxium just had to pay shipping for ****. Today I received another shipment which I didn't order or agree to on first purchased. They billed me $119 on my credit card that I did not authorize. Additionally the product doesn't work. Tried to contact company, no answer.

    I contacted relaxium in early january and told them to stop sending product to my house.they said they would.they lied and sent more to my house in febuary.I called them again and the said they would. they lied again.I got more product again last week. these people just don't quit sending and I want it stopped.

    I am filing This compliant (Relaxium) sleep because I have never been so disgusted with A company as I am with Relaxium Personell . When I placed this order I was completely in dark about charges for shipping of $7.95. I debated purchase but decided to try at this price .After giving c-card Number I was infomed that I would- be billed for the ************* for around $60. And this would be continued Monthly. At this time I told them to cancel this order completely. Tried several times @ least 3-5 with no satisfaction earlier this week After speaking with agent I was told I would have to ship 2nd bottle back a my expense I did this But I informed. At This Time I was I had been Talking to A computer. I explained That I felt that this FRAUD. returned shipping cost $18.65.I explained to him That Was never Free and these were exposed prior my order. he said he would send my complaint to Mgmt for them to contact Me. *************************

    I opted for a 30 day free trial of Relaxium, 1 bottle, and paid $7.95 for shipping. No other option was mentioned. They sent 2 bottles without our permission. Billed to my account $119.90 plus the $7.95. Fraud. Options offered by Relaxium for refund of unauthorized money taken from our account were at our expense. Need total refund of $119.90.
