    I had a great experience with Swift shift Van Lines. They moved my company from California to North Carolina. They were extremely efficient communicated well and all the items arrived intact. I would recommend them to a family member.

    The team treated my residence with great respect. The movers put on protective shoe covers and assisted me with laying down floor protection because I had completed hardwood floor renovation. Not a single scuff or dent anywhere. Settling into a new place becomes much easier because of this particular detail.

    Would give less if I could but didnt even book a move. A senior coordinator, ******* ******* reached out and talked to him for a bit. Call started out good but proceeded to get worse as it went on and more information provided. He started making assumptions about my financial situation after telling him Im just getting quotes and not jumping on booking with him. He made some other comments during the call as well that did not sit well with me. Following the call, I was met with a flood of texts trying to convince me to jump on their price. After responding and letting him know that their services will no longer be needed, he responded with file closed dude, get a better job in a new location.

    The movers arrived at 9 a.m. and immediately went to work. They began by carefully covering each piece of furniture in moving blankets to avoid scratches. They stood out handling our couch, ensuring the fabric remained clean with the plastic covers. The crew ensured that nothing moved while traveling and that everything was stowed safely in the vehicle.

    A 3 man team came to move our belongings into a Pod. They were all friendly, strong and knowledgeable. They worked well as a team and did a great job on time and under the estimated time. I highly recommend them!

    I needed for my relocation wouldn't fit in the truck. The team addressed the issue by changing the load and fastening it with specialized straps. They never voiced any complaints, although they had to work extra hours.

    If I could I would leave -5 stars. I was quoted a rate for an out of state move the representative was nice and stated would be my "mover contact" though the move and answer any questions and keep me informed about delivery. Well every time I call I was unable to reach this individual. My pick up was scheduled for a Friday and they did not come until late Saturday. I owed more money to the company as they stated items I had would take more space then was figured. Additionally they charged $75 for stairs! Never was I told about these additional charges. I feel this should be mentioned and not in the "fine print" of a contract. I was told delivery would be made on Monday. I did not receive my belongings until the following Monday. I was without any of my belongings for over one week. I took a week off prior to starting a new job to get settled in our home. Well that obviously did not happen. I would have had to take another day off work to accept delivery, however, my husband had not yet started work and was home. I repeatedly had to call for updates about our delivery and was told numerous different stories. I was emailed by the customer service representative stating my things and been picked up and wanted me to know the amount due when delivery arrived. I was even told by one of the individuals that they had up to 30 days to deliver! I would NOT recommend using this company and they should not be in business. They don't care about the customers belongings just getting their money.

    We do apologize about your experience, our contract does have a two day window for pick up, our movers can arrive on either day. All additional charges are listed in bold print in our contract for the customer to carefully review prior to signing and acknowledging these possible charges.  The items were delivered within the legal delivery window, as per the contract we do not guarantee dates for delivery. Again we do apologize about your experience.

    This company is extremely unethical. I do t know how their employees can live with themselves. They severely under estimate the cost of moves and add on high costs when it is too late to do anything about it. We found this out with our daughters move. We had also put down a deposit for our own move and even though it is months away and they have done nothing so far they will not refund our deposit. Do not use them!!

    We do apologize about this, after looking into this it does look like one moving file had double the inventory which caused the price to change. The other moving file is outside of the cancellation period as stated in the contract.

    The movers were very kind and professional. Their manager however, ******, would not let the movers unload the truck until I paid them cash, even though I paid the 1st half of the move with my debit card. I was also told this when they arrived to drop off at our new home, so I didn't have the cash on me. This company feels like a well organized scam. My final price was twice as much as quoted, and they would've kept all my furniture if I didn't run to the bank to immediately. Definitely not worth the trouble , I will be using a different company next time we move.

    WE do apologize about this, at the time of booking we provide each customer with a welcome packet which included specific forms of payment accepted, it is also listed in our contract.
