    My service agent, ****, was exceptional! I cannot say enough good about him. He met all my needs and expectations. I would highly recommend him and Snowbird ******************************************* to anyone!

    We have used Snowbird Heating and Cooling Company since 2018. From the day we called them we have been very happy with their Sevices. We purchased a new air conditioner from them in 2018 and were very pleased. The knowledge of their service tech is amazing. Also when we contact the office for appointments the customer service couldnt be any better!!

    Called first thing this morning, 10/14/24 and spoke with ******. Said someone would be out the same day before 6:00 PM. ****** was knocking on the door a little after 5:00PM. Checked out everything and we finally turned on our a/c for the first time since Wednesday night. Been a long time without air. Good news our a/c is okay but will have to replace the duct work. ****** couldn't have been more professional, and Snowbird is lucky to have him as their representative. Highly recommend this company as they installed our heat pump 3 years ago.

    What a great company. Within 24 hours of my call they were out repairing my mom's HVAC. ****** was great. He worked very hard all day and we were one of his last customers. Even though he must have been exhausted he was so nice and caring. He took time to go over what he found and we were back up and running within an hour of his arrival. Snowbird is Great because of people like ******. Also, shout out to ****** who took my call yesterday. So pleasant and sweet. I love Snowbird and their people!

    Snowbird is very quick in response time anytime I needed them. They are quick and efficient with their diagnosis. I have no problem recommending them to anybody. The technician was very friendly and knows his stuff. Thanks.

    Quick response to my need ref. my A/C as a New customer. The tech was knowledgeable, polite and professional. I will continue to use and recommend this company.I found them from referrals from my real estate clients. I am a realtor and had the opportunity to meet Snowbird at my clients homes for service. Each time I was empress and I am again with my own experience as a new customer of ********************..

    I would gladly recommend Snowbird to anyone! Came home from church and on Sunday morning to water on the floor and under my AC unit. Called Snowbird and was told theyd have a tech at my house by 5:00pm. The young man arrived, found the problem and had it fixed by 5:30. He explained everything he needed to do to get my AC running properly again. He was respectful and pleasant. I have renewed my annual plan with Snowbird for at least the 3rd, maybe 4th year in a row because of their excellent service. Thank you Snowbird!!
