    Todays visit went superbly. The technician ***** arrive on time. He presented himself professionally and courteously, a great representative of the company. He diagnosed the problem and quickly recommended a permanent fix, in the meantime providing a temporary solution. I like Snowbird for their courtesy, professionalism and fair pricing. Totally recommended.

    ****** called to notify he was on his way and came with another tech. His work was very efficient. On the other hand, the use of AI for contacting Snowbird created many problems, including 3 phone calls over 2 days to even get an appointment booked before I realized I was speaking to a bot. I knew my problem was a drainage problem and we finally arrived at a solution. The work was done in less than an hour and my ac was performing at peak.

    Tech diagnosing A/C failed to correctly find all repair needed. Tech who installed new compressor diagnosed another repair which was needed but not noted by the tech who originally diagnosed the unit. However, the repair tech failed to report the necessary info to Snowbird of the additional repair needed. Upon initially contacting Snowbird, received notice of two different techs sent to home, two trucks arrived. Repair was scheduled for one day and then received a notice that it was scheduled for another day. On the original call to Snowbird, was talking to an A1 for 15 minutes until I was informed I was speaking to a virtual assistant. Not happy with virtual assistants. Also, not sure if unit was vacuum sealed properly.

    Love me some Snowbird experience. They installed the **** unit 3 years ago. I used them for maintenance / tune *** since then too. Last visit involved getting under the mfg home only to discover the duct work collapsed. The technician explained the process well. Had it repaired in less than an hour. Everyone cringes when things fall apart. Snowbird takes the edge off and offers competent / experienced / friendly service. Ask them about the yearly maintenance plan.

    We purchased an a/c unit last year, and were very pleased with the entire transaction. We were called just the other day to have two free inspections. The plumbing inspector was thorough, found no problems, and sent us the photos. The a/c check was equally professional. They were no charge, as presented. Snowbird has earned the highest recommendation possible.

    Snowbird Heating and Cooling, Inc, formerly known as Superior Heating and Cooling Management has been servicing my AC unit for approximately ten years.The technicians do an excellent job in servicing the unit annually. During the year, if a problem comes up and i call the response is usually quick. I have had two five year service contract which has worked well.On a whole I have been satisfied with the service.
