    My HVAC was repaired the same day I called. From the call to the repair, Snowbird employees were both polite and professional. The correct part was already in the truck, so there was no need to wait for it to be ordered or for a service professional to retrieve it. I was very pleased with the experience and grateful to have the unit working again!

    Todays visit went superbly. The technician ***** arrive on time. He presented himself professionally and courteously, a great representative of the company. He diagnosed the problem and quickly recommended a permanent fix, in the meantime providing a temporary solution. I like Snowbird for their courtesy, professionalism and fair pricing. Totally recommended.
