    1 I had an Air Conditioning Unit installed at my residence, The company was to obtain the proper permits with the city of **********. They did not. They have said they are working on it but never do anything and now are no longer responding to my communications.2 The unit is over cooling and not performing in a manner that is commercially acceptable. They have worked on it many times and now no longer return my calls.

    ** stopped working and called Snowbird for a visit. As soon as ****** came I explained what is going on and without even opening my unit he started saying horrible things about the company that installed the original and the builders for my house. Said I needed to replace the entire system that is 7 years old. Told me its $10k or I can replace the coil for $4k. He claimed there was a leak but couldnt even show me where. He just said theres a small leak. We decided to refill the system first. After he left the ** stopped working and draining, which seems like a setup because now I can call them back to replace the parts. He signed me up for a membership without explaining what the benefits or cost are. The quote I got to recharge the unit had the membership included so I didnt know the exact cost. I emailed them back after he left and said I would like the membership refunded. However this was before the ** stopped working again so I said hold off since I might need them to come back. Called another company to come down. Another leak test was done and there was no leak in the area ****** claimed there was one. The coil for the outside unit needed replacement which was WAY cheaper than what the quotes from Snowbird were and I wasnt pressure into buying a whole new system. They also said drain pipes were clogged. Funny how it would be clogged if the last person who looked at them was from Snowbird. I sent an email back to Snowbird as I was upset with what I had discovered. I requested for a refund and gave them a opportunity to redeem themselves before I left a review. I received a call from ***** and all he wanted to do is mansplain everything and promised me I would get my refund. After 2 weeks of not getting my refund I reached back out and havent heard a thing.
