    I am very please with the services performed by Technicians ****** *****, ******* ******, and ******************** on 04/19/24, 08/07/24 and 08/08/24, respectively. They did an outstanding and professional job on my A/C unit when it stop working due to damage to the dual run Capacitor-20-50-mfd., which needed to be replaced. Also a hard start kit with a potential rely was installed, as well as to add 1-3 lb R-410A Refrigerant. This job was done on 04/19/24. Also I purchased a Snowbird Home Maintenance Agreement by that time. On 08/07/24, A Surge Protector for outdoor unit line voltage circuit, was installed, to help prevent damage from electricity spikes. On 08/08/24, R-410A refrigerant was added to the outside ******* I always said, I will definitely recommend this Company to friends and family.

    I chose Snowbird Heating and Air Conditioning because of all the positive things that Ive heard about them. Everyone that Ive dealt with so far has been terrific. The field techs are very knowledgeable and go over and above. The office personnel are professional and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Snowbird.

    As usual SnowBird is my first thought on who to call when my system goes out. They are so prompt and professional. I really trust them and appreciate their honesty.     I trust Snowbird completely with my central air maintenance and repairs. I have used them for many years and have never been disappointed. Fast. Honest and reasonable rates. I usually get ****** and he is so personable and professional, but every tech i have gotten through the years has always been outstanding. 5 stars for Snowbird!!

    At my daughter's house, tech was scheduled for 10am-noon. She called at 11:45am to advise she was running 45 mins late. Checked my system. Said I was low on coolant and I have a slow leak. Said the coolant isn't made any more, so I have to get a new $10K system. I called another HVAC company which had no problem adding coolant.At my house a week later, the same tech was scheduled for noon-4pm. At 2:20pm she called to advise she'd be there in 10 mins. At 2:30pm she logged in through the security guard. At 3pm and again at 3:45pm I called Snowbird to ask where the tech was. They said she had been at my house for the past hour, which wasn't true. At 4:15pm they called and said she had a family emergency and they'd be sending another tech when he finished his current job. Told them not to bother. I've used Snowbird in the past and have been very satisfied with them. Not any more.

    New to *******, Needed work done on duck work under my home, They came highly recommended by neighbors.They were there ahead of schedule. Did a great job for a very fair price. Would highly recommend Snowbird Heating and Cooling. *****, ***** and **** did a great job and very professional. The office personnel was very nice and helpful. They answered all my concerns. Client for life **********
