    Very disappointed! We have our ac serviced as an annual thing in Sept and 2 months later it wasn't working! We were told that the drain hose was plugged and when asked we were told that yes it should have been checked but probably wasnt in Sept and that the inspector was new!!! We pd for an annual maintenance policy when this unit was installed 2 years ago!!So we now were told we had three $ options we could pay to unclog and it would probably happen again or we could pay for an ultra violet light and it may again or the the third option which we chose, a halo, and it may not happen again !!! This is a brand new unit!!!We lived in our previous home for 13 years and never heard of such a thing! We feel ripped off! Why wasnt any of this covered by our original warranty, and why have we never received a documentation package or warranty on what they installed as a repair??? Feeling ripped off!!!

    Arrived from ******** to a broken A/C. Less than 24 hours later a new unit was installed and delivering cool air. The entire experience was fast, professional, and economical. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

    Snowbird Heating and Cooling has always done an excellent job. Starting from the initial installation of our AC and heating system to the yearly maintenance of our unit. Their entire staff that we have dealt with has been knowledgeable and friendly every time we have had them take care of our needs on our Florida home.

    With the storms happening so recently in *******, we never dreamed it would be possible to get help with our air conditioner so quickly, let alone within 2 days!When Snowbird Heating and Cooling sent ***** out on October 30, 2024, it was clear we were with the right company! He was prompt, efficient, courteous and very knowledgable about our air conditioning system and went straight to work. We appreciated him telling us that anything he does will definitely be up to code. He diagnosed the problem and explained this and also our options. Being new to the area as a homeowner, it's not always easy to welcome strangers into our home. But ***** kept my husband informed along the way and by the time he was finished we felt like we had a new friend in ********! Hopefully should we need help in the future we will be able to request ***** to work on our heating and cooling! Snowbird Heating and Cooling, Inc gets 5 Stars from us and we will pass your name on to others.
