    Guest Services is Bait and switch. It looks like the hotel website but is a third party charging exuberant fees on top of your hotel bill. My $150 bill was 216.00. If you want to get in touch with them, you can't unless you have an existing reservation. I had no idea it wasn't the hotels website or that there were extra fees. You won't know you're working with them until it's too late.

    Exactly what most people are saying. They are a scam company! I thought I was booking on the Hotel's website, because they actually put the name of the hotel in their URL for the booking site. The price of the hotel room was already inflated from the actual hotel's website, (that I found weeks later when checking on my reservation, too late to do anything about it!). When I booked, I didn't notice the $93 additional charge for "tax recovery/service fees" to my already overly inflated price of the room. I thought maybe it was the weekend rate or something. I've now been charged 3x the amount of the actual room and to cancel it, the would've charged me $175! Which is more than the actual price they quoted my for the room, This company is scam and needs to be taken down!

    The real problem with this vendor is that its website pretends to be that of the actual Holiday Inn company, with no identification of itself as a third party booking scam. When I had received the confirmation email of my booked reservation, I noticed that it was not sent by the actual Holiday Inn company. I called their customer service in order to cancel the reservation, and I was threatened that it would take 5 to 7 days for a refund and not to contact my card issuer which would result in further delays. I was then called a "hot head" by the poorly English speaking agent, even though I had been respectful at all times. The agent would not put its supervisor on the phone, asking me why I wanted to do so. I explained that it appears that it is not trained properly to resolve the matter. And yes, this vendor's, "taxes and fees" are much much higher than charged by the actual Holiday Inn company, which obviously includes their profit fees. It is sad that vendors like this exist and train their employees to act in unprofessional ways. Let's shut them down.

    They charged me 48% more for a roomroom. Called to complain after seeing my hotel receipt. They told me to send my complaint to email address with "PriceLine" in the address; claimed to be associated with Priceline.
    Thought I was on the hotel chain website...
    Never Again!!!

    Deceptive and Fraudulent company. They pose as the real company and charged me $117 in taxes and service fees for a $120 per night hotel room for 2 nights. THey offered no explanation for the fees. I booked on accident and now i can't get my money back. How is this company allowed to operate?

    A company of DISHONEST CHANCERS!! I paid Euro 906 to them for room bookings and they charged me an additional Euro 457 for 'taxes, cleaning, recovery fees'. They disguise their website to look very like the hotel website which is part of the trickery. They seem to be linked to getaroom.com. I have emailed them to no avail. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THEM!

    Do NOT use this company. My experience is essentially same as many others, terrible.

    The online reservation webpage showed me a price of $198 per day, with the "Total" displayed as $396 for my 2 day reservation. There was no breakdown of "Tax Recovery/Service Fees" or any other additional expenses prior to booking, just the $396 Total and a place to put credit card information. Only AFTER entering CC info and clicking "Book" did the webpage show an additional $265 "Tax Recovery/Service Fees", for a total charge of $661!! (not $396 that was displayed on the previous screen). Unbelievable!! There was no opportunity whatsoever to view and approve those additional hidden charges prior to booking.

    When I called customer service and explained what happened, I was told repeatedly their service is non-refundable, and that the only way to get a refund is if I cancelled the reservation, but if I did that I would have to pay $430 cancellation fees!!

    They repeatedly denied my requests to remove the unauthorized CC charges. When I asked for a supervisor I was told by the agent "the supervisor can't do anything more you than me". I insisted and was eventually told the supervisor was in a meeting, but they would call me back later the same day (that was 4 days ago). Needless to say, they never called back.

    I have now filed a complaint with my credit card company for this company's unauthorized charges against my credit card.

    I am a senior citizen and tried to book hotel rooms (3) for my family to go to Ft. Leonard Wood Army base to attend my grandson’s graduation from Basic Training. Unknowingly I must have not have put the dates in the reservation and it defaulted to today’s date.
    I immediately (within 5 minutes) called to change or cancel the reservation for today! They said there was no refund because it is too late so they will charge me $346.14!! I am on a fixed income and told them it was just a mistake I made 5 minutes ago. They would not refund AND the supervisor was too busy to speak to me!
    Plus the way the site is designed, I couldn’t see what I was charged (way to expensive) until I went through the continue button and it was too late!!

    I echo what others are saying about Guest Reservations. I, too, thought I was dealing directly with the hotel. Clearly, that's what they hope as their name, Guest Reservations, suggests that. We were charged nearly $400 more for a three-night stay at the Lamothe Boutique Hotel in New Orleans. We learned we should've paid a total of $480 at the most, but instead paid over $800. I told the hotel about this, in case they have any control over who conducts their booking. This business should be out of business. I understand that third-party bookers will be more expensive, but this is excessive and they are deceitful.

    Worst company to book hotels through. Been fighting them for days trying to get refund that was approved from Hotel but they claim wasn't approved. All they do is reply that refund was denied but can't prove that it was. Worst customer service!
