    Scum artist company. They also tricked me into thinking I was booking directly with the hotel. Their charge was more than a third of the hotel price. And these charges are not transparently listed but appear only after you make the booking (no cancellation possible of course).
    I made a call to complain but what can you expect from a con company. Not sure how do they managed to run this scum operation so long. Such companies should be banned by the BBB.

    Total rip off. They purposely make it look like you're on the Hotel's Website. They flash some rate that clearly say "refundable". But you have to be careful, by the time you pick the rate and room you're interested in, that refundable icon goes away, then once you book, you will get a message that says non-cancellable, non-refundable, you can't make any changes. Not to mention the extra charges they add to the original rate, it's ridiculous! My plans changed the next day after booking, so I called them and tried to plead, but they wouldn't budge. And I was a week out. So I lost my money, but I've learned my lesson to stay away from Guestreservations.com, and I hope this helps someone else from falling in the same trap. They should be shutdown. I wish there was a way to give less than 1 out of 5.

    It is sad. I am usually on top of things when making a reservation online. I thought I was on a Wyndham website and I know I can cancel a reservation within a certain amount of time. When I called the number to cancel the reservation, it was your third party site. I was shocked I was going to be charged over $162.00 to cancel or change. I called 2 different 800 numbers to get help, only to be told , I had used a third party not Wyndham to book the room. I called 15 minutes after I booked the reservation and no one could help me to get a refund. So, I was duped! I am sure your company makes lots of money fooling seniors like me.

    Complete Scam. They mimic the hotel site I googled. I was completely unaware I was on the guestreservations.com (GR) site, they quote a room rate and then charged $363 in "fees, taxes, etc.". I had to stay in that specific hotel, but wasn't feeling well, so when I contacted Hilton they had no record of my reservation even though GR is required to provide me a Hilton confirmation number. The confirmation number they did provide was just theirs. If you don't have two confirmation number you cannot cancel the reservation, which is second part of their scam. It took me an hour to reconcile the the refund. Double check that you are on the site you are intending to visit and DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

    SCAM! They tricked me into thinking I was booking directly with the hotel. They then charged me $168 for a hotel that was listed as $95. I called to complain and they said I booked a $110 room, not a $95 room. They said I probably just clicked on the more expensive option by accident?!?! Like I'm an idiot or something! Then I demanded an itemized receipt for all of these supposed extra costs, and they simply said they do not issue itemized receipts. I've never not been able to get an itemized receipt, is this even an American company?! They should be banned by the BBB. Crooked and outright deceitful. Disgusting.

    This is a scam site. They secretly add fees that are not displayed anywhere to the original reservation price. I was rerouted to this web site from a direct hotel web site. Before reservation was finalized the site clearly displayed grand total of $119. As soon as I placed reservation I received e-mail that my credit card was charged $168.27. I immediately called them and they said that this was the service fee - extra $50 service fee and that this reservation is not refundable and they will not cancel it!
    This fee was not displayed on the reservation, and not in the cart, not until the confirmation letter was received.

    Big scam stay away! They take your money without providing any service. And make you go in loops. Hopefully enough people complain so this place can be shut down.

    This is a scam website. I was attempting to book a hotel room for September and was directed to call a number. I didn’t notice that I was not on the hotels website. Person who answered said she was making reservation, then told me the total charge, which was much higher than a rate for 2 nights. Sadly, I had already given her my credit card number. After she explained the extra amount was for some sort of convenience fee, I told her no, not to book the rooms. Told her no several times. Hung up and called my credit card company to make sure they knew this was a scam site.

    Total Scam! A duplicate reservation was booked by mistake within 2 min of each other. It was caused by an internet glitch. The customer care team said they were working on getting it resolved but ultimately decided to bill me for two separate room reservations despite only needing one. This after I contacted the hotel directly and they said they would cancel it but GuestReservations.com would need to contact them first.
