This company is not an honest one. I booked a single night hotel at the last minute and the total charge was not accurately reflected until after I received an email confirmation. When I called to have it refunded they refused falling back on their refund policy of a reservation being non-refundable within 24hrs despite me having made the transaction just moments prior.

My complaint is similar to others I've seen here. They charged me a 50% surcharge for "taxes and services" that other hotel booking services, like Hotels.com or Booking.com, provide *free of charge*. There is no justification for what this company does besides greed and trickery.

Horrible customer service. Booked a Hawthorn by Wyndham hotel and the pictures were very deceiving. Hotel was full of crack heads and prostitutes and rooms were absolutely disgusting. Dirty socks and underwear in one room and all the rooms were nasty with bed stains and dirty bathrooms. I have plenty of pictures. Still fighting with GuestReservations to get my refund at a place we never stayed. Horrible service.

Just booked through guest reservations.. the room was 138.00. I had a promo discount of 8.00. After I pressed to book, total was 215.00! I called to cancel, and they wouldn’t. Said I’d be charged 160.00 anyway. Crooked place to book. Don’t do it!

This company should be held liable in criminal proceedings for fraud, bait and switch tactics, and false advertising. Searched for a room tonight and there advertised price was $164. Upon going to the next window, it gives you the option to lock in that price within ten minutes. Unfortunately, they intentionally and deliberately, hide the true cost of the room which was $252! Booking through the actual hotel wouldn’t have been this much! - In fact, the hotel was only charging $213 at full price for the room!! After calling the company they offer a 10% discount off of the excessive price! We’ll be disputing the charges and filing additional complaints!! Buyer be ware!!

Deceitful company. They try to pose as the official hotel website. I unintentionally booked through them and when I got to the hote, the hotel was missing 1 of the 2 rooms on the reservation.

Booked a room in Rome thinking I was using the hotel website. Unfortunately I was actually dealing with GuestReservations. After paying an inflated price I realized that the total bill included a 40% mark up for "booking fees". Also when I contacted the hotel I was told that my booking had actually been made by Booking.com. So, in my case GuestReservations booked the room through Booking.com and charged a 40% fee for their service. How can such a fraudulent organization can be allowed to operate?

Guestreservations.com is a total scam. If I were an attorney I would start a class action as the credit card is entered then the final fee is added and it is non cancellable. The fee charged is outrageous and I cannot believe states have not put rules in effect to stop this company.
I have been a Citi Bank credit card holder for 25 years and they declined to reverse the charge for cancellation even though I sent them proof that payment to the hotel was never made. At a bare minimum I would think Citi would have refunded me the hotel price less the 25% service fee paid to the extortionists at Guestreservations.com
My wife made the reservation using my Chase card initially as the guestreservations site was spoofing the Green Granite Inn in NH to make it look like the hotel official site not a third party robber and it got stopped and flagged as fraud immediately and the transaction was declined. The notice was sent to my phone while I was in a meeting.
Unfortunately, she used my Citi card which approved the transaction thinking there might be an issue with the Chase card.

These pieces of garbage cost me $815

Fraudulent website that tacks on excessive fees without being clear up front before confirming payment. There is no recourse to get your money back.

Avoid at all costs. Booking from my phone, they led me to believe I was paying for the 3 rooms when I entered in my credit card information. Only after receiving an email did, I find out that I would still owe the hotel another $250 for each room, an additional $750 plus taxes. totaling $1250 +. I did not take the room and they refused to refund my money. They stole $500 from me and my family. I will make it my life mission to take down this company. If no stars were an option , I would give them negative stars.
