  Worst company ever don’t be scammed by them! They charged me and it didn’t say non refundable get to the end and it’s non refundable I call a minute later and they refuse to cancel. DO NUT BOOK WITH THEM.

  I found a room at $75. Next you have to fill out everything if you than upon trying to stop reservation when I notice a charge of $119 it goes through any ways. I call immediately to cancel and they don't allow because of selecting the wrong box. They charged $44 dollars in hidden fees on a $75 room.

  If it will let me, I would give "zero" stars. I've read all of the previous comments and I have the same story as everyone else. Unethical, deceptive yet they are still allowed to operate.

  Such an unethical business model. I was looking for a place for my son to stay due to some medical issues and his apartment lease being up. I clicked on what I thought was the hotel site and only after giving my credit card information and confirming a stay, was I given the real cost of his stay. This was significantly increased from the advertisement on the Google search. It stated that before I would be charged on my credit card it had to validate my ID. I immediately clicked out of it thinking that my credit card would not be charged and I would not have obligation for this reservation. However, two minutes later, I was notified my credit card was charged the exorbitant amount. I spent the next hour and a half calling back-and-forth Orth to the hotel, who said they could do nothing about it because it was reserved through the third-party. This unethical business continue to tell me that , they could not do anything about it unless I spoke to the hotel manager. I told them the Personal situation in trying to help my son who is struggling right now, and just needs a place to stay, but they were not truthful in their fee schedule. They did not care one bit about myself or my son situation, only about collecting their money. They also falsely advertise that the hotel was Pet friendly, but then went back on that as well. It is a bait and switch, with a website disguised as the hotels website, and then charging extraordinary fees on top of what should’ve been a reasonably priced hotel room. I would never recommend this place and actually they should be shut down.

  Guest Reservations scammed us. They charged us more than promised on website. The website looked similar to hotel. They added service and tax charges. It was more than every other website. It was $120 more than Expedia. They only offered $38 refund.

  No stars! Total scam. I too thought I was booking through the hotel’s website, then received the confirmation email with horror to see I’m charged a non-refundable $73.77 plus a $100 hold on my credit card which “will be reimbursed within 14 days.” smdh

  When booking a hostel in Rome, I thought I was booking on hostel’s website. It was listed as top google search and name of the hostel was used in website name.
  Fees only show up after you enter credit card information. I was surprised about higher amount to be charged and decided not to enter 4 digit security code that credit card texted me. Transaction still went through.

  Unethical - don’t disclose all fees clearly - RUN - don’t give clear confirmation page so when you think you are looking for that it books. Chatted me 69 in fees so total was 60 more than I would have paid with the hotel directly - basically hung up on me when I called for assistance

  This place duped me into thinking I was booking on embassy suites website. I saw the nightly price but when I was charged the total, it was way higher than it should have been. When I looked at receipt they had charged $200 in taxes and fees which was about 40% of the total cost of the room. Ridiculous and now I’m jumping through hoops trying to cancel. I’ve been on hold for about 30 minutes at this point. It was cheaper to book with Embassy.

  Duped me into using their site (instead of actual hotel website). And then sold me a hotel room that wasn’t actually available. I just checked in and am not in the rotate I paid Guest Reservations for. Fraudulent, inept or both.
