    Their customer service is absolutely terrible. As I'm writing this review, I've been on hold for 40 minutes, and earlier today I was on hold for 35 minutes before the line cut off. I've tried calling multiple times, including five times this morning, and for the second time, I've been on hold for 45 minutes. This is completely unacceptable.

    I had a late night flight that landed (the night before this review) at 11pm. I booked a night for $115 and was shown that price as what I was agreeing to pay. Entered my card and to my surprise, $172 was charged. I called for a breakdown, I start arguing and they tell me that I just missed it since I was on my phone. Very deceitful and the way wrong answer. They began by only offering a 10% refund. I also believed I was booking with the hotel, not a third party website. This business is misrepresenting themselves in the Google search and I'm not happy with their deceptive practices.

    Awful! Thought I was booking from LaQuinta Inn and Suites but it was guest reservations. Hotel price was 105 and I thought great price .We were just staying in STL to pick up my husband and daughter from Airport didn't get there until 10:00 at night. After I put my card info in I thought I would see a review before I purchased but didn’t. I was charged 173 dollars . I was charged 67 dollars in taxes and fees that is 60% of the cost of the room. I was furious and called to see a break down of fees and they couldn’t give it to me or refund any money. I asked to talk to someone else and they wouldn’t transfer me. I will never use again and DO NOT recommend.

    Same thing everyone’s said - thought I was booking through the resort website, was charged extra fees that weren’t disclosed until after booking and will be charged an additional resort fee at check in (also not disclosed until after booking). What should have been $400 with taxes and fees is well over $650. Clearly this company is taking advantage of people and I’m blown away that they are allowed to operate.

    Had to cancel due to flight delay. One customer service person told me that they could do a one time refund but had to check with the hotel partner. Left on hold for 20 min and disconnected. Reconnected and they pretended they could not hear me. Called again and left on hold for 25min while talking with the “hotel partner.”
    Then told me they would have to check in the morning. Left another email to contact customer service, took 3 calls to get connected and left on hold for over 40 min.
    Contacted “hotel partner,” aka the hotel. They told me they did not need to be contacted by the booking people to cancel or refund.
    Scammy and using wait times/long hold times in hopes you will give up.

    This website is a complete scam. Their name and website are designed to make you think they are the actual hotel. When I checked out in no way did I ever see $45 in extra fees and taxes. When I returned to check it out again it was magically there - they can see my IP address....

    The hotel itself would have charged about $25 less for that night total and collected all the taxes. Please make sure you go the Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn or whomever website directly.

    I booked a night for 108 and was shown that price as what I was agreeing to pay. Entered my card and bam, 168 was charged. I called and they informed that is their fee. I start arguing and they tell me that I just missed it since I was on my phone. It must have been in tiny print or on one of those boxes you check where you have to click a link and read the fine print. Very deceitful. They began by offering a 10 refund, then went up to 25 as I was upset. Still not happy and will never again use them very deceptive practices going on. I also believed I was booking with the hotel, not a third party website.

    This business is misrepresenting themselves in the Google search algorithm. They present themselves as the hotel which are organic and outrank on organic (not clear sponsored ads) and then add 20% in fees that are not disclosed in the nightly rate. When you request an itemized receipt for accounting purposes the rates don’t match and the receipts never disclose the fees from the company or the hotel. It’s damaging to both the hotels and the end consumer. Other OTAs don’t operate this way.

    Total scam!! Googled the hotel, thought I was booking through the hotels guest reservation system! The booking was too easy, pick the dates and provide credit card information. Then BAM! Receipt shows the two nights and a whopping $229 fee for their service. When I call to cancel and get a refund I am told the transaction is non refundable but they would provide a 10% discount.
    Buyer Beware!! Check and double check what site is being used to book your room. As for me I will be calling the hotel directly and booking through the front desk!!!

    THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY CHARGE HIGHER RATES AND PROVIDE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY NEED 5 NEGATIVE STARS.
