    Buyers beware this company is a fraud and massively overcharges. They present themselves as the preferred ticket seller but they are absolutely not. They purchase the tickets at a fraction of the cost and then mark them way up. I fell for this trap and once I got the email confirmation which was full of errors I realized I had made a mistake. I tried contacting them immediately to get my money back and they hung up on trying to leave a message, and their live chat disconnected me.
    I filed a complaint through email immediately and finally got a call back and to no surprise they will not refund my money. They say I got what I paid for. What I paid for is 4 tickets to the Wizard of Oz - Sphere in which I paid $994 and could have got them through ticketmaster for $436. So I was scammed out $558. Which is super unfortunate. I wish I had noticed sooner this site was a scam site and not the actual ticket retailer.
    I have filed a dispute with my bank in hopes to see a refund, but not sure where it will go.
    Absolutely do not use this company for anything at all. They are a terrible dishonest company and this sort of thing should be illegal.

    I was mislead/misdirected to purchasing tickets to an event from Go Tickets from the event website directly. They will not refund my money, and I don't even have the tickets yet. Apparently I am not allowed to resell my tickets that I purchased from them on their own platform. I've been getting daily calls to "help me" from some offshore support staff, and the chatbot/chat representatives are useless. Every time I call back, there is no answer and then the answer service eventually hangs up on you. Do not buy from this site!

    Cannot get a hold of anyone to refund my way overpriced tickets that I unfortunately got scammed into purchasing by pressure that they would run out. The theatre charges way less and there were plenty of tickets.

    Ordered 2 seated tickets to Lord Huron in Boston.
    They sent standing room only tickets. The person I complained to agreed that the site was misleading, but no refund. Insurance I paid for said I did not qualify for a refund.

    GoTickets disguised themselves as primary Tanglewood ticket sales for the Boston Symphony Orchestra on Facebook. They were vague about which seat the high priced ticket available would purchase. Delivery of tickets was prolonged and confusing. QR Code issuance was delayed. The emails stating here are your tickets did not provide the final ticket with QR Coding. I could not access the tickets and had to go to the box office to have them located and printed. BSO ticket office recognized the tickets I purchased and printed them. BSO should not do business with GoTickets as they called themselves in their emails confirming my ticket purchase which was 125% over the actual ticket price. I was scalped. Most seats were empty in the back half of the venue.

    HORRIBLE experience! A few weeks ago I bought two tickets through Go Marketplace (aka GoTickets) to a play that is now one week away (Aug 18).

    I was unhappy with the seats but because their sales are final, they suggest you resell them on another site called Lysted. I listed my two tickets on Lysted and was notified last night (Aug 10) that they sold! I was so happy even though I took a loss, at least I got some money back. However, because I'm new to Lysted, I do not get my money until 10 days AFTER the event occurs (Aug 28).

    I felt confident in the sale with the Lysted site, so I went and bought two new tickets for the same play, this time directly through the vendor hosting the play.

    Approximately 12 hours later I received an email from Go Marketplace (aka GoTickets) that they were re-issuing my ticket's barcodes and in doing so, they CHANGED MY SEATS! Keep in mind, MY ORIGINAL TICKETS WERE ALREADY RESOLD!

    I contacted Go Marketplace asking for my original seats back and they refused, saying the new seats are valid because they are the same section/row. However I went from aisle seats to middle seats. And again, MY ORIGINAL TICKETS WERE ALREADY RESOLD!

    So I had to contact Lysted to try and update my order - who sent the request off to an internal department, that I am now at the mercy they will approve the new tickets and not cancel my resale which would leave me with tickets I can no longer use and out the money from the resale.

    This is beyond shady as it is Go Marketplace who suggests you resell them if you don't want them anymore and who suggested Lysted! How can you suggest someone resell their tickets, if you can reissue/change tickets whenever you want?! I think something shady is going on between the two businesses.

    Purchased two 3 day passes for Essence Fest. Denied entry for days 2 & 3 because the tickets were not working. After multiple chats, 2 customer phone calls and tired of lies about them opening an investigation 7/5, 7/9, & 7/11 nothing has been resolved. I am frustrated with this company and believe a Fraud investigation to their practices & policies should be opened. There are no supervisors to escalate too, no one returns calls from staff and everyone you talk to is opening an investigation. I’ve never had an investigation opened 3 times for 1 matter before anywhere else. Stay away from this company they are corrupted and are trying to steal people’s hard earned income. I do not recommend and hope the damage they cause to their customers comes back tenfold!

    Zero Stars and if there is some called negative Stars, they deserve it. This is the most frustrating morning I have had in years. It is impossible to talk to a real person at this company, and the automated bot system keeps disconnecting me. The company has made a mistake, and there is no way I can be assured I am going to get the tickets I just paid for.

    I will Never Never Never Never Never ever use GoTickets again, and I advise you to avoid them too

    SCAM! They operate as GoTickets.com. They create fake websites that look like the event venue and then charge you 2x what you can purchase from the legit venue. They also have a fake 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. When you ask to cancel the order they refuse.
