1 starFraudulent practices. I was redirected to this website after trying to go directly to the vendor. I am disputing the charges now with my credit card. Tickets for sale actual website is $20 and they got me for $75 each!!! I heard about companies redirecting customers but I have never experienced this until now. Be aware!!!Go Marketplace LLC

1 starDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
They have ripped us off. Charging us for a parking pass that was unable to be used for the event we needed to be at. It would only let us park an hr before the event. ItI also stated that the triangle garage in Denver Colorado was only .4 miles away when it was 4 miles away we ended up buying a parking pass through the garage itself. I’ve tried to contact the company several times to find out their customer service follows a script. Refuses to acknowledge the issue that was happening and will not refund the $40 plus charge. We will never use this company again. Finding out that just using the garage alone was cheaper than this company. I will be reporting on Facebook, Instagram, tik toc, and friends and family.Go Marketplace LLC

1 starI bought tickets accidentally from GoTickets, thinking it was the ticket vendor. The tickets were priced at least 50% above the actual price, which I realized later. I did not do my due diligence to make sure this was a trustworthy company, which is on me. However, I do not believe that I will receive the overpriced tickets that I have paid for! I get emails and texts everyday from GoTickets saying my tickets have arrived. They have not. How do I know this? I have been actively checking all sources daily. Sending emails and texts daily is a tactic to confuse the buyer into thinking they have received the tickets, only to realize - shortly before a show - that none of those emails actually have contain tickets. It is obvious GoTickets never communicated with the venue, performance, or show to actually send you the tickets. I have spoken to GoTickets customer service, and they will not refund (per their policy) and they will keep telling customers to check their email for the tickets. My number has been flagged at this point, and when I wait on chat there is no intention to respond. Go Tickets is a TOTAL SCAM.Go Marketplace LLC

1 starI purchased tickets that were not received. Go Tickets sent email stating their seller was initiating transfer but the tickets were not received from seller. Although Go Tickets warranty states tickets would be delivered before the event, they were not. Refused to honor refund policy.Go Marketplace LLC

1 starSCAM! Fraudulent business practice. Tickets for a concert were purchased in July 2024 from GoTickets. Within hours of the purchase, we received notification that the concert was "Postponed". No refund can be issued due to the postponed status. The GoTickets customer care confirmed that the ticket can be in "postponed" status until 2099. It's not a typo, year 2099. Also, the status can change unlimited times from Postponed to Rescheduled and back, and no refund will be issued. No supervisor or manager is available to take a call in the company. The Venue confirmed the canceled status of the concert on the original date, but Go Tickets still kept the status to "Postponed". When (and if) the status of the tickets changes to Rescheduled, the Go Tickets representative suggests we use their trusted website to sell the tickets there. Also, the representative stated that Go Tickets buys back via that site. On top of the commission and fees we already paid Go Tickets when purchasing the tickets, we are pushed to re-sell back at a lower price instead of receiving a refund.Go Marketplace LLC

Informed that it was my problem - Go Tickets would not reimburse for the difference. We need to break up monopoly of Ticketmaster/AXS/Go Tickets.
