    Website paus Google ads so it appears to be the website of the venue. Cant select the actual ticket, and won't gice you a refund. Charged $200 for an $86 ticket from the actual venue site.

    this site is a scam, the tickets are 3 times as much as the reg price. They show up under google search somehow instead of the direct vendor. The customer service is a joke too.

    Buyer beware:

    On July 7, 2025, I attempted to buy floor-level tickets for the Secret Garden at Hendricks Live! Performing Arts in Plainfield, Indiana. I was unknowingly redirected to GoTickets.com, a secondary reseller, owned by Go Marketplace LLC.

    As a senior citizen, floor seats were a specific necessity. Due to a confusing and inaccessible website interface, I was issued balcony tickets instead of the floor seats I had selected. I realized the error immediately and tried to resolve it, but their customer service was first unreachable via chat, and then unhelpful via phone. They refused to cancel the order or provide a refund for the incorrect tickets. I have filed a Billing Dispute with Citibank as well as reported the incident to the Indiana Attorney General.

    Go Tickets is a predatory company; here is my experience. I intended to purchase tickets at the Hollywood Bowl for the first time. I clicked on the site, to the event finally, and then I clicked on the buy ticket option. It took me to what I thought was still the Hollywood bowl site. This site falsely claimed there were only limited tickets available, I later found out that was a false claim, I purchased two tickets and then checked my email for the tickets. I received this message, “Expected In-Hand Date: The tickets are expected to be in hand by 10/25/2025. You will receive them promptly once they are available.” This had me very concerned because the event was on the 26th. I also noticed the GoTicket logo in the email. I found all the negative reviews. I went back to the Hollywood bowl site and this time it took me to Ticket Master. There were plenty of tickets at half the cost of what I had paid for the same area. I was furious. This company misled me in order to take advantage.

    I purchased my dream concert tickets and spent over $1000 on them. Unfortunately I was scammed. Tickets were never sent and I got a go around on the phone. They refused a refund. Absolute scam!

    Not even 1 star. I clicked on what said ticket master but it went to them. Email then said I wouldn't get my tickets until the day before the show. That is unacceptable. Also VERY overpriced. Couldn't reach them on the phone so I responded to text telling them to cancel my order. I have since been harassed via email, text and calls. I have disputed the charges with my credit card.

    This has been the worse experience of my life!!! Please don’t buy tickets from this company!! I paid 480$ for fake tickets!! DO NOT USE THIS Company please. First I called about the tickets asking why they say on the website the tickets are next to each other but I, J. They said they will be next to each other in role I or J. I’m taking my 10 year old daughter and I said are you sure. They said yes. Got the tickets a month later and NOT By each other. When I called back for 2 weeks also everyday I finally got someone on the phone that didn’t hang up as soon as I said hi. They said can’t do anything you just need to take the seats you got. Wtf she is 10!!!!!! I get the insurance. Guess what that means nothing. Then I had the tickets checked by Ticketmaster. They are fake tickets!! I’m driving 5 hours to this concert to see my daughter’s favorite band and they are fake tickets. I tried to sell them on their website lol you can’t see them but they have an option they will buy back my fake 480$ back for 75$ omg for real??? But when I try to sell them on their website you can’t get past putting in your bank info. Hmm. So again FAKE TICKETs. When I talk to someone in CS they said go try to sue us good luck lol nope I will be reporting this company until they are closed down and done taking peoples money selling FAKE TICKETS. The 100% customer guarantee a joke they told me that 10 times. Then I said give me back my money for fake tickets they said oh we can’t do that.

    This is an awful company to work with. my event was cancelled and they tried to refund my money through pay pal. pay pal could not except the refund as it was 180 days after the event was cancelled that was their policy. ok going back to GO TICKETS THEY REFUSED TO SEND A CHECK TO ME REGARDING THIS MONEY SO THEY NOW SIT ON 606.82 OF MONEY THEY GET TO KEEP. This is sad they refused to send me a check for 606.82 even though pay pal could not accept the refund. so who is at fault GO TICKETS FOR REFUSING TO SEND A CHECK TO ME FOR IT 606.82.That is what a reputable company would. went after pay pal as well but they wouldn t do anything

    It is hard when you are a senior citizen to go after companies.

    I would not buy tickets through go tickets. I bought eight tickets to a baseball game. It only received four. I called three times to discuss the issue before the game started. I ended up buying my tickets from the event box office because they still had not sent me my tickets an hour prior to the game. Essentially ruining my daughter's 8th birthday. They offered me a 10% discount on future tickets which I will never use. Luckily my bank had my back and refunded me for the purchase.
