1 starDoes not have a simple way to cancel my account. After I learned this app would be of no use to my type of business, after signing up for the free trial I tried to cancel my account. There is no way to do that on the app or online you must contact customer service. So I emailed with them off and on for a week or so. Only for them to say my account is closed….then they CHARGED me after the free trial! Horrible inadequate customer serviceZeely Inc.

1 starThis corporation is a scam! I attempted to cancel my free trial before I was charged and even after I kept attempting to get through, they charged my account $119, even though the website promotes a $19 monthly fee. I finally connected with someone via email and kept asking for a refund and to cancel my subscription and I was charged ANOTHER $119!!! This was even after they told me they would cancel my subscription!!! They then said they went ahead and refunded one of the fees, but I haven’t received anything back yet. They also said they couldn’t refund the first $119 because I approved the subscription. I asked why I was charged $119 when the promotion says $19. I haven’t heard from them since.Zeely Inc.

1 starThere was a technical difficulty so I’ve immediately requested to cancel my subscription but the staff is run by Ai and refused to accept my request. This company is a scam! They even charged me for a nonexistent service .Zeely Inc.

1 starIf I could give zero stars I would. I have been asking to cancel my free trial for several days,. They drag it out so that you are no longer within the free trial period and they charge your card. They are fraudulent and I am filing a claim with my bank next. Stay far away from them if you can.Zeely Inc.

1 starplease don’t I been trying to cancel my membership for days now and they refuse to cancel it . Like this is unbelievable!
They been trying to charge $119 from my card I don’t even have the app downloaded to my phone never did I told them I never used their service and would like my membership cancelled and the refuse!
Some lady keep emailing me back offering some deal for me to keep the service after I done explained to her I have use for the service and wish to not have it they should literally be banned from doing business they have so many bad reviewsZeely Inc.

1 starIf I could give -5 stars I would. I didn’t see any movement on the service during the trial so I sent an email to cancel only to receive an email of them begging me not to go. They still didn’t cancel my account during the trial and I was charged 4 days later. I just want to be done with this raggedy perpetrator! Stop scammingZeely Inc.

1 starThis company is a total scam. I went to cancel my subscription in my Apple ID (which was advised on their website) and it didn't show up there. I've emailed them 5 times and didn't get a response. I noticed they took $119 out of my account. They don't have a phone number and they will not get back with you. This is not a good company and wouldn't advise anyone to download their app. I am reporting this as fraud. This is ridiculous.Zeely Inc.
