1 starI am new to the app platform for promoting ads with ZEELY. Just like most people who saw their ads video ads by the way on Facebook and other social media, I decided to give them a try without looking at reviews or other review sites such as this. I decided to bypass the free trial and sign up for the three month access, so while paying for the three month access, I followed the prompts in setting up my first ad campaign at the end of setting up the ad campaign. I was unaware that I would be charged a budget for running the ad for seven days. I am aware that when running ads through a third-party, you were going to be paying a platform or service fee plus the ads to run the campaigns. However, this was not communicated at the time of signing up for the three months subscription. And upon setting up my products and services to be displayed on my landing page. It turns out that the actual products will not be downloaded or sent for shipping through my fulfillment, but rather customer information be taken and handled through via their phone number or email, which who does that. So with this as well as not being able to edit the campaign at this point less than 24 hours I am very disappointed and am concerned about the whole ad and how misleading the company is. I want a refund. This is a scamZeely Inc.

I sent an email a day after signing up for this sorry company and asked them to cancel the subscription. They emailed me back and asked why, I basically said I did it need this service. I never got a reply back!! Can you believe they still tried to charge my card 3 months later??? What kind of company is this? Lucky for me I was broke anyways so they couldn’t take the money. Take that you scammers! Card canceled and they will not get a dime out of me. BEWARE! Build your own website!!Zeely Inc.

While real people may have interacted with your ad, Facebook sometimes pulls inaccurate data associated with their accounts. 1 starDoes not have a simple way to cancel my account. After I learned this app would be of no use to my type of business, after signing up for the free trial I tried to cancel my account. There is no way to do that on the app or online you must contact customer service. So I emailed with them off and on for a week or so. Only for them to say my account is closed….then they CHARGED me after the free trial! Horrible inadequate customer serviceZeely Inc.

1 starThis corporation is a scam! I attempted to cancel my free trial before I was charged and even after I kept attempting to get through, they charged my account $119, even though the website promotes a $19 monthly fee. I finally connected with someone via email and kept asking for a refund and to cancel my subscription and I was charged ANOTHER $119!!! This was even after they told me they would cancel my subscription!!! They then said they went ahead and refunded one of the fees, but I haven’t received anything back yet. They also said they couldn’t refund the first $119 because I approved the subscription. I asked why I was charged $119 when the promotion says $19. I haven’t heard from them since.Zeely Inc.

1 starIf I could give zero stars I would. I have been asking to cancel my free trial for several days,. They drag it out so that you are no longer within the free trial period and they charge your card. They are fraudulent and I am filing a claim with my bank next.
