    I purchased the parking reservation for the Blue Man Group show on Feb 22, 2024. After the show I was not able to find anyone at the exit booth to help me with the paid parking. The Order number is 61770191.

    I went to the hotel where it was located on the first floor of the building. The concierge provided a phone number to the garage. The phone just rang, no one picked up the phone at 800-295-5364.
    I paid the fee and was able to leave the garage.

    The next morning I called the same number, this time I talked to the operator and he said he cannot help me. I asked if I can talk to the supervisor or manager on duty and was told they are not available.

    As of now, I paid for the same parking twice. I lost $108.95 to ticketcenter.com

    I tried to contact with my concerns on their website ticketcenter.com/contact-us. I have not heard back from them, and it has been more a week. This is no way to run a business.

As a secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center is not affiliated with the venue or parking lot and does not generate passes as a primary box office; rather, we act as an intermediary between fans and ticket holders. With regard to the customer's experience at their event, unforeseen issues experienced due to fault of the venue or parking lot are outside the purview of Tickets-Center. Tickets and parking passes on our site are listed by sellers who have purchased tickets from the venue or other marketplace. Because our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. While we regret that our customer had a unsatisfactory experience at their event, since the parking pass provided to our customer was valid for use should the lot attendant been available, the customer's order does not qualify for compensation. If our customer has any further concerns we encourage them to contact the customer care team.

    I went online on February 26 to purchase tickets to the National / War on Drugs concer at the Mann Cente on Sept 17. I thought I was going to the ticketmaster website, but was directed to the ticketscenter website, which indicated it had tickets for presale. I paid $1003.50 for 6 lawn tickets (order #61949888). However, when I got the receipt e-mail, they indicated that they would not be providing the tickets up until 2 days before the concert. Also, the tickets were not even yet available at the time that the transaction was made, (pre-sale started February 27), so it is impossible for ticketscenter to be "reselling" tickets the day before the pre-sale even opened. This is a scam. As a result, it is impossible that they even had tickets at the time. I called their help line to get a refund and was refused, despite this being a scam. I disputed the charge on my credit card and submitted a complaint to the Pennsylvania attorney general.

    On February 5th 2024 I purchased two tickets to a Maria Bamford comedy show in Oxnard Ca. The show was scheduled for March 3rd 2024. We arrived at the show only to discover the show had been canceled due to illness and rescheduled for June 2nd 2024. Unfortunately we are not going to be available on that date. I contacted ticket center and was advised they could not refund the 210.95 for the tickets due to being a second party issuer and I could resell the tickets. This is such a scam. Reselling these tickets are a joke, plus being a senior citizen I am nervous about doing these kind of transactions.

    Customers will be appropriately compensated for any event which is cancelled and is not planned to be rescheduled. If, rather than cancelling, an event organizer postpones an event, we must adhere to the terms of use agreed to at the time of sale, which state, “If an event is postponed or rescheduled, and the original tickets are valid for entry at the time of the rescheduled event, your order will not qualify for a refund or other compensation.” At this time, our customer’s event is still considered postponed. We are continuing to monitor this event, and we will notify our customer should any changes in the event status occur.

    Ordered wrong tickets on accident. The website has a 10:00 minute counter going seating you will lose tickets. Makes you hurry through the process. Called the company to issue a refund because they are the wrong tickets for a concert. They will not issue a refund for an event in 8 months!

    Once our customer selected the ticket listing they desired for NEEDTOBREATHE, they were able to see the tickets available. Once selected, they are taken to a page with an in-depth description of their ticket information, event details, ticket quantity, delivery method and any other notes related to the tickets. After confirming their selection, they were directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $618.95 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once our customers input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click “Continue” and under this button it states: “Your account will not be charged yet.” Then, our customer is required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars. Some venues may require proof of vaccination or negative COVID test. You are responsible for checking venue health and safety requirements for entry." Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown is reiterated. Directly below the “Place Order” our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $618.95 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time our customer proceeded to place their order.

    Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. All prices listed on our site are done so by the individual seller, not Tickets-Center, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demand. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.

    Prior to receiving this claim we thoroughly discussed this matter with our customer to address all of their concerns.     This site represents itself as the primary site for tickets. The tickets are priced significantly higher than the open market but their marketing and website are built to be deceptive and trick people into buying higher prices tickets

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The company claims to not own the inventory, however there is no way for external parties to post tickets for sale on their site. They are merely a scalper, posing as a reseller site. They also represent themselves as the primary sale site through misleading appearances.  If they can show me how to post tickets for sale as a reseller in their site, I will drop the complaint but it simply is not true.

    Thank you for responding. We appreciate the opportunity to further address our customer's concerns. As stated in our previous response, several disclaimers are made throughout the ticket selection and checkout processes, as well as within our terms which customers must state that they have read and agreed to, stating that we are a secondary ticket marketplace and in no way affiliated with the primary market. This includes a message next to a check-box, which customers must select prior to placing their order, which reads in part: "I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue."

    Tickets-Center.com works only with a network of trusted sellers with a proven track record of providing valid, authentic tickets in time for events. This is in order to maintain the validity of the tickets provided through our service, and do everything within our power to uphold our buyer's guarantee, which is outlined in our terms. There is not currently an avenue for potential sellers who are not already in our network to join as a reseller, nor does this fact invalidate the fact that we are a ticket resale marketplace where inventory listed by individual resellers is displayed.

    In addition to this current claim, our customer has filed a dispute with their PayPal account regarding this order. We are unable to provide a resolution to this matter while this dispute remains open due to the nature of the dispute process. We encourage our customer to contact the institution with which the dispute was filed in relation to any questions they may have regarding its process or outcome. As it currently stands, we consider this matter closed.

    The issue is that I need the tickets that I purchase, but I'm getting told by Ticket-Center that they don't have my tickets yet. I need my tickets soon before I out of the country for a business matter.

    On 2/29/24 our customer placed their order for their event which will take place on 5/26/24. Our records indicated that the ticket transfer took place on 3/7/24 and no issues were detected with the original transfer. As such, we maintain the customer’s order was successfully fulfilled and aligns with the Buyer’s Guarantee.      

    We maintain that our customer's tickets were sent in a timely fashion to their email address; as such, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns pertaining to their order, we encourage them to contact our customer service department.

    Bought tickets for the Grand Ole Opry for the 27th of Feb. 2024 on Feb 4, 2024. Was told I needed to download the app AXS to obtain my tickets. Received an email that I would receive the tickets before Feb 25. We have made reservations to fly to Nashville tomorrow Feb 26 to go to the show. My app still shows no tickets or even purchase history. I had called the company a week ago and they assured me I would have my tickets on time. I told them I wasn't flying to Nashville before I had tickets in hand. They assured me I would have them. I went on line today to the Grand Ole Opry site and found the same section we are sitting in tickets for less than half what this company charged me. If I can buy tickets direct today then why hasn't this company issued my tickets to me as of yet, not to mention the more that double the price today for the same section tickets. I tried calling them today but got a recording saying they were closed.

    Was browsing tickets for a show and placed ticket into cart to verify cost- when tickets were placed into cart, my apple Face ID inputted all info and the tickets were purchased by mistake. After realizing the tickets were purchased by mistake, I contacted tickets-center at 1-800-295-5354 within 15 mins. I spoke to a rep and explained my situation and that the tickets were bought by mistake and I would like a refund. The rep advised that it was against company policy to issue a refund. As I mentioned this was a total mistake, I cannot afford these tickets. I would like a refund as soon as possible.

    I purchased 2 tickets and 1 parking pass on 2/11/2024 to see Usher on 9/25/2024. Order #61563028 and #61563106. I spent $794.00 total and nowhere on the site as I am purchasing the tickets and parking pass does it say when I will receive my electronic transfer of the tickets. I always get electronic transfered tickets sent to me in reasonable amount of time before the event. After completing my purchase, I am notified through email that I will not receive my tickets until 9/23/2024 and parking pass 9/24/2024. If I would have known that these would be the dates that I would receive my purchase, I would not have purchased the the tickets or parking pass. That is vital information people need to know about, especially for an event that is 7 months away. I want a full refund because that is not how you conduct business.

It should be noted that Tickets-Center is an online resale marketplace which means we facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, Tickets-Center does own or generate any tickets and therefore does not set or control ticket delivery dates. Rather, the estimated ship date is set by the individual seller of the tickets and is dependent upon the primary issuer of the tickets, with which Tickets-Center has no affiliation.  

    As noted in the claim, after completing their order our customer was sent a notice regarding the estimated delivery date for their tickets and parking pass. Please note that this date is, as stated, an estimate and delivery may occur sooner than that date. All purchases made on our website are covered by our 100% Guarantee which ensures that tickets will arrive before the scheduled event.     I purchased 5 concert tickets on January 23, 2024 in the total amount of $387.50.
    The confirmation email said that another email would be sent with steps to follow to download my tickets. That email never came, however they have been sending non stop advertisements for me to buy tickets to other concerts. I used the help chat to ask for them to resend the email and the response was, "we don't do refunds." When I type in the link they give for help, [email protected], my browsers had a caution that it may be a scam. The concert is tonight and I don't have tickets. Online reviews say they are scammers and I really wish I had looked them up first. When you search for tickets at Golden 1 Center, they are the top of the search engine so I think many others are probably getting scammed too.

It should be noted that Tickets-Center is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. The top of every event and ticket listing page clearly states, “Secondary market tickets. Prices may be above face value”

    Tickets-Center facilitates thousands of successful ticket transfers each day with satisfied customers, so we are confident of the efficacy of our processes. During the checkout process, customers are able to view the delivery format for their tickets. The selection our customer made was electronic transfer, where sellers transfer the tickets using the platform that the venue has issued tickets through. Customers receive an email with instructions on how to access their tickets, as well as a separate email which contains a link to claim their tickets, advising them to do so. Our records indicate that the original ticket transfer took place on 1/23/24 at 8:06 AM CST and we detect no issues with the original transfer. 

    We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed.
