On December 20, 2023 I purchased ticket through the Tickets Center Website. The total cost was $962.50. I received emails from the company stating that I have purchased my tickets and can access them through the attached link. The link was not working and the page stated “The information you entered does not match our records. Please try again”. I also tried tracking my order status through another link they sent me. I input my order number and email address but it stated the same thing as the other link. I tried disputing this transaction through my bank on December 26, 2023 and again in April. The first dispute did not go through after investigation. The second dispute is ongoing and we’re supposed to call me on Monday, May 6th but I have not received any calls.Business Response

The top of every event and ticket listing page clearly states, “Independent resale tickets, prices may be above face value.”
Our customer placed their order on 12/20/23 for Wicked. Our customer filed a financial dispute, and it was ultimately resolved in our favor. Please note that per our terms, that our customer agreed to at the time of purchase, it states: “In the event that you dispute a charge and it is determined that the charge was valid and not the result of credit card or other payment fraud, we have the right to seek payment, including all associated fees, by whatever means necessary, including using collection agencies and legal proceedings. We may also mitigate our damages by relisting and selling, as the case may be, the tickets that are the subject of the underlying payment dispute.”
Please note that prior to this claim our customer had not contacted us to address their concerns. At this time, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has questions regarding their order, we encourage them to contact our customer service team.

I went to The Sphere web site to purchase tickets for Dead and Company. When I clicked to view/choose tickets I was taken to Tickets-Center.com site. I had no idea this was an independent vendor.
When looking for tickets I chose section 106 to search. I was scown seats for section 106 row 23 for a price of $329 per tickets. I have a screen shot of their site, from the following day. The referenced tickets are still available but now there also is a line item, lined through, for the seats I was incorrectly provided section 406 row 11. I did not choose the seats.
I’ve tried to cancel this transaction, speaking to customer support twice but they only say “sales are final, they cannot refund….” They say I need to resell the tickets if I want my money back, and I cannot use their site as they only accept tickets from certain companies with large volume of tickets. They further refused to forward me to a higher level of management saying they are unable to forward calls in their system.
I would like to be refunded and they leave me no option to do so, hence my complaint to you.Business Response

Once our customer selected the ticket listing they desired for Dead and Company, they were able to see the tickets available along with the map which matches the map from the venue. Once the customer selected tickets in Section: 406, Row: 11, they are taken to a page with an in-depth description of their ticket information, event details, ticket quantity, delivery method and any other notes related to the tickets. After confirming their selection, they were directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $904.50 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once our customers input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click “Continue” and under this button it states: “Your account will not be charged yet.” Then, our customer is required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars. Some venues may require proof of vaccination or negative COVID test. You are responsible for checking venue health and safety requirements for entry." Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown is reiterated. Directly below the “Place Order” our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $904.50 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time our customer proceeded to place their order.
Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. All prices listed on our site are done so by the individual seller, not Tickets-Center, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demand. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.
Prior to receiving this claim we thoroughly discussed this matter with our customer. We maintain that all ticket details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.

I paid 287.50 for 2 tickets to see Michelle Wolf at the Neptune Theatre in Seattle through Tickets Center. Not only do I not have tickets I am out the 287.50. THEY ARE A SCAM site that looks very legitimate.Business Response

As such, Tickets-Center does not set or control ticket delivery dates. Rather, the estimated ship date is set by the individual seller of the tickets and is dependent upon the primary issuer of the tickets, with which Tickets-Center has no affiliation.
While Tickets-Center does not control the available delivery date we do ensure that valid tickets will arrive on time for the customer's event. In this case it should be noted that the customer's tickets were delivered immediately after their order was confirmed on 9/22/2023. At that time the customer receive an email which contains a link to claim their tickets, as well as instructions on how to access their ticket transfer. If a customer encounters any issues with accessing their tickets through their link, we always welcome them to contact our care team for troubleshooting. In this case our records do not reflect that the customer ever attempted to contact us to report any issues prior to this claim. If our customer requires assistance locating or accessing their tickets we encourage them to contact our customer service department. As it stands we consider this matter closed

In additional to duping us into placing an order for tickets at $250 over face value, they sent the tickets for the WRONG section. This is a complete scam with hundreds if not thousands of complaints. I am unsure how this is able to continue, why will they will not be stopped. We attempted to purchase tickets on 07JAN24 for a concert by Norman Brown at the Birchmere in Alexandria, VA. The concert is scheduled for 17APR24. We made the payment, which was charged to our credit card. Once we saw that the payment had been made, we no longer worried about the tickets.
On 17APR24, I looked at the tickets and realized I could not locate them. My wife looked through my email and found instructions from tickets-center.com on how to finalize and retrieve the tickets. Our virus checker would not let us use the account. After checking the Visa account and verifying that the charge was indeed made, she told the virus checker to allow her to access the website anyway. When she did, Google Chrome, our web browser, refused to open the site, also saying it was fraudulent.

My mom attempted to get tickets for Les Miserables on the Fox Theatre website. When she googled “Fox Theatre,” ticket-center.com was the first advertisement on Google. When she entered the website, a picture of the Fox Theatre appeared, further misleading her into thinking that this was a legitimate website for the Fox Theatre. This website needs to clearly indicate that it is not the Fox Theatre and should not use photographs of the Fox Theatre as the banner that displays at the top upon clicking on the page. For an older individual who is susceptible to being misled online, this is intended to make the individual think they are on the right website. Furthermore, when my mom selected the date and time of the show and then continued navigating the website, the website warned that there was limited inventory. There were many other warnings about tickets selling out, act fast, etc., incentivizing an elder individual to pay immediately or risk losing a chance at tickets. Then, when my mom entered the ticket selection page, there was a countdown clock and the message limited tickets available. There is small text at the top of the website that explains in a long-winded manner that the website is for secondary marketplace tickets, but my mom wears reading glasses and squints on her computer and phone and would not notice something like this. It is not large or obvious or clear enough for the elder generation. I am disappointed in these advertising tactics that are specifically designed to deceive older individuals and mislead these individuals to pay many times the fair value of the tickets.Business Response

I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars. Since Tickets-Center is a live marketplace ticket availability and listing prices are subject to change based on market demand. Customers are therefore asked to complete their purchases within a designated timeframe to ensure our available listings are as accurate as possible, in real-time. Since Tickets-Center operates independently from the primary market any information customers may see regarding ticket availability will not reflect that of other marketplaces. We maintain that all order details and relevant terms were sufficiently displayed prior to the customer placing their order; as such, the order in question does not qualify for cancellation or compensation. It should also be noted, tickets for our customer's event were transferred to the email address they provided during checkout on 4/8/24 at 10:16 AM CST. The email customer received contains instructions to download and print their tickets. We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.

This is the most disgusting company I’ve done business with in years.
I bought tickets on accident. Contacted the company immediately. The company would not help me or work with me at all. I paid $580. O0 accidentally buying tickets. Would not refund me. I seen no disclosure that I wouldn't have the tickets until 2 days before the event-until my Visa was charged. I have requested a refund . Even the initial confirmation E Mail did not disclose this. A second E Mail saying my VISA was charged did.

Once our customers input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click “Continue” and under this button it states: “Your account will not be charged yet.” Then, our customer is required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars. Some venues may require proof of vaccination or negative COVID test. You are responsible for checking venue health and safety requirements for entry." Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown is reiterated. Directly below the “Place Order” our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $317.50 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time our customer proceeded to place their order.
Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. All prices listed on our site are done so by the individual seller, not Tickets-Center, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demand. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.
Prior to receiving this claim we thoroughly discussed this matter with our customer. We maintain that all ticket details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.

es the reply from merchant is partially true. I did see all that information - except I have no seat number and my initial complaint about a delivery date is not addressed.There was no notification that my tickets would be held for 3 months prior to Visa charge. This is deceptive and if I had know this I would not have made the purchase. Below is the confirmation of the purchase with a delivery date two days from the event. This information was only provided once my Visa was debited. If they truly have these tickets then why wait months for them ? . This is a deceptive ( maybe be fraudulent) practice. If they truly have the tickets than I should have them as I’ve bought them in Match. It stands to reason from the below E mail that they only informed me at that time- otherwise why stipulate the delivery date on that receipt? The calls to the help center only resulted in canned messages about policy as well as “ you can always resell the tickets and make money. All our customers are guaranteed to receive their tickets in time for their event. The seller who list on our site, purchase their tickets directly from the primary market and list their inventory on our platform, this assures our customer's receive valid and authentic tickets. We have abided by the agreed terms, therefore we are unable to offer our customer compensation. It is important to note that our customer will receive their tickets in time for their event, per our Buyer's guarantee. Order number 62317353. I purchased the ticket to see Bad Bunny on March 26th, 2024, yesterday March 8th, 2024. For two tickets, i paid a total of $697.50. Luckily I also purchased ticket insurance for $43.60. Total purchase price of 741.10 The business was committed to providing me my tickets for which I paid. Apparently, they were committed to contacting me, via my phone, for phone verification within 24 hours. They waited till the 24 hour mark ( which was 3:45 pm) and called me. Unfortunately, I was not near my phone and did not answer. Apparently they were committed to canceling my ticket. As was explained to me and told that nothing could be done for me, other than return my money in 3-5 business days. I was not allowed to talk to the verification center nor was I allowed to speak to supervisor. They did not attempt to resolve the situation nor provide any sort of costumer service to insure that I got what I purchased.Business Response

Thank you for contacting us. We appreciate the opportunity to address our customer's concerns. In some cases, customers are required to confirm their order with our verification team. If the order cannot be confirmed before the verification time frame closes, our team must cancel the order as a step in the fraud prevention process. All customers must agree to our terms of use prior to placing an order, which state in part: "we reserve the right to cancel your order at any time for any reason, in which event we will provide you a full refund of the price paid for the ticket and all services charges and delivery fees. Insurance costs are not refundable." Any pending hold for the order total on Mr. ********'s account would have been lifted, and Mr. ******** has no active order with our company at this time. As such, we consider this matter closed.
