I thought that was buying concert tickets from a reputable business. Spent over $500. I guess that money is gone. Avoid this "business".

is a sham and a scam - they are double the price and somehow cut into legitimate web sites to steel your orders. they refuse to cancel or refund even though the venue is 3 months out. i would be highly recommend that as soon as you see their id on the web you are on that you report it to proper authorities as well as your credit card companies. Run for the hills if you see this email tickets-center.com not even one star is earned and they don't know what customer service is !!!!

This company is a total SCAM!!!!! DON"T EVER order from them!!! I booked online tickets for a play and they changed my date on me after I put the order through, They are the worst and shadiest company ever. I am going to go to the ATTORNEY GENERAL'S office and file a lawsuit against this POS company. Stay away and never BUY from these third party thiefs!!! Had to leave a star rating-what a joke, they deserve zero stars!!!

I went online to purchase tickets to a concert. I found the tickets thru what stated was Acrisure Arena. I thought it was strange that ticket prices were higher but wasn’t worried as it was saying a “presale”. I purchased the tickets. I then received an email stating the tickets were not available until April next year. I was only given a section and row. No seat numbers. I called and spoke with a representative named Sebastian who told me they were associated with Acrisure and Ticketmaster. I told him it was odd because the tickets were not sent to me. I asked for a refund as they were not available or even on sale yet. He put me on hold several times stating he was working on refund. After 30 minutes he stated he can’t do a refund so would put me thru to a manager. The manager kept contradicting what he was saying. First stating they were from a seller whose info is kept private. Then stating they “procure” the tickets. He had no explanation when I asked why I had not received them. I have been reading numerous posts that they are a scam site. I also read up on Penal code 346 and it seems they are definitely not following the law. Acrisure stated they are not associated with them. He refused to refund my money or provide the tickets. I am not sure what to do as I am out the money and have no tickets. I also had difficulty getting any info to contact them as they provided nothing in the email they sent. It had a contact here but when clicking the link it was dead. I finally called PayPal and they were able to find a number.

Scam!! I attempted to purchase 3 tickets I thought was from Ticketmaster which I was charged about 3 hundred dollars more for the worst seats in the venue after I purchased realized it wasn't Ticketmaster and they took the funds right away tried to get a refund to be told I could resale tickets that I was already over charged for I will continue to bring attention to being ripped off and feeling in violated bad business.

A total scam! It was the first website that popped up when I searched for Ticketmaster, and said "Sponsored", it looked legitimate. It only showed the section, no seat assignment. I could only find my seat when I googled Scotiabank arena seating map. There is very fine print on the website that says tickets are final sale, no refunds or exchanges, very hard to see. I ended up paying $390 CAD for two tickets, when I could have gotten them on Ticketmaster for $100! I called the company and they refused to exchange or refund my tickets, and only said I could resell them. They prey on unsuspecting people and sell scalped tickets that are way marked up! I hope I actually receive these tickets, as I only got a confirmation email. Piece of shit company, watch out!

Scamers-- I paid over $500 for two of what turns out to be $55-a-seat tickets. I don't even know yet if they're real.

Pay Pal on the wash their hands. I have no idea why this company is still working. So many scams.

Completely a scam! I wish I didn't have to leave a star, they deserve none. I went to purchase tickets through the bands link and it looked like it was going to Ticketmaster as it had the "t" symbol. I didn't notice the trickery of the page being redirected to Ticket-center. Tickets were going on sale 10am CT, it was 9:20am and it said I could purchase tickets, I thought because I was on a fan page it allowed early access, so I selected to purchase tickets and it only allowed the last row of the venue and the timer is counting down the whole time making you feel as if you don't purchase now you will lose your chance. So its the worst seat in the house. They sold me the 4 tickets for $891.44. Plus parking $59.03 (which was a 30 min walk away)=$950.47. I called and they would not refund they said I could only sale the tickets (which I don't have) They said they have until 3/30/25 to release tix to me, the concert is on 4/1/25. I purchase through Ticketmaster and it was $390.80 for 4 tickets (4 row, not 11th) with parking $10 (only a 5 min walk)=$400.80.. PLUS, I already have the tickets.. instant. That's the way it is SUPPOSE to be done. BUYER BEWARE! They pray on trusting customers, And I myself will never trust them again and will warn anyone and everyone of them. I would like to have my near $1000 back!!!!!!! RIPPED OFF and ANGRY

I bought 2 tickets that sold for $63.00 each. I was charged $410.34 for the two. When I went to American Players Theatre, Ticket Center “popped up”, so I assumed it was the ticket booth for American Players. Ticket Center NEVER indicated that they were a third party seller. The company is a scam and should be closed down.
