    This company charged me for two tickets at $235 when the tickets were only $44 a piece for a sports game. I had just gotten surgery done & wanted to thank the nurses who helped me recover so I bought them tickets to a game using this site & they took full advantage of me. I should’ve known better but coming out of sedation? I wasn’t thinking right, so I wanted to leave this review to help others not make the same mistake I made. I should’ve used a trusted ticket handler like ticket master but again, I wasn’t thinking right & thought I was purchasing these directly from the stadium itself.

    The only reason why I gave them 2 stars was because they delivered the tickets digitally & we still received them, but I’m sure that might not be the case for all events. If they are practicing this type of shady business dealings? I’m almost positive they’ll keep selling tickets even after the seats are full.

    This is your warning not to do business with this company. I’m actually concerned they have my personal information now.

    This company scammed my poor old mom charging her 2x their cost for her ticket and never gave them to her and charged her parking that's never been sent to her do NOT TRUST this company

    Absolutely the worse experience I have ever had with a ticket seller.

    Charged three times the face value for a ticket and double the price for a different show. (I bought them at the same time before realizing that they were not authorized to sell tickets for the venue.) And the seats were lousy!!!!

    I tried to get refunds via my credit card company but was not successful.

    Avoid this company or you will be sorry!

    absolutely scam site, they intentionally make it look like ticket master, they never send the tickets, they charge higher prices, they cancel your order after you pay, then refund you a small portion. This company is a complete nightmare...you've been warned...stay away, save your money and sanity...complete scam...Ripped me off for $212.00

    Terrible, Over paid ticket price OVER 3X on other sites. Scam!!!!! Okay if you sell it a bit more, But 3X the original price????

    Said on the site if you don't want your tickets anymore you can sell them, But I there is no spot to resell???

    Paid top dollar for Red Sox tickets. We never received them and never received an answer from Ticket- Center. The chat just went around in circles with their robots answering the chat. The links they sent via email DID NOT WORK and we could not get any help this this issue. This has been reported to the CC company. DO NOT GET YOUR EVENT TICKETS WITH THIS COMPANY

    A Nightmare in Customer Service
    My experience with Ticket Center was an absolute nightmare. I discovered a fraudulent charge on my credit card for over $400, a purchase I didn't make. When I contacted customer service, hoping for a swift resolution, I was met with shocking indifference.
    The representative was unhelpful, dismissive, and lacked any empathy. Despite explaining the situation and emphasizing I was a victim of fraud, I was repeatedly told that "all sales are final" and they couldn't assist me. This is unacceptable when dealing with a fraudulent transaction. Their focus was clearly on deflecting responsibility, not helping a customer who had been wrongfully charged.
    I spent an excruciating amount of time on the phone, reiterating my situation, but was met with the same brick wall of indifference. It's clear Ticket Center has no mechanism or desire to deal with fraudulent purchases. Their "customer service" is a misnomer; it's a "customer disservice" department designed to frustrate and abandon those in need.
    This entire experience has been incredibly stressful. I'm now forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company, an additional burden due to Ticket Center's abysmal customer service and lack of fraud protection. For a company handling financial transactions, their failure to address fraudulent charges is a grave concern, speaking volumes about their operational integrity.
    I strongly advise caution to anyone considering purchasing from Ticket Center. If you encounter issues, especially fraudulent charges, you'll be met with a cold shoulder and zero support. They're happy to take your money, even if it's not you spending it, but are unwilling to assist when things go wrong. This company shows a complete disregard for customer well-being and a shocking inability to handle basic customer service, let alone fraud. Avoid at all costs.

    I booked tickets thru them to see a show and not only did I not see the show I booked a hotel because it was out of town.
    I did get my money back for the tickets but I would not have booked a hotel if they would have let me know ahead of time.
    I found out a half hour before the show started that I had no tickets.

    Company needs burnt to the ground
    Tickets should have been around $600 anywhere else would have been Cost me
    $1300.00 got to concert seats where already taken
