    Do not use this site...they appear to sell tickets they dont have... lost of promises and no delivery. I agree with other comments that they have paid for up front Google placement.

    Paid for ticket that never came, had to buy a ticket at the box office, I have been had for

    $244.75 and I will proceed to get my money back.

    SCAM WEBSITE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! Negative 50 stars!!!!! 8/30/2025: I bought tickets for a Tim McGraw concert. They did not send them and kept giving me the run around "seller said they sent them to you," "check your spam for Stubhub," "we sent you an email saying they were delivered followed by another paragraph saying you would receive another email telling you how to access your tickets (that never came)," etc. . Even when I contacted Tickets-Center, they gave me a fraudulent invalid email to retrieve them with. I did not receive my tickets...ever. They assured me the day before the concert I would have them before the concert started the next day. Drove 3 hours never received the tickets. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

    I will never use Tickets-Center site again. Tickets are overpriced, tickets were not sent to me on the day of purchase but "promised" to be sent the day before the event. I tried cancelling purchase and when I disputed the charge with my credit card company the "mystery" Tickets-Center reseller, resold my tickets without informing me. I didn't find out until the day before the event, when my tickets weren't available. It was only then that I was refunded about a 1/3 the price I paid, supposedly the amount my tickets were resold for. Poor Customer Service was my experience. Don't waste your money, avoid Tickets-Center.com.

    Ticket Center purports to be the venue that you are buying from, but they are not. They are a Bot that searches the venue site while you are online and buys the tickets from them and then resells them to you at twice the price you could have paid. They charge twice the price you could have paid. BUYER BEWARE!! DON'T USE THEM!!.

    This is a fraud site. I work for an entity that sells tickets legitimately to the events we host. Tickets-Center resells all of our tickets at an exhorbitant amount of money. 99% of the time those tickets do not work when the buyer arrives at the venue. This is considered fraud. Tickets-Center has no contact information to complain or to speak to anyone in management. We will be seeking legal advice to stop Tickets-Center from selling our tickets for triple what we sell them for. It is a crime and you should be ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of individuals who want to pay a fair price to attend events within their communities.

    If you have anyone with mobility issues do not go through these people. I bought Tickets to an A's game on the 31st. Unfortunately my kid broke her leg. I asked if I can send the seats to the other people going with us, they said yes but not until I can download the tickets which isn't until the 30th. I cant resale them until the 30th. I cant cancel them, and I cant make sure the actual seat numbers will be accessible to my kid who now can't make her way down bleacher seats and is reliant on a walker. They offered an 8 dollar credit on my next purchase as if I would ever send any money to this ableists situation again.

    This place is a ripoff. Got tickets for concert and parking. 1st off paid 533. For tickets thinking I had good tickets. Nope the tickets sold elsewhere for 93. Then paid 73 for parking and couldn’t scan parking pass in. So had to pay another 25. This is a scam. Please learn from my experience. No! No! No!

    Ticket-center.com clearly paid for a top position on the search engine, because both me and my sister went to purchase tickets for the same show and ended up buying them from this company thinking it was the event website. When we learned that we had paid four times the face value, it was nearly impossible to get a refund. My sister was able to get the refund, but I had to call my bank to reverse the charges. Very shady business.

    What a disgusting scam of a company. It openly promotes predatory practices when selling tickets, I was redirected from the actual venue website to this sitesaying there is a limited number available and then charges three to times to five times the cost plus hidden fees. It also says that you can get a refund when purchasing the tickets and adding them to your cart and then switches the language on you after you purchase to say you can’t.
