    The tickets that I selected were not the tickets that were sent to me in the confirmation email. I called the next day to get a refund they said they couldn't refund me. I am calling my credit card company now to try and cancel the order. They need to ban their web site from the internet.

    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!!! I ordered tickets three days in advance. These tickets had to be printed. Did not receive the tickets until two hours before the concert and didn’t have anywhere to print the tickets. Had many chats with people on this site with no resolution. Had to purchase more tickets from a reputable site. If there are any good reviews made, they’re made from the site themselves.

    I ordered tickets on August 11th for a concert event on November 7th and did not get the tickets delivered to me after a week which made me suspicious. After looking into this company, I realized that they upsold the tickets at twice the price of the box office and had misleading information about the demand on the tickets when compared with the actual box office seats available. When I messaged the online chat they were extremely unhelpful and refused to issue a refund, when I said I was disputing through my credit card company they tried to barter by offering a 10% future discount or a $50 store credit which is abysmal considering the fraudulent means that they took my money. I don’t know how they managed to get to the top search result on Google, but this company is not to be trusted, they are scamming people out of their money. Please ensure you’re on the actual box office website for purchasing event tickets or an otherwise credible ticketing service.

    Do not buy from Tickets-Center.com they are double the cost of the original ticket. I made the mistake of ordering from their website. They said tickets were selling fast and there were not many left so I paid the price. Literally. Tickets-Center.com will not refund you or resell your tickets . Please use reputable ticket sites. Not this one

    Paid for a ticket to a football game that will occur August 28. I have never received the ticket, and have not even gotten a response to repeated emails asking where it was or when it would arrive. I don't even get an automated response.

    I purchased a ticket from them at an exorbitant price for a Toto, Christopher Cross, & Men at Work concert ?? NH. They were unable to scan the ticket at the parking entrance. I had to purchase another ticket instead, but they refused to refund me - don't waste your money on them.

    Stay away from this company. I purchased tickets for an event and was told the downloadable tickets would be sent 1 day before the event. We traveled to where the event was held and the tickets were never delivered by email. It is virtually impossible to speak with a live agent, after hours of trying to get the tickets dealing with their online chat bots both automated and live they let me know 2 hrs before the event they couldn’t fulfill the order. They charged an astronomical fee above ticket price and talk you into getting insurance. I am still waiting for a refund of the tickets and I have to deal with the insurance company separately to request a refund for insurance I did not need for tickets they never produced. This company is a reseller of tickets they or their sellers acquire. Clearly they are wildly unreliable, my advice stay away.

    Horrible company I paid over $200 for Braves tickets they sent me fake tickets. This place is a SCAM Beware I tried to get a refund. They would not give me a refund. They said they would only give a 10% promo for store credit. I had to get my bank involved waiting for the results from that now.

    This is a scam. The event parking ticket only cover partial of the event and the customer service would not offer refund. They ask me to pay more to extend the parking. BTW, the fee for partial event is double to the full event parking at Lucas Oil Stadium parking, which is right on site.
    I should watch carefully only buy ticket at official site. Not this type of secondary market.
