    Waited 3 months for the tickets I paid 900 dollars for. Do not know if I will ever get the tickets. Went through the channels and no help. They say just sit and wait, but I am coming from out of town and they just do not get it or care. It was an event I always wanted to go to and spent the extra money. Stay clear of these people, it will hurt a
    Little if I do not get the tickets, but there are more people out there that it would hurt a lot more.

    What an absolute rip off. They don’t tell you about all their different fees until you’ve paid and get a receipt. In addition, their markup prices are through the roof. We paid at least three times what we would’ve paid going directly through the venue which unfortunately we didn’t know at the time. Plus their “fees” on top of the markup.

    SKETCHY! You get an email saying you may get some tickets some day but can't cancel or get a refund. I am ok with resale tickets but only when I receive them immediately and can choose to resell them myself if I need to. This is some crazy stuff and I can't believe I fell for it. How Google allows them to be the top Sponsored slot in search results on a legitimate theater is beyond me. Please put them out of business!

    The venue ASU Gamage canceled our seats because the balcony seats section was closed the venue said the new tickets were supposed emailed or texted to to us by tickets-center. Well tickets-center never contacted us or texted us new tickets and we where denied entry to the show. Tickets-Center never sent us the new tickets. So we had to miss the show. The show is only here for 2 more days and we would like our money back so we can buy tickets to the show before it goes back to New York. NEVER buy from this place always use ticket master

    SCAM!!! I purchased tickets for an out-of-town concert back in April. It is now the day before the event and I still do not have my tickets despite the fact that I have called 3 times now. Each time told that the tickets would be delivered the day before the event when the seller receives their tickets. It is now less than 24 hours until the event and they have “escalated” the file and they have no reason to believe the seller will not provide the tickets. I have also been told that if not, they will find me comparable tickets at no additional charge and I should call back 4 hours before the event. Like another review I thought I was purchasing from Ticketmaster but obviously not. I am resigned to the fact that I will not have tickets to the event and hope my credit card company will refund my money when I dispute the charge.

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

    Scam. Do not buy from them. Go to the venue and buy direct. They fooled me into believing they were legit. They took my money and said I’d get the tickets in 4 months a day before the event. Nothing I can do. Tickets were triple the amount, I’m so disappointed.

    I purchased tickets to Ballet Hawaii and the tickets have not been delivered. Reviews are bad. Is there a way to put them out of business?

    SCAM! I bought tickets totaling over $500. When you click on the email to get your tickets, it takes you to a fake Ticketmaster site. Since it is not the real Ticketmaster site, your password does not work.The telephone number does not work either.

    Terrible experience. Bought tickets for a show that was postponed then cancelled (Justin Timberlake in Columbus, Ohio), with promises that everyone would receive refunds. Tickets-center.com did not follow through with their responsibility to provide refunds. In fact, multiple phone calls and requests for information were very unproductive. At one point I was hung up on. Please do not get your tickets for anything through this site.

    Let’s talk about the fact that you triple charge on concert events considering you can buy a ticket for $65 in your charging 440 is absolutely outrageous if I could give you a zero I would give you a zero you people should be ashamed of yourself And the fact that you have it shut off so we can’t resell. These is absolutely disgusting. I think a class action lawsuit is about to happen.
