On March 28, 2025, I purchased five (5) tickets from Tickets-Center.com for a June 14 AquaSox minor league game, paying $322.50. The site stated seat numbers would be provided after purchase, but I also needed ADA-accessible seating, and there was no way to confirm that.

Two days later, I still hadn’t received seat numbers. The confirmation only listed Section H, Row 4 — no seat details or ADA confirmation. I called customer service and was told they didn’t know the seat numbers or if the seats were accessible.

I requested a refund, explaining one member of our group has a disability. I was told they do not issue refunds under any circumstances. I then filed a dispute with Bank of America. Despite providing documentation, the claim was denied.

As of June 13 — one day before the event — I still had no tickets. When I called, I was told they had resold my tickets due to the dispute and that I would receive only $105. I was never informed they would be resold, nor did I authorize it.

I asked to speak with a supervisor. The first rep (Chelsia) refused and hung up on me. On a second call, I was transferred to escalation and told again that tickets were resold — in April — even though the dispute wasn’t closed until June 13. How were my tickets resold before the dispute ended?

Now, I have no tickets for an event my daughter is singing the National Anthem at. I was never notified of the resale or the refund amount. I paid for a service that was never delivered and received only a partial refund. This situation was handled poorly, and the company’s practices feel deceptive and unethical.

Thank you for reaching out to us. At Tickets-Center, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address our customer’s concerns. It should be noted that Tickets-Center is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. It should be noted that on 3/28/2025 when our customer placed an order for the Tri-City Dust Devils at Everett AquaSox game they selected a listing labeled as "Section: Diamond Club H, Row: 4" with no designations for ADA seating. When the customer contacted our customer service team they were properly informed that their order would be fulfilled with the seating they had selected. In accordance with the "all sales are final" policy, with which they agreed to at the time of purchase, no alterations could be made to their order.

As our customer has noted, after we discussing their concerns with our customer service team they chose to file a dispute with their financial institution regarding their transaction. We addressed this, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in our favor. The financial dispute our customer opened was facilitated and determined by the customer's financial institution, not Tickets-Center. Our terms of sale indicate that "in the event that you dispute a charge and it is determined that the charge was valid and not the result of credit card or other payment fraud, we have the right to seek payment, including all associated fees, by whatever means necessary, including using collection agencies and legal proceedings. We may also mitigate our damages by relisting and selling, as the case may be, the tickets that are the subject of the underlying payment dispute." As such upon initiation of the dispute by our customer their tickets were forfeit and were later resold on their behalf. The customer has at this time been compensated accordingly. If our customer has any further questions regarding this dispute, we encourage them to reach out to the financial institution with which it was filed. As it stands we consider this matter closed.

Ticket-Center did not inform me that they were confiscating my tickets and were going to resale them even though my payment had already gone through. The refund was not for the amount I paid for them t was only a partial return (less than 50%). Even though they say it is in their fine print it is not made clear. These types of practices are deceptive. I would have used the tickets but did not get the opportunity nor was I notified when they were sold. Leaving me scrambling to try and find tickets which ultimately led to us not being able to go to the game where my daughter was going to sing with here choir group the National Anthem. The organization should be more upfront with the practices and policies so that people can actually make an informed decision. Thank you for taking another look at this on my behalf.

    Business Response

    Date: 07/14/2025

Thank you for responding. We appreciate the opportunity to further address the customer's concerns and clarify our policies. On 3/30/2025 we were in contact with our customer regarding their request to cancel this order. At that time we advised our customer that the terms of sale they agreed to when placing their order did not allow for cancellations. After this contact they filed a financial dispute against their order. As previously stated, the customer's tickets may have been made unavailable to them while their dispute was active, and the tickets could be resold in alignment with the agreed upon terms of sale. Please refer to our previous response with regard to the details of these terms.

Upon closure of our customer's dispute their tickets had already been resold and as such could no longer be released to them. As previously stated, the financial dispute opened by our customer was facilitated and determined by the customer's financial institution rather than Tickets-Center. We maintain that this transaction was handled in accordance with all agreed upon terms and conditions and as such no further resolution or compensation may be provided. As it stands we consider this matter closed.

Pressured into purchasing 6 tickets on May 29, 2025 (thought I was on the venue box office site - I was on my mobile phone and it was not obvious), as I looked at the ticket dates, i began to receive warnings that "tickets were selling fast," "only a few tickets left," hurry supplies limited" with a clock ticking back how much time is left to purchase the selected tickets - felt rushed, pressured and panicked - clicked to purchase then realized it was the wrong date and I tried to cancel the order within an hour. I was told by the business all sales are final and I would receive the tickets the day before the event. They told me I could sell them, but not through their site. Then I realized that they had scalped me tickets for an empty stadium for over 400% of face value per ticket. (I paid $462.95). I do not have tickets to sell, I do not have seat numbers, just section and row. I have uploaded a document describing the experience in detail. Tickets-center is unethical and predatory. They say I agreed to their terms and conditions, but they didn't give me time to read them by scaring me with a ticking clock and flashing "tickets selling fast" - they do this on purpose to cause panic for buyers to click "purchase" before thinking about what's happening. I am sickened and furious that this business is allowed to practice. I would like this order canceled and my money refunded

Our customer has stated that they believed they were purchasing through the website for the venue or of the event itself. However, it should be noted that our web address and website branding are intentionally different from those of any other site. The top of every event and ticket listing page clearly states, “Fast, easy and secure secondary marketplace tickets. Prices may be above or below face value."

A message stating, “Site displays resale marketplace tickets. Prices may be above or below face value. Not affiliated with any box office or venue.” is displayed on the top of every page throughout the checkout process. Furthermore, when placing their order our customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to our terms stating,  "I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the order summary below. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars. Some venues may require proof of vaccination or negative COVID test. You are responsible for checking venue health and safety requirements for entry." Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown was provided. Directly below the “Place Order” our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking "Place Order", your credit card will be charged $462.95 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." at which time our customer proceeded to place their order.

Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. This means that all tickets listed on our site are owned and priced by individual sellers based on those sellers' assessments of changing factors such as customer demand. As noted above, this means that the price paid may not reflect the original price of the tickets. Furthermore, since Tickets-Center is a live marketplace ticket availability and listing prices are subject to change based on market demand. Customers are therefore asked to complete their purchases within a designated timeframe to ensure our available listings are as accurate as possible, in real-time. Since Tickets-Center operates independently from the primary market any information customers may see regarding ticket availability will not reflect that of other marketplaces.

Because our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy. It should lastly be noted that in addition to this current claim our customer filed a dispute with their credit card company regarding this order. We have addressed this, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in our favor. If our customer has any further questions regarding this dispute, we encourage them to reach out to the financial institution with which it was filed. At this time, we consider this matter closed.

They are liars. They are scalpers plain and simple.  They should not be allowed to do business.  There was absolutely no demand for the event when I mistakenly purchased tickets - there had been ZERO tickets sold for the date and time.  I found out later that The face value of the tickets at the venue was $16 - Tickets-Center charged me $59 per ticket PLUS an additional $17 per ticket in service fees (that service fee is HIGHER than the face value of the ticket).  The pressure tactics while trying to purchase tickets was obscene - "supplies limited" "tickets selling fast" "your cart will expire in x seconds" - does not give any purchaser a chance to think or read. Just BUY.They told me to "just resell them" - I will never be able to resell them for the price they charged AND the tickets state "unauthorized duplicates or sale of this ticket may prevent admittance to the event" - well how am I supposed to resell a ticket without authorization when it was purchased from a scalper.  How do I even know this isn't a counterfeit ticket?  I have no guarantees.I know they will not refund me my money.  This is their plan to scalp me and steal my money.  But I want everyone to know that they are unethical scalpers and should be put out of business.

Thank you for responding. We appreciate the opportunity to further address our customer's concern and clarify our policy. As previously stated, all prices listed on our site are done so by the individual seller of the tickets, not Tickets-Center, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors. Since Tickets-Center is a live marketplace ticket availability and listing prices are subject to change based on market demand. Customers are therefore asked to complete their purchases within a designated timeframe to ensure our available listings are as accurate as possible, in real-time. Since Tickets-Center operates independently from the primary market any information customers may see regarding ticket availability will not reflect that of other marketplaces.

When placing their order our customer confirmed their acknowledgment of the information outlined here, as well as their acceptance of our terms of sale, when they selected a check box which stated, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars." We will continue to maintain that all relevant information pertaining to the customer's claim was clearly displayed and available for their review during the entirety of their purchase process. As it stands we now consider this matter closed.

We tried to buy tickets to a Reno Aces game. We were misled into thinking that the Ticket-Center.com website was the original seller, that is, the Reno Aces website. It is not; it is a reseller with a website designed to look like the original. Their website also exhorted that "only a few tickets are left" which prompted us to buy before checking further. Please see the attached document for more details. This is a mistake that we will not make again. We are hoping that this mistake will not cost us $511.

I wish to file a complaint as this company is operating unlawfully. I believed that I was purchasing tickets through the actual website for Keller Auditorium. Tickets-Center it is not straight forward in its advertising which made it look as though the tickets were on the actual Keller Auditorium website. Despite speaking to someone with in eight minutes they stated that there was nothing that can be done to cancel the tickets which at this point had not been received.
There are several issues with this transaction. First the website on the surface presented itself as a though it was Keller Auditorium. The website also represented information stating that tickets were selling out fast and that no more than three seats could be purchased together. In reality per the actual Keller Auditorium site there are a ton of tickets where more than three seats can be purchased together. Second, the price charged for these tickets is unlawful. There is a city code for Portland (14A.50.060) that states that it is unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale any ticket for an event at any municipally owned facility at a price greater than the original retail price. Keller Auditorium is owned and operated by the City of Portland. The tickets on Keller Auditorium are for $65.95 with all taxes and fees included, yet the price per ticket on the website was $159 plus a bunch of alleged taxes and fees. It is unlawful to sell tickets for a municipally owned venue in this manner.

It should be noted that Tickets-Center.com is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers, and include disclosures that tickets may be above face value throughout our website.

Once our customer selected the ticket listing they desired for Riverdance, they were prompted to select the quantity of tickets they want. After they chose the number of tickets, they were able to see the tickets available. Once selected, the customer was provided with an in-depth description of their ticket information, event details, ticket quantity and any other notes related to the tickets. After confirming their selection and clicking "Get these tickets", the customer was directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $618.95 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once our customers input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click “Continue” and under this button it states: “Your account will not be charged yet.” Furthermore, they are asked to add their billing address, and they are prompted to click the "Continue" button, where below it states, "Your account will not be charged yet." Then, our customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. You are responsible for checking venue health and safety requirements for entry." Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown was reiterated, along with any additional ticket notes. Directly below the “Place Order” our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $618.95 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time our customer proceeded to place their order.

As all order details in question were accessibly and visibly displayed prior to placing their order, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns pertaining to their order, we encourage them to contact our customer service department.

The website presents  itself in a way that with out very careful examination is misleading at best. In addition, there is a law in the City of a Portland that makes it unlawful to resell tickets for a municipally owned venue for a price that is over the cost of the original ticket price. In addition the original price must be listed on the tickets. To my understanding your company has violated this law and continues to violate it. The tickets were three times the price of the venue.

Thank you for responding. We appreciate the opportunity to further address our customer's concerns. Several disclaimers are displayed throughout the ticket selection and checkout processes denoting our status as a secondary ticket marketplace. Additionally, buyers are required to confirm that they are aware that they are purchasing through a secondary marketplace prior to placing any order. As stated in our previous response, prior  buyers are required to select a check box next to a message which reads "I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final." To this end, our company complies with all law applicable to an online secondary ticket marketplace.

In addition to this current claim, our customer has filed a dispute with their financial institution regarding this transaction. Due to the nature of the dispute process, we are unable to provide a resolution to this matter while this dispute remains open and encourage our customer to contact their financial institution with any questions regarding its process or outcome. As it currently stands, we consider this matter closed.

Placed PayPal purchase of single ticket through Ticket Center April 5, 2025. Received confirmatory email for purchase number 72481549. Almost immediately thereafter received followup email stating that the purchase had been cancelled because Ticket Center "cannot accept orders from individuals who have attempted to withhold payment for past ticket orders from us or from another company in our industry, per our terms of use," a false statement as any previous interaction would have been due solely to disputing a charge for legitimate reasons (almost certainly with Ticket Master). The email further indicated that while the charge had went through PayPal to my credit card issuing institution (USAA FSB), that "the pending hold for this purchase should be removed within 3-5 business days. Please contact your financial institution used for this transaction if you have any further questions about the pending hold." I thereafter contacted USAA and they indicated that they will initiate a credit card dispute if Ticket Center proceeds to attempt to charge for the ticket (which online reviews states they frequently do).

Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter. At Tickets-Center, we value our customers and appreciate the opportunity to address their concerns.  Our records indicate that the customer filed a previous dispute on one of their previous orders, therefore they are unable to place future orders with our site. Please note that the pending amount on our customer account is simply a transaction holds placed on their account by their financial institution when they placed the order. The order was never processed, and the pending hold will disappear from their account within a few business days. The time frame for this is completely dependent upon the financial institution. If our customer has any further questions about this hold, we encourage them to reach out to their bank. At this time, we consider this matter resolved.

The BBB may consider the matter as closed.  There is no need to pursue the matter further.  Nevertheless, the business' response was completely pro forma and avoidant.  Further, it does not address the horrid nature of their practice (a person can only purchase tickets if they haven't complained of the business' past practice?  This is in principle much the equivalent of what is deemed an invalid contract of adhesion in civil law), nor account for the value of my time that was wasted in correcting this issue through my financial institution, this business' so-called customer service, or in feeling the need to lodge this complaint with the BBB..  The complaint if possible should be made publicly available to warn off other consumers.  Short of this, as stated, the matter may be considered closed by BBB, with my appreciation.Respectfully,

Purchased 3 tickets for "Postcards From Earth" at the Sphere in Las Vegas for Sunday, March 9 at 7 pm. The tickets were still not in my account on the morning of March 9th, despite the 100% Buyer's Guarantee that they would be available by this time. When I contacted Tickets-Center, they told me the show had been postponed. I requested a refund and was told that was not their policy for a postponed show, I could just use tickets when rescheduled. I told them I would not be in Las Vegas for any rescheduled show. Later, I spoke with Nathan at Guest Relations at the Sphere, who told me that particular show had been canceled, in November of 2024, therefore tickets shouldn't have been sold after that date (I purchased mine on January 24, 2025). On Friday March 14 I informed Tickets-Center customer service, and they in turn informed me that the seller had informed them that the show was canceled. So now I should receive a refund for a canceled vs postponed show. T-C still will not confirm that I will receive this refund; their "masking"(?) department has to be involved, or a "manager" has to investigate. There are many many reviews and reports of scams by Tickets-Center, which leaves me with zero confidence or guarantee that I receive my refund. My next step will be a report filed with NY AG.

I ordered tickets on Mar 9. I made this purchase selecting an option for PayPal "pay later" which should have broken the payment into installments. Instead it tries to charge the full amount and overdraft me, my bank denied the transaction due to insufficient funds. Now both PayPal and the vendor claim this is what I agrees to when it is not. I would not have even gone through PayPal or this site if it wasn't for thr pay later option which they did not honor.

I did not make a mistake or select the wrong option. The company is not honoring what I agreed to. This transaction is void to me but they refuse to back off.

This is not buyers remorse, o believe they just have a fake button for PayPal pay later and don't actually honor it. They have also been intraceable and refuse to honor the payment plan. Their customer service just sends canned responses. I am done with this, this transaction is void, this is a terrible and misleading service and they are taking advantage of paypal and customers.

Thank you for reaching out to us. At Tickets-Center, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address our customers’ concerns. It should be noted that Tickets-Center is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. The top of every event and ticket listing page clearly states, “Independent resale tickets, prices may be above face value.”

Once our customer selected the ticket listing they desired for Hadestown, they were able to see the tickets available. Once selected, they are taken to a page with an in-depth description of their ticket information, event details, ticket quantity, delivery method and any other notes related to the tickets. After confirming their selection, they were directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $4,264.50 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once our customer selected PayPal as their preferred payment method, they were presented with the disclosure stating: "Click the button below to login to your PayPal account in a new window. After you have confirmed your payment and your shipping information with PayPal you will be returned to our site to review and finalize your order." Below this disclosure our customer was able to click on the terms of the PayPal pay later, which explicitly states "Pay in 4 is available to consumers upon approval for purchases of $30 to $1,500." As our customer's order was over $1,500 they did not qualify for the installment program, therefore they were charged for the full amount.

We maintain that these terms are displayed prior to purchase for the customer to review and are outside of Tickets-Center's purview. Our buyer's guarantee assures our customer will receive valid tickets in time for their event; thus, we must uphold our "all sales are final" policy. If our customer has further questions, they can contact our customer service team.

    Regards,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
**In order for the bureau to continue to assist you, you MUST provide your view on the matter or your complaint will be closed as answered.
Having been in contact with PayPal, my initial report was erroneous - I have attached screenshot showing what their website offers for purchases over 1500. For smaller purchases they show Pay in 4. These are representative images of how they advertised this to me. I would have been paying this for for longer than 4 payments in a month - it suggests at least ~10 months. The business is mksrelresenting how it operates. As they note they are a "reseller". This means they bought the tickets and are selling them independently. Their suggestion that they don't have their own inventory is deceptively false.

Thank you for responding. We appreciate the opportunity to provide further clarification regarding this matter. Please note that although our customer claims that they were advertised a particular payment plan, we are unable to confirm that one our end as we are not affiliated with PayPal. At this time we must abide by our "all sales are final" policy. Our records show that our customer was sent their tickets to their email address non 3/9/25 and will be valid for their event Hadestown 5/18/25. If the customer has further questions regarding their order, we encourage them to contact our customer service team for more assistance.

Tickets center deceptively posed as town toyota center. I wanted to buy tickets for a local event.
They then rush you with a timer.
I did not have time to read disclaimers.
    I was decieved...
Right after buying tickets I realized it and asked for a refund... within 10 minutes. They denied. I disputed through credit card and they denied.
This company needs to correct its deceptive practices

Thank you for reaching out to us. At Tickets-Center.com, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address our customer’s concerns. It should be noted that Tickets-Center.com is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers, and include disclosures that tickets may be above face value throughout our website.

Once our customer selected the ticket listing they desired for Jeff Dunham, they were prompted to select the quantity of tickets they want. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $414.95 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. You are responsible for checking venue health and safety requirements for entry." Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown was reiterated, along with any additional ticket notes. Directly below the “Place Order” our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $414.95 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time our customer proceeded to place their order.

In addition to this current claim, our customer filed a dispute with their financial institution regarding this transaction. We have addressed this, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in our favor. If our customer has any further questions regarding this dispute, we encourage them to reach out to the financial institution with which it was filed. As it currently stands, we consider this matter closed.

Thank you for responding. We appreciate the opportunity to further address Mr. Kellogg's concerns. We would like to reiterate that all details regarding our status as a secondary ticket marketplace were outlined at multiple points throughout the ticket selection and purchase processes. At no point does our website purport to be the primary marketplace, the venue, or any affiliated entities thereof. Furthermore our terms of use, which every buyer must agree to prior to placing any purchase, are available through a link on our home page, under "Terms & Privacy."

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled at the customer's request. This is outlined within our terms, and an additional message is displayed prior to completing a purchase which requires the buyer's acknowledgement. This message reads: "“I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the order summary below. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars."

It should also be noted that according to our records, the first contact Mr. Kellogg made with our customer care team took place 4 days after the purchase was placed; in any case our all sales are final policy still stands. Once a buyer submits an order, they have agreed to our terms of use, and the inventory they have purchased is immediately removed from the site's listings. If Mr. Kellogg has any additional questions regarding his order, we encourage him to contact our customer care team directly. At this time we continue to consider this matter closed.

Tickets-Center pays placement to be top results in Google search, designing sites to show all acts scheduled for venues, to appear as official ticket outlet for their events. While tickets are still on sale from the actual event, Tickets-Center buys large blocks from them (in my case TicketMaster) then sells them at highly inflated costs (example: $89 tickets sold for $149, $40 parking sold for $79, $45 per ticket "service fees"). Tickets-Center.com claim they are only and intermediary for sellers, but individuals are not able to sell on their site. In fact, the tickets I purchased were provided directly from TicketMaster, to Tickets-Center.
I contacted the business about this after discovering the "real" ticket prices and availability, and was advised by them to resell the tickets. TicketMaster says the venue is not allowing resale of the tickets, in spite of Ticket-Master selling them to Tickets-Center for resale.
I feel this is an intentionally deceptive practice, and am seeking a cancellation of sale, and refund, with my agreement to return the tickets.

**In order for the bureau to continue to assist you, you MUST provide your view on the matter or your complaint will be closed as answered.Yes, I expected this unscrupulous seller to respond with a boilerplate response they undoubtedly give to all similar complaints. I also expected they would do nothing to make a customer happy and do everything they could to keep money from these transactions. They know they are selling tickets for over 60% markup when better seats are still available at the original price. A business operating this way clearly lacks ethics.I fell for their paying to get bumped up the Google search results, and list all of the venue's shows, as if they were the official seller. Shame on me. I do, however, wish to provide the Better Business Bureau, and other potential customers, with this information to make the general public aware of their practices.  I have attached a separate purchase of FOUR tickets from the actual, original seller of tickets for this event for $441, a whole section in front of what Ticket-Center sold, which include seats. Compare that to $415 for TWO tickets Tickets-Center sold, sitting on grass, a whole section behind.Thank you, Better Business Bureau for your work to expose companies like this!

Thank you for responding. We appreciate the opportunity to further address our customer's concerns. We would like to reiterate that as a marketplace, Tickets-Center does not set the value of tickets. Independent resellers are able to list tickets using our platform for a listed price determined by a number of factors including demand. Our role is to facilitate transactions between ticket holders and fans so that they may attend their favorite live events, and to provide a guarantee that the tickets received will be valid and delivered on time. We maintain that our initial response addresses their concerns adequately and thus, we stand by our position. If our customer has additional concerns outside of the scope of this specific complaint, we encourage them to contact our customer care team directly so that they may be addressed. As such, we will continue to consider this matter closed.
