    I bought a parking pass for SoFi Stadium parking lot, in Inglewood for a Concert on September 14th, 2024. Tomorrow

    The Ticket Center Website Showed Visually a Map of The Stadium Parking Lot, Indicating the Sofi Parking Lot.

    When I Checked My Parking today before the Show, The Space was Aprox 5 miles away.

    Ticket Center Did a Bait & Switch On Me. I paid more than the cheaper $35 parking for my handicap nephew not to have to walk far. I paid Double, $70 for good parking

    Once our customer selected the ticket listing they desired for Crowded House, they were able to see the tickets available. Once selected, they are taken to a page with an in-depth description of their ticket information, event details, ticket quantity, delivery method and any other notes related to the tickets. After confirming their selection, they were directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $211.50 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once our customers input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click “Continue” and under this button it states: “Your account will not be charged yet.” Then, our customer is required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars. Some venues may require proof of vaccination or negative COVID test. You are responsible for checking venue health and safety requirements for entry." Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown is reiterated. Directly below the “Place Order” our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $211.50 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time our customer proceeded to place their order.

    I purchased tickets to Gillian Welch at the Haw River Ballroom on 8/9/2024 for an event on 10/25/2024. The website for this business popped up from the artist's website, impersonating the true ticket selling company for this artist and venue. The company’s name, website, and offers were made to look real, but were falsely selling tickets. The tickets listed for purchase were falsely described and the terms of the sale were misrepresented by the seller. After making the purchase, I have received no tickets or seats. In fact, tickets for this date are not even actually on sale for another 2 weeks for this night of the event. I am requesting a full refund for this deceptive act.

Our customer has stated that they believed they were purchasing through the website for the venue or of the event itself. However, it should be noted that our web address and website branding are intentionally different from those of any other site. The top of every event and ticket listing page clearly states, “Fast, easy and secure secondary marketplace tickets. Prices may be above or below face value." 

    A message stating, “Site displays resale marketplace tickets. Prices may be above or below face value. Not affiliated with any box office or venue.” is displayed on the top of every page throughout the checkout process. Furthermore, when placing their order our customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to our terms stating,  "I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the order summary below. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars. Some venues may require proof of vaccination or negative COVID test. You are responsible for checking venue health and safety requirements for entry." Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown was provided. Directly below the “Place Order” our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking "Place Order", your credit card will be charged $881.22 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." at which time our customer proceeded to place their order. 

    Due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center does own or generate any tickets and therefore does not set or control delivery date or ticket listing price. Rather, the estimated ship date is set by the individual seller of the tickets and is dependent upon the primary issuer of the tickets, with which Tickets-Center has no affiliation. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. Please note, all purchases made on our website are covered by our 100% Guarantee, which ensures that tickets are authentic and will arrive before the event. Prior to receiving this claim we thoroughly discussed this matter with our customer to address all of their concerns. I have included the reply I received below. They state that they cannot reverse the transaction due to a deal with the sellers, but THE TICKETS WERE NOT EVEN FOR SALE BY ANY VENUE at the time they were advertised for purchase here. Thus, there were no tickets to purchase, the advertisement and description were misleading, and I should have been able to receive a refund as such in that timeframe. They continue to offer that now I can go resell my tickets, which is entirely unreasonable as they were sold to me for MORE THAN TEN TIMES the actual value that they were sold on the market once they actually became available. It is completely false to tell a customer that thye can resell tickets at that rate. This company is a scam, and I want my money back. Thank you for your assistance. Good Day ****!

When placing their order the customer confirmed their acknowledgment of this fact, as well as their acceptance of our terms of sale, when they selected a check box which stated, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars." We will continue to maintain that all relevant information pertaining to the customer's claim was clearly displayed and available for their review during the entirety of their purchase process.     August 9, 2024. The company refuses to refund my money. I found they charge a fee of $100/ticket. I want my money back. I'll buy the tickets directly from Lehigh University. I chatted with a representative several minutes after I purchased the tickets. I didn't realize they weren't an agent selling tickets for Lehigh University. The company's name is TicketsCenter.

    On August 7, 2024 I purchased three tickets from the website Tickets-center.com

    I have no received the tickets and since requested a refund. The request was denied by costumer service.

    I have researched online and found many other received no tickets or fake tickets after purchasing tickets from this website.

    At the time of purchase, in order to complete their order, our customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to our terms stating, "I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. Directly below the “Place Order” button our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking "Place Order", your credit card will be charged $111.95 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." at which time our customer proceeded to place their order.     I purchased online tickets to a Cavalia show on July 27, 2024 through this company, which led me to believe the tickets were $70 each. When I went to the show on August 5, 2024, my ticket receipt that I printed stated the tickets were $17 each and someone named Isaac Kovacek purchased them. I believe I was scammed and this company should be investigated.

    I am filing this complaint against Ticket Center for predatory pricing practices, deception and failure to provide adequate customer service. Details of the Transaction: Date of Purchase: August 2, 2024 Amount Paid: $234.95 Event & $57.50 Parking: Marvel Studio’s Infinity Saga Concert Experience at the Hollywood Bowl. Number of Tickets: 3 Seat and 1 Parking Ticket. Details: Section S Row 6 provided, but no specific seat numbers and no parking details or tickets provided.

    Description of the Issue: On August 2nd, I purchased three tickets for this through tickets-center.com. The total charge was $234.95, but upon checking the official venue website, I discovered that the face value of the tickets is $109.50, and tickets were still available at this price.Ticket Centers website indicated that tickets were "limited showings. Seat going fast!", which pressured me into making the purchase. However, this claim appears to be false given the availability of tickets at the venue's official website. The email ‘confirmation’ I received didn’t have any seat or ticket details. This lack of transparency, the significant markup and spotty looking emails raised some red flags. I reached out to them because I wanted to get a refund because the tickets were purchased for a Friday and I wanted Saturday tickets. That’s when they stated that they have a “sales final” policy, which wasn’t clearly shown or stated anywhere during the checkout. I have read in multiple sources that people arrive at the venue only to be turned away because this website has given them invalid tickets. I am seeking a full refund of $234.95 for the tickets and $57.50 for the parking from my bank due to the deceptive practices and lack of transparency. Additionally, I request that the BBB investigates Ticket Centers business practices to prevent other consumers from experiencing similar issues. I

    Once our customer selected the ticket listing they desired for the Los Angeles Philharmonic - Marvel Studios Infinity Saga Concert Experience and a separate order for parking, they were able to see the tickets available. Once selected, they are taken to a page with an in-depth description of their ticket information, event details, ticket quantity, delivery method and any other notes related to the tickets. After confirming their selection, they were directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $234.95 and $57.50 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once our customers input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click “Continue” and under this button it states: “Your account will not be charged yet.” Then, our customer is required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
    First, the business markets itself as the well-know and reputable Ticketmaster to deceive would be patrons. Secondly, they hide their ‘all sales are final’ clause deep in their terms and agreements, but does not display it prominently at the checkout like other, reputable vendors do. Thirdly, when you ‘purchase’ the tickets, they DO NOT send you the what you actually have paid for because they are ‘shopping’ your purchase with whatever they can find, so even though they make themselves out to be a second party marketplace, they don’t have actually have any of the product in which they are selling, which means they can guarantee the product, nor does that justify the price point they sell the tickets/parking at. If the sellers dictate the price, that means they actually have custody of the rights to sell, Like PayPal or EBay, but they do not. Lastly, they informed me that if I wanted to, I could resell the tickets to recoup my cost, but I have not tickets to resell and , even though they are supposed to be a reseller, there is no where listed on their site as to where I can ‘resell’ my purchased ‘tickets’. These tickets where purchased weeks ago and, if the transaction was legitimate, the tickets should have been delivered immediately, which they have not.

We would like to note that the tickets were sent to our customer on 8/22/2024, with our records showing that they were downloaded the same day. We continue to maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their orders; as such, we continue to consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns regarding their orders, we continue to encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.

    This is a scam website and thought I was purchasing directly from the venue. No phone number to contact them. Just a email with confirmation. Purchased 9 tickets and when I asked for a refund they said no and I would have to resell them.

    I paid for tickets to see Lion King that were never delivered. I called months before the show to ask for tickets and asked to wait. I called weeks before the show and they said my tickets are coming please wait. I called days before the show and told to wait again. I called HOURS before the show and told to wait. Only when I pressed the customer service rep, did he inform me that I would miss my show.

    Tickets-Center.com has not fulfilled THEIR CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION to provide tickets. I paid $1,200 for these tickets more than 15 months before the show to ensure I had tickets for that day and time. The agreement I signed with them was I give them money, they provide tickets.

    My experience with Tickets-Center.com is they are a company that makes promises they cannot, are unable to, or will not fulfill. I consider what happened to me at best, a poorly run operation. At worst, they are thieves and liars.

    On 1/4/24 we spoke with our customer and attempted to troubleshoot and retransfer the tickets. The retransfer is a request we make with the seller, and is not a guarantee. Our records indicate that the original ticket transfer took place on 1/1/24 and we detect no issues with the original transfer. As such, we maintain our customer’s order was successfully fulfilled and aligns with our Buyer’s Guarantee. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. Prior to receiving this claim we thoroughly discussed this matter with our customer to address all of their concerns. We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed.     **In order for the bureau to continue to assist you, you MUST provide your view on the matter or your complaint will be closed as answered.We called and you supposedly transferred the tickets on 1/1/24.  We never got the tickets so you transferred again on 1/25/24 and again on 7/23/24.  Why would you have performed these transfers if we had received the tickets.  This is why we continued to contact ticket-center on July 19th, July 23rd, July 24th [3x on event day], July 31 and Aug 1

    As previously stated, tickets for our customer's event were transferred electronically through a third-party platform to the email address they provided during checkout on 1/1/24 at 10:07 PM CST. The email customer received contains instructions and a link to claim their tickets. While we understand and regret that the customer may have experienced issues using the third-party platform, Tickets-Center is not associated with any venue or primary ticket market. As such, these issues experienced by the customer were outside the control of Tickets-Center. As it presently stands, the customer's order does not qualify for compensation and we consider this matter closed.

    If our customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.

    I was on the website and my Apple Pay was charged by the company without me confirming or placing an order. The company refuses to refund me, nor have they delivered the ticket they charged me for that I did not order.

    On 7/29/24 our customer contacted our customer service team regarding their order and claimed the purchase was placed by an unauthorized person. Please note our verification department has reviewed our customer’s information and did not find any evidence of fraudulent activity.  This appears to be a valid order, meaning all billing information links to the personal information provided by our customer at checkout; thus, we must abide by our “All Sales Are Final” policy. It should also be noted, tickets for our customer's event were transferred electronically through a third-party platform to the email address they provided during checkout on 8/4/24 at 8:25 PM CST. The email customer received contains instructions and a link to claim their tickets. If our customer is adamant the order was not placed by them, we encourage them to contact their financial institution.
