    On 8/18/2023 My google searchI was immediately directed to Tickets Center website (Tickets-Center.com) to purchase tickets for a band playing in Seattle, 11/2023. I was unaware that this was not the official website to buy tickets for the band nor was it affiliated with Ticket Cente(r) OR Ticket Master.
    I, unfortunately, had gone through with my purchase believing this website to be something that it’s not, but it was a mistake, and I only realized after I had pressed enter.
    1)There was no recourse or avenue to reach out to address the issue. I was given a text link to “chat” with someone from the company. Due to my issues not fitting within their numbered options, I was not able to speak with anyone and sent in a circle.
    2) The website states that a refund is possible PRIOR to E-tickets being dropped into email. However, there was no option on the website to pursue a refund prior to the tickets being dropped; no button, no e form(s) to fill out, no number to call, no way to speak with a live person, no sign or indication to click to a different page for cancelation/refund.
    3) I had called at least four times to try to talk to a human but was unable to and sent in a circle because I didn’t fit into their options.
    4) The Tickets were dropped into my account and I didn’t want them to be. I tried to act preemptively. I made several attempts to remedy my mistake prior to the tickets being dropped but unable to do so.
    5) The amount was for $185.50
    6) Order number: 56463522
    Issues:
    I was directed to this website first when I typed in my search for the band. They misrepresented themselves. Ticket(s) Center is NOT affiliated with Ticket Master nor Ticket Center (vs. Tickets Center). There is no guarantee provided on the tickets they issues. I was not provided any options to correct my mistake prior to tickets being dropped. They charged a “service” fee of $117.50. There was and is no recourse for me to get a refund or an option to even pursue a partial refund.

    Once our customer selected the ticket listing they desired for The Linda Lindas, they were able to see the tickets available and the Delivery Method. After confirming their selection, they were directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $185.50 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once our customers input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click “Continue” and under this button it states: “Your account will not be charged yet.” Then, our customer is required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars." Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown is reiterated. Directly below the “Place Order” our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $185.50 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time our customer proceeded to place their order.

    Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. All prices listed on our site are done so by the individual seller, not Tickets-Center, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demand. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.

    Our customer stated that they were charged a service fee of $117.50, however; their order total does not reflect such a charge. The service fees associated with this order totaled $40.00.
    We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.

    I purchased tickets to the James Taylor concert for June the 20th at the Orion Amphitheater in Huntsville, AL through ticket center.com. They forward their tickets electronically to AXS app so you can present your ticket bar code at the gate. The concert was cancelled and I immediately filed for a refund as soon as I found out the concert was cancelled. AXS offered the refund and I applied for the refund and was told it would be refunded within 30 business days. It’s been over 30 business days and AXS said I have to contact the company that sold the tickets. I contacted Ticket Center.com, who informed me that refund was not an option because the concert was rescheduled for the 22nd of August. I do not live in Huntsville, AL, I will not be in Huntsville, AL on the 22nd of August, and have no intentions of paying $363.50 for a concert on a date that I can not attend. Their response to me was, sell the tickets. This is absolutely unacceptable that a company can operate under these terms! I purchased tickets for a particular date that I would be in that area and able to attend. The artist cancelled and AXS offered a refund which I immediately submitted knowing that I would not be able to attend on any other future date. Ticket Center.com is refusing to reimburse me these tickets and I want them to be held accountable for their actions and provide the refund in the amount of $363.50 immediately. Furthermore, if this isn’t refunded and resolved within 1 week, I want legal action taken against Ticketcenter.com to prevent this from happening to any other party in the future. This type of rip-off business is unacceptable and needs to addressed NOW!!

    Customers will be appropriately compensated for any event which is cancelled and is not planned to be rescheduled. If, rather than cancelling, an event organizer postpones an event, we must adhere to the terms of use agreed to at the time of sale, which state “If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your order will not qualify for a credit and your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date...” By placing their order, our customer agreed to these terms, which were available for review via link beneath the "place order" button on the checkout screen.

    Prior to receiving this claim we thoroughly discussed this matter with our customer to address all of their concerns. We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed.     Spoke to **** ** and was told I could not request a refund or even speak to a manager. I did not fill his scripted answer to me was sufficient to what I wanted answered and why. I asked to speak to a manager.. he said this is not a manager question this is a customer service question and that he does not believe this is a manager situation. I asked him how he dictates if it is manager worthy or not? He then just kept repeating himself multiple times coming across condescending and struck with "power". I then asked if he was refusing to get me to a manager and his answer was "yes" nothing else was stated. I was seeking a refund as the purchase was made in error and was just told the scripted answer over and over again. He did not want to help me anyway. I then asked about the service fee of 40.00 dollars per ticket he said yeah the ticket holder charges the fee. I asked so you let them set a fee to upcharge the tickets? He then retracted his statement and said they used to confirm transfer of tickets... makes no sense. They are price gauging on their companies fees for "processing". Do not buy from this "broker" as they are just in it for the dime and do not wish to add any customer satisfaction.

    I ordered two tickets to attend the Oakland Athletics vs. The San Francisco Giants game on 8/6/2023. I purchased two adjoining seats which were suppose to be located behind home plate, however, I was issued tickets in the bleacher section at a cost of $186.00.

    I contacted customer service and they claimed the order was correct and refused to issue a refund.

    In November of 2022 I purchased two tickets to see Nickel Creek on April 29, 2023 at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee for $612.92 (order 49038997). I received an email from Tickets-Center.com stating that the tickets would be available via AXS Mobile ID for entry to the show – which they were. On April 28th I was informed that the show had been postponed until September 6, 2023. I live in Maryland and had planned to travel for the show in April and cannot make the new date in September. A few weeks later, in mid-May, a notice came up in the AXS app saying the tickets were eligible for a refund if requested before May 31, 2023. I immediately requested a refund (screenshot attached) and waited 30 days for the refund to appear. I never received the refund and the tickets disappeared from the AXS app. I contacted Tickets-Center.com multiple times over the next couple months and was told repeatedly that the refund request was being reviewed by a “higher department” and that I would receive an email once it was processed. Then, in my most recent contact on August 4, 2023, I was simply told that they do not provide a refund for a show that has been rescheduled. When I asked to speak to a manager about the run-around I had been getting for the last few months I was told that was not possible and that “we are the last point of contact”. I asked if I could at least have access to the tickets for the new show on September 6th so I could try to recoup some of my money by reselling the tickets and I was told the tickets wouldn’t be available until September 1st although I had access before I requested the refund. So, for months, I was lied to and led to believe that a refund was available and was being reviewed when it never was. And now I have no access to the tickets until about 5 days before the show, even though Tickets-Center has had my $612.92 for 9 months, so I will not have sufficient time to resell them. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Our buyer’s guarantee is outlined within our terms of use, which every customer must agree to before they complete their purchase. These terms were created with protection and fairness for all users of our site in mind, including both buyers and sellers. Under the current circumstances, many events are being rescheduled to later dates. Within our terms, it is outlined that “If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your order will not qualify for a refund and your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date.” 

    Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. We assure our customer will have valid tickets in time for their event, per our terms. We appreciate their understanding.

    I purchased tickets to the river Cree performance by skid row and buck cherry. The site stated the price was $515.50. They charged me $1.34 four times then $688.27? I would like my credit card refunded the difference

Directly below the “Place Order” button our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking "Place Order", your credit card will be charged $515.50 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." at which time our customer proceeded to place their order.

A such, the amount charged to the customer's credit card would be subject to the currency conversion rate.     I purchased 3 tickets on 7/30/23. I paid $505.50 for the baseball game tickets, but I wanted to cancel my order on 8/2/23. I called the customer center; they asked for the reason and rejected the cancellation request. I requested to speak with their manager, but they informed me that they are an escalation team and no manager was available. Whenever I tried to reach out to their manager, they repeated the same response, suggesting that I sell the tickets through social media.

    I placed an order for tickets to see dave chappelle sept 8th 2023. I received 2 emails. I can not download or find my tickets. When i click on contact us or view order status nothing happens. There is no way to contact the so called company! I want a refund for my tickets. I paid $423.70

It should be noted that Tickets-Center is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. The top of every event and ticket listing page clearly states, “Fast, easy and secure secondary marketplace tickets. Prices may be above or below face value.” 

    We would like to ensure our customer that every order placed on our site is backed by our Buyer Guarantee, which means that their tickets will be authentic, valid for entry, and delivered prior to the event. This guarantee is outlined within our terms which is available for review during the checkout process.

    Due to the nature of our business as a secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center does not set or control delivery dates. Rather, the estimated delivery date is set by the individual seller of the selected tickets and is dependent upon when the tickets are released by the primary issuer, with which Tickets-Center has no affiliation. In this case, the estimated delivery date is 9/7/23. In accordance with our 100% Buyer Guarantee, our customer will be provided with their tickets in time for their event. 

    Because our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are typically unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry and agreed to by the customer at checkout. As all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to our customer placing their order, and the tickets are set to be delivered prior to their event, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns pertaining to their order, we encourage them to contact our customer service department.

    Thank you for responding. We appreciate the opportunity to provide further clarification. The tickets our customer purchased have not yet been sent by the seller. Nevertheless, our customer is backed by our Buyer Guarantee which promises tickets will be delivered prior to their event. As previously stated, these tickets are expected to be delivered on or before 9/7/23. As a secondary marketplace, we do not control this estimated delivery date, but we can ensure that we are closely monitoring the order to ensure it is properly fulfilled. In the meantime, we encourage our customer to regularly monitor their email for the ticket transfer. If they have further questions about the delivery process or their order in general, we encourage them to contact our customer service department.

    On 7/29/2023, I bought one ticket for Stockyards Championship from TicketsCenter. It is the first sponsored website showing after google searching. The ticket price is $ 118.53. The order number is 55817722. When I requested a cancel and refund, they refused to do that and only suggest to resale the ticket by myself. I have never met any case like this when an order can't be cancelled. They must clearly tell the customers on the purchase webpage if anything is non-refundable, instead of hiddening the cancel policy information at the most bottom of the page. The arrangement of the purchase information and cancel information (as shown in the attached image) is a fraud stratagem to mislead the customers to place an order before every information is clear to detect, since they can only be seen together when zooming out the page.

    At the time of purchase, in order to complete their order, our customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to our terms stating, "I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the order summary below. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars. [...]" Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown was provided. Directly below the “Place Order” our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking "Place Order", your credit card will be charged $118.53 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." at which time our customer proceeded to place their order. 
     
    Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. Please note that in addition to this current claim our customer has filed a dispute with their financial institution regarding this transaction. Due to the nature of the dispute process we are unable to further address his matter while this dispute remains open. We encourage our customer to contact their financial institution with any questions regarding its process or outcome. As it currently stands, we consider this matter closed.

I will not recomment this ticket website to anyone. Their commercial stratege to use minimized typo to display some important information and the intentioally designed webpage arrangement to hide the refund policy are shameless. I don't want to receive any messages from this company any more since it destroyed my good time. Meanwhile, I would request to display my complaint online if possible.

    On 7/28/2023, I purchased what I thought were 4 tickets to see Penn & Teller for the Stephens Auditorium in Ames, IA for Oct. 1. All pages of the transaction stated Penn & Teller and there was nowhere on the site that made it clear that this show was not for that group - in fact, Penn & Teller are performing in Las Vegas that same date. When the tickets arrived via TicketMaster, they were for a completely different show called The Foolers where it specifically states that Penn & Teller would not be present at the show.
    I would like to be reimbursed for this purchase as the tickets were misrepresented - in fact, there were two different line items on the site making it seem like the Penn & Teller show and the Foolers show were completely different. I have attached screen prints of the site and what it showed step-by-step where it never said it was anything other than Penn & Teller and you can see clearly on the first screen the 2 different shows listed (Penn & Teller and The Foolers).
    I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this situation.
