    We purchased tickets on this site but realized immediately that we had made a mistake. So we called the customer service line at 800.833.7698 to ask for a refund. The entire process took less than 5 minutes. They refused. First, the customer service said there was no escalation option. That was a lie, because with a few harsh words they escalated us, But that person was equally uncooperative. We will be disputing this with the credit card company as well but everyone should be notified that this organization is a scam and has horrid customer service.

    We want a refund of about $3,500.

    Also, BBB should publish the name and telephone number of the president's office of this company so customers have a recourse when the policies and procedures at the customer service level fail this catastrophically.

The top of every event and ticket listing page clearly states, “Secondary market tickets. Prices may be above face value”

    Once our customer selected the ticket listing they desired for The Lion King, they were able to see the tickets available. Once selected, they are taken to a page with an in-depth description of their ticket information, event details, ticket quantity, delivery method and any other notes related to the tickets. After confirming their selection, they were directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $3,638.74 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once our customers input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click “Continue” and under this button it states: “Your account will not be charged yet.” Then, our customer is required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars. Some venues may require proof of vaccination or negative COVID test. You are responsible for checking venue health and safety requirements for entry." Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown is reiterated. Directly below the “Place Order” our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $3,638.74 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time our customer proceeded to place their order.

    Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. All prices listed on our site are done so by the individual seller, not Tickets-Center, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demand. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.

    Prior to receiving this claim we thoroughly discussed this matter with our customer to address all of their concerns. We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; nevertheless, we offered our customer a one-time courtesy offer in an attempt to reach an amicable resolution. However, our customer declined this offer. If our customer has any additional concerns pertaining to their order, we encourage them to contact our customer service department; at this time, we consider this matter closed.

    **In order for the bureau to continue to assist you, you MUST provide your view on the matter or your complaint will be closed as answered.
    We contacted the site within 10 minutes of the transactions because we understood we had made a mistake.  The notion that someone passes all the stage-gates does not accommodate a situation where a mistake is made.  At that time no damage would have been done to the business.  But damage has been done to the customer.  We will continue to denigrate this business for unethical practices until a full refund has been sent.

    Purchased tickets and received an email in which contains no tickets or ability to click on any information. Called the company, they are unable to supply any information regarding tickets. I’d like seat numbers etc as well as the tickets as I needed to purchase more seats together. They state that they can’t refund any money and I can sell the tickets if I don’t want them yet they can’t provide me with the tickets. My call was disconnected when I asked for a supervisor.

    Tickets-Center facilitates thousands of successful ticket transfers each day with satisfied customers, so we are confident of the efficacy of our processes. During the checkout process, customers are able to view the delivery format for their tickets. The selection our customer made was electronic transfer, where sellers transfer the tickets using the platform that the venue has issued tickets through. Customers receive an email with instructions on how to access their tickets, as well as a separate email which contains a link to claim their tickets, advising them to do so. 

    If a customer does not see the transfer that was sent to the email address they provided at checkout, the email they received with instructions on how to access their tickets advises them to contact our customer care team immediately. Furthermore, if customers encounter any issues with accessing their tickets through their link, we always welcome them to contact our care team for troubleshooting. We have confirmed that the ticket transfer was received on 12/24/2023 and maintain that the link sent was valid. If our customer had any issues accepting or locating the ticket transfer, we welcome them to call in. 

    We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.

    Bought tickets from this site thinking it was ticketmaster for a Nashville Predators game on 3/23/2024 (order 57971212) on 10/1/2023.

    All email says is section and row and that tickets will arrive on or before 3/22/2024. This leaves me with booking a hotel and going to Nashville without knowing if I actually have tickets.

    All other ticketsites immediately transfer tickets when you purchase this one leaves you guessing and uses sponsored ads to make you think you're using a different site.

Our checkout process allows each customer several opportunities to view all details of an order, including the estimated delivery date of their tickets, prior to purchase. In our customer's case, the estimated delivery date of 03/22/2024 was provided below the breakdown of our customer's order total on the right-hand side of the checkout screen. Due to the nature of our business as a secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center does not own or generate any tickets and therefore does not set or control delivery dates. Rather, the estimated delivery date is set by the individual seller of the selected tickets and is dependent upon a number of factors, including when the tickets are released by the primary issuer, with which Tickets-Center has no affiliation. In accordance with our 100% Buyer Guarantee, our customer will be provided with their tickets in time for their event.

    In addition to this current claim, our customer has filed a dispute with their credit card regarding this order. We are unable to provide a resolution to this matter while this dispute remains open due to the nature of the dispute process. We encourage our customer to contact the institution with which the dispute was filed in relation to any questions they may have regarding its process or outcome. As it currently stands, we consider this matter closed.

    On December 15 I purchased what I thought were two floor seats on Tickets-Center.com. I thought that these were going to be valid tickets for an upcoming show to see the Trans Siberian Orchestra in St. Louis, MO on Dec 17. Unfortunately for me, this company is selling tickets that are fraudulently being resold for WELL ABOVE market value even. I was advised by an agent at Ticketmaster not to accept the tickets and to pursue a refund through Tickets-Center.com as the tickets were not even valid. I have contacted Tickets-Center.com multiple times to no avail. The agents through the Live Chat are rude and evasive and refuse to honor any sort of refund for this purchase. The Insurance I purchased for the event (also through Allianz sold by Tickets-Center.com) told me that it was not claimable so that was useless. I attempted to ask the representative from Tickets-Center.com how they validate tickets and was only told repeatedly that it was an "internal process" and that they have a "strongest relationship(s) with licensed, certified, and professional ticket resellers in the industry. All sellers, their business practices, and track records are rigorously evaluated and we guarantee your tickets are valid and authentic". They refused to disclose the internal process that vets the validity of their tickets or resellers.

    STAY FAR AWAY! All I wanted was to gift my parents a nice gift of these tickets, and I was unable to get a refund for tickets that were not vetted, and were unable to be used. DO NOT USE TICKETS-CENTER.COM!

Furthermore, when placing their order our customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to our terms stating,  "I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the order summary below. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars. Some venues may require proof of vaccination or negative COVID test. You are responsible for checking venue health and safety requirements for entry." Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown was provided. Directly below the “Place Order” our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking "Place Order", your credit card will be charged $517.50 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." at which time our customer proceeded to place their order. 

    Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. As such, ticket listing prices are set by the individual seller, not Tickets-Center, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors. As noted above, this means that the price paid may not reflect the price printed on the ticket the customer receives. As our customer has noted, their order is covered by a 100% Guarantee which ensures valid tickets for the selected event. We stand by our guarantee but would like to clarify that it does not allow for cancellation upon request. Furthermore, if a customer chooses to not access or use their tickets, their order will not qualify for compensation. We maintain that all order details and relevant purchase terms were sufficiently displayed prior to the customer placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.

    This was not the website I thought I was using and after searching for Ticketmaster this came up. I purchased tickets for more than twice the face value. This is 100% wrong and after now looking here I see I'm not the only one. I will 100% fight the charge on my card, worn every one of the tactics they use not allow a refund is wrong. They won't ever let you try and resell it because they will send it 5 days before the event.

    I purchased 5 tickets from this business on 12/15/2023. I found the actual venue's website after purchase and contacted tickets-center.com's customer service for a refund. This was within 30 minutes of my original purchase and the order was still in 'pending' status. The agent refused to issue a refund.

Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.

We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed.     I requested the refund on 12/15/2023, well before the actual tickets were provided.   The details of the specific tickets were emailed to me on 12/26/2023 at 12:35PM EST, after I had already requested the refund.  I have not claimed these tickets.  I continue to expect a full refund.Thank you,

    Thank you for responding. We appreciate the opportunity to further address our customer's concerns. As stated in our previous response, to complete their order every customer must check a box next to a message which reads in part: " All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations." Additionally, further details are outlined within our terms of use, which customers must also indicate that they have read and agree to. These details outline "this order is an irrevocable offer to purchase the tickets... Once you submit the order, you cannot cancel or retract it. Upon the submission of the order, a hold will be placed on your credit or debit card for the funds necessary to purchase these tickets."

    The tickets were delivered via email the day following the customer's purchase, and the event is set to take place February 25th, 2024. In addition to this current claim, our customer filed a dispute with their PayPal account regarding this order. We have addressed this, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in our favor. If our customer has any further questions regarding this dispute, we encourage them to reach out to the financial institution with which it was filed. At this time, we consider this matter closed.

    At appropriate 2:00pm central time, my 75 year old mother was looking at tickets to buy for The Lion King Live at the Orpheum on April 25, 2024 in Minneapolis. She was in the wrong site and didn’t realize it because she is not digitally savvy and was charged $545 for tickets. She on a fixed income and cannot afford the tickets. She tried to cancel them immediately and they refused. Per the order confirmation, the tickets won’t even be available until April 24. I see no reason why the order cannot be canceled

It should be noted that Tickets-Center is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. The top of every event and ticket listing page clearly states, “Secondary market tickets. Prices may be above face value”

    Once our customer selected the ticket listing they desired for The Lion King, they were able to see the tickets available. Once selected, they are taken to a page with an in-depth description of their ticket information, event details, ticket quantity, delivery method and any other notes related to the tickets. After confirming their selection, they were directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $545.72 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once our customers input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click “Continue” and under this button it states: “Your account will not be charged yet.” Then, our customer is required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars.     On July 23, 2023, I purchased 2 tickets to the Andrea Bocelli performance at the XL Center in Hartford, CT on December 9, 2023 from Tickets-Center.com. My order number is # 52924628. On the evening before the performance (12/8/23) it was cancelled. It has been rescheduled for February 23, 2024 but my husband and I will be out of town then and unable to attend the rescheduled performance. I contacted Ticket Center (800-833-7698), explained our situation and requested a refund. After being placed on hold twice, the representative came back on line and said they have a no refund policy as a third party vendor and would not refund my money. I repeated that I had bought the tickets in good faith for a December performance and not a February one. She just repeated that they would give me a refund.

    Customers will continue to be protected by our buyer’s guarantee, meaning they will receive a full refund for any event which is cancelled and not planned to be rescheduled. If an event is rescheduled, we must adhere to the terms of use agreed to at the time of sale, which state “If an event is postponed or rescheduled, and the original tickets are valid for entry at the time of the rescheduled event, your order will not qualify for a refund.” We appreciate our customer’s continued patience and understanding while Tickets-Center continues to monitor, communicate, and follow through in providing excellent service for orders to live events. 

    In addition to this current claim, our customer filed a dispute with their credit card company regarding this order. We have addressed this, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in our favor.     I purchased tickets to an Andrea Bocelli concert in April 2023. In July, the XL Center, the venue, changed its ticketing system and sent and email to all ticket purchasers letting them know the old tickets were void and provided information on how to reissue the tickets. Ticket-center said they never received the instructions so I retrieved them myself from the XL Center and gave them to Tickets-center so they could follow the steps and reissue the tickets. After I did that they just acted like they didn't know what I was talking about and refused to help me.
