    Very confusing process. I realize we are in a electronic digital age. All these different emails buying one $80 ticket costing me $110.50. My first concert at 11 in 1977 was Queen with Thin Lizzy at Philadelphia Civic Center. General admission show at $7.50 a ticket. Having seen YES twice, October of 1997 in Philadelphia, same tour April 1998 in Birmingham, England. What's sad, missing 3 members. Chris Squire and Alan White passed away and Jon Anderson not on vocals. Plus I have a 216 mile drive.

    Awful experience. I purchased a parking ticket for $85 for a venue and after purchase it states that only Mercedes Benz cars are used for that parking lot. That should of been stated before purchasing my ticket. Scam!!

    I was sent the wrong tickets, can’t find any way to contact them and resolve the problem.

    Incredibly unethical practices. I paid $700 EXTRA for two tickets. I then looked through ticket master where I found BETTER tickets for HALF the price I paid on Tickets-Center.com.

    They have a strict NO REFUND/CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION policy because they KNOW they are participating in price gouging and do not want to refund upset customers.

    I do not recommend this business to ANYONE.

    This is what Johnny with the escalation team offered for assistance:
    "We totally understand your concerns and really hope you can re-sell with the method options suggested above, we will have to disconnect this chat for quality assurance, have a wonderful day and thank you for reaching us!"

    So as you can see, their policies are unethical, they are price gouging, and their customer service is useless.

    Unnnggghhh - I should have researched. I could have had better seats at a lower rate if I had checked the venue. "All sales are final - no refund policy". Kind of pisses me off at me for not taking my time to look into it a bit more. NEVER buy tickets from this place!

    Over priced. Took me almost 2 days after they said they would deliver tickets, to get tickets delivered. I placed my orde in June, was in November when I got email stating I would get tickets. Got hung up on twice by their customer service.

    I was looking to purchase tickets online as a gift. I was a little confused if I was doing it right. I had second thoughts but somehow I purchased the tickets and I have no idea how. So I tried to get in touch with tickets-center to cancel my order right after it happened. I called the phone number they had listed and I tried to email them. NOTHING!!! Tried everything. NO RESPONSE!!!
    SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM --- DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

    P.S. I would of left a zero rating but I had to select one.
