    Very stupid way to Dale a ticket there hard to download to many websites visited a ridiculous system I’ll never buy another ticket through here

    They are committing fraud. I made an accidental purchase, I immediately contacted them to get a refund or work something, they told me I could resell the tickets but needed to claim them, after that I could resell them. They knew I couldn't resell the tickets. It's a secondary market that is reselling tickets less than an hour after they went on sale but I can't resell them? It's because Ticketmaster buys the tickets wholesale, sells them to the "secondary market" and then says the tickets can't be resold even though you're told you can. I would have been ok with reselling if I hadn't caught the purchase immediately and if they would allow me to do so. This is fraud plain and simple.

    Sure wish I'd read the reviews here first. THEY MAKE YOU THINK YOU'RE BUYING FROM TICKETMASTER. Ended up paying in US currency as well.

    Rush you to order tickets. Don't show all seating and very over priced. You can NOT get a refund or cancel your order even if you just put the order in. Expensive hidden fees and the tickets are WAY over priced. If you call they make it almost impossible to talk to someone and only tell you to try to sell the tickets which obviously won't work because they are over priced to begin with. Agree with other eaters it is a scam.

    Do not deserve a single star. Their objective is to scam folks out of a lot of money and feel zero remorse for doing so. Will not refund money once realized what happened and what they did. How can companies like this exist? Spoke at lengths on the phone and through live chat. They do not care that they mislead and scammed me out of hundreds of dollars
