    I searched the venue I was buying from. I clicked the first link with that venue name at the top of which was in bold lettering. Didn't even check link because it looked like that venue website. When I purchased the tickets I thought it was weird it took me to another site. I bought the tickets. I did not have to create an account. Did not think anything of it. When I went to venue site couple days later to print tickets they were not there. Went to link and clicked it and brings you to their website. The tickets were $135 more than the venue. They would not let me cancel the order because all orders are final. I still have not received my emailed tickets. My credit card company would not dispute it. I am so frustrated and out lots of money.

    Awesome! Everything went smoothly. Tickets were available instantly to transfer. I can see my purchase in my Ticketmaster app. Says it’s verified by Ticketmaster. I can’t wait to see Jeff Dunham!

    Absolute scam! Grossly over charge consumers and since posting my complaint on 11/1/22 their business address is no longer valid on the BBB site. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. I'm taking them to court.

    Good experience but thought I was purchasing from Ticketmaster directly. Hope the delivery goes smooth and I can give these tickets as a gift, which was my intent.

    Made to be a legitimate ticket service but are not! I contacted the theatre and they had no record of purchase for these seats. I was out 3x the face value! Am fighting this fraud through my credit card company. Do not purchase from Tickets-Center!!

    Paid an exorbitant amount of money for parking that was unavailable, and were told we could not receive a refund due to contractual agreement. Spoke to several agents with the company and was told there would be no refund. Very poor business attitude toward perspective clients. Will never use this company again.
