    VERY VERY VERY overpriced tickets to a ballet. The fees charged are outrageous! I cannot stress how unpleased I am with this event ticket sales company. I will never ever buy tickets from this website again.

    I purchased tickets as a gift, I was not notified of the refund/cancellation policy. I never received the ticket. When I called, they are telling me that I cannot get a refund and try to and resell it on social media. They would not transfer me to a manager to speak, they said to call back the same number to speak to someone else but the answer would be the same. This is a total scam.
