    While I got the ticket in time, I was not shown the actual seat position ahead of time. Secondly, these folks are nothing but scalpers. The tickets are way overpriced. A zero star would be a good rating.

    This company is THE WORST. Fraudulent, deceptive and they know they are screwing over customers. Their logo looks just like Ticketmaster. People accidentally hit the site, buy at a huge premium, and are denied refunds. They don't care. They enable reselling crooks with no remorse. Avoid at all cost. If you where also scammed, leave a negative review. Awful on all levels.

    Worst business I ever dealt with. They lie and do everything to not refund your money even after event is canceled.
    Fraudulent Business!!!!!

    This business is totally unethical! I clicked on the ONLY ticket link available on the web page of the venue. I had no idea I was purchasing from a second party until I had completed my payment. The ticket price was outrageous compared to the gave value on the ticket. What’s more, they will only accept the digital copy on my phone at the venue. No printed copies will be accepted. I always print a copy in case my device crashes before I have gotten into the event. It appears if my device crashes in the next 5 months before my event, I am simply out of luck, and will not be able to get in, even though I paid over $300 for 2 tickets. Terrible business! Should be illegal to withhold all that information until the payment has been made and there is no going back. I will also be filing a complaint with the venue that allows this from their website!

    Total rip-off. My wife paid over $500 a ticket for Bert kreishere show. Called to cancelled within 20 mins and was denied. Said sell tickets. Yeah right. We get the tickets the day before the show. Face value $79.75. Total scam.

    Can I give it 0 stars? This site is an absolute rip off. DON’T use it. I was told that they are transparent, but they don’t tell you that they are charging so much above the original value of the ticket. When I did get my tickets, it said $49 per ticket and I was charged $218.50 for each ticket. Such a RIP-OFF and their idea of customer service is reading from a script. I asked about a refund and was told to resell my tickets. They say 100% Customer satisfaction guarantee but I can guarantee you that I am NOT a satisfied customer!!!!

    I do not want to give them one star! The tickets I ordered have not been transferred to me. I was told they could wait to transfer them up to ONE hour before the event! After numerous phone calls and emails, I was told the tickets were transferred to the wrong party. My options were: 1. wait to see if that could get resolved, or 2. accept downgraded tickets. I asked more questions about that and they transferred me to the Internal Team (which is a joke!) Some man I was connected to, said he could tell me the Section and Row but not the seats. When I began asking why I couldn't get specific seat numbers, I was disconnected! I immediately called back and had to go through my entire situation - again! She would not transfer me to Rick and she then told me that in fact, I could not get the downgraded tickets, I would have to wait for the seller to transfer them because they said they could. I asked, if he can transfer on 12/21/2022 (my event is 12/22/2022) why can't he do it now. According to the rep, it is a technical problem.
    I agree, this is a scam of a company and I'm surprised an attorney hasn't taken them to court! The way I have been treated is unacceptable and the company is a scam. I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought the overpriced tickets!
