    I have the confirmation that the tickets were purchased but was told I wouldn’t be able to download my tickets until June 8th, which makes me slightly nervous since I’ve never used this site before.

    I purchased my tickets this morning. I got an email saying it was confirmed, but my tickets will be available "by" 3/9/2023...the day of the show. I am pretty nervous about this now, reading the reviews. I thought, like other commentors below, it was a Ticket Master site. I will be furious if I don't get the tickets I'm sure I overpaid for.

    this company is a SCAM. I thought I was contacting the theater directly. Ticket prices are outrageous---4 times the fee that the theater offered. And the customer can not cancel or seek a refund because the very very fine print indicates no refunds or cancelations. This company is a complete fraud and should be OUT OF BUSINESS and deserves no stars.

    They sold me tickets that were already purchased by someone else. Super awkward to be sitting at a hockey game and someone else shows up with the same tickets. Trying to resolve has been a nightmare. They have several tactics to frustrate you to the point where you give up. Well, I did. Had a bad feeling about them from the start. Lesson learned to listen to your gut.

    Service fee seems high. Didn't show until was already in process of paying. Probably wouldn't have purchased if hadn't already told daughter-in-law that I'd bought them.
