5 starsMy order (Your order # is: CA254951) was placed with Christina way back on September 22, 2022. I received it a couple of days later but hesitate to review something that I have not used so at the time I would only be able to review the shipping which is out of Christina's control.
When I was on the website to try to find the correct cover for my Gazebo, I could not find one that I was sure would fit. A call to Christina solved my dilemma. Christina was very pleasant, helpful and efficient during our conversation. I have now put the cover on my Gazebo, it fits as intended. I am very pleased with my cover and with excellent customer service provided by Christina. I will not hesitate to recommend Shelter Logic to others or to order from them again if the need arises.

5 starsI've been using Shelter Logic greenhouses in a box for about 10 years. Love them.
This last year I changed my garden area around and had my oldest 20' unit tied down to a fence - not real secure. Needed a rope and grabbed one from there. Oops! A huge gust of wind hit it, and it went flying! The crash landing practically sheared off one side.
Called the company with a list of damaged parts, and they got them ordered for me, and they are on their way to me now. They charged be a really reasonable amount. They were real nice to work with over email and the phone. I love working with companies like Shelter Logic!ShelterLogic Corp.
