I recently ordered 2 replacement canopies for our Shelterlogic carports. Ordered directly from the company. Used the #’s from the old canopies to order the new ones. They still sent me one wrong one. I immediately called to get it replaced. The customer service rep insisted that was my replacement. If the box says 90509 that is the tarp. She would not do a return replacement for us. Said that was the new size for that carport. Well, it was significantly larger than the carport. Poles at the bottom are all the way down and we still have pockets of canvas at the bottom. Is it not tight at the top. Cannot get it tight at the bottom. We are NOT pleased. We spent $707.50 expecting what we had. Instead we have a balloon over a carport. Will not order from them again. I took pictures cause when it fails in the snow their warranty will have to cover the entire carport, 12x24x10. They send us 13x24x10. Doesn’t sound like much but it is. Wish I could share photos.

Rachel in customer service was great. I reached out to see about some parts for my dog shelters I had purchased recently. Rachel contacted me thru email answered all my questions and sent me what I needed. Now I will be purchasing more products from Shelter Logic.ShelterLogic Corp.

If you plan to buy one of their products see if you can find it on Amazon. I recently purchased a 99.00 beach chair that was far too heavy and didn't fit on my beach cart. When i tried to return, it would have cost me 83.00 to return. If I had bought from Amazon it would have been sent back for free with no issues. Just be forewarned.ShelterLogic Corp.

Disappointing Products and Poor Customer Service I purchased an Arrow carport, hoping for a durable and reliable solution to protect my vehicle/equipment from the elements. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Rusting Issues: After only one year of use, the carport has developed significant rusting. The steel roofing, which was advertised as being weather-resistant, has corroded extensively. The rust is not just superficial; it has compromised the structural integrity of the entire carport. This level of deterioration is unacceptable, especially considering the high cost of the product. I have material from another manufacturer and the excess steel from the structure has been sitting on the ground for 7 years and is still rust-free while their product has failed after one year under intended use. Poor Customer Service: When I contacted customer service to address these issues, the representatives were unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. Despite providing detailed photos and a thorough explanation of the problems, they refused to offer any meaningful assistance or warranty coverage. It took multiple attempts to even get a response, and when I did, their solutions were inadequate and did not address the severity of the rusting. Lack of Accountability: The company's refusal to stand by its product and offer a reasonable resolution shows a lack of accountability and poor customer service and reflects poorly on the company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Conclusion: Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from Shelter Logic. The rapid rusting and the company's failure to provide adequate customer service have left me regretting my decision. I strongly advise against purchasing from Shelter Logic and would recommend looking for alternatives that offer better durability and customer support. Save yourself the frustration and invest in a product from a company that stands by its promises.ShelterLogic Corp.

I built my shed and found that I was missing 2 parts to complete the doors. I emailed the company and received a message within a couple of days. The message stated that the parts had been sent out by fedex and would arrive in approximately a week. The parts arrived just as they said and I was able to complete everything. Very pleased with this company and would highly recommend them!!ShelterLogic Corp.

Ordered a replacement tarp for our 24’ framed building of theirs, and the very top of it all the way across in a 2’ wide strip from end to end, rotted through and had holes all along it before it was even up for a year. Called and they did nothing, even though it sat in the box for a few months before installing, so it was just over the one year from purchase but actually only installed for a few months. Then it ripped clear through in multiple places along the top strip and we ended up having to put metal over the top as the tarp was useless at keeping our boat dry. After one year, the zipper also broke, requiring us to pin it closed all the way. Very unhappy with this product and the company. What a joke. Save your money and buy something decent or build an actual shed, wish we would’ve.Review fromLisa F

Excellent customer service! I had an issue with a broken zipper on a Tommy bahama cooler backpack and they replaced it with a similar item no questions asked! I will continue to buy these products as good customer service is hard to come by nowadays! Thank you for your serviceShelterLogic Corp.
